Chapter One

Rolling my eyes I opened the door.

"Yes Kid?" I ask leaning against The door frame.

"Wolfie! Do you know where I see myself in a few years?" he says pushing past me.

"A guy named Freddie's bitch in jail." I mutter under my breath closin the door.

"I see myself settled down in a big house. With three kids, five large hunting dogs and a beautiful little wife. And do you know that little wife is going to be Wolfie?" He says cockily sitting in the chair I had previously occupied and put his muddy boots on the table splattering the book.

"I couldn't take a guess." I mumble walking to the table and taking the book away and cleaning it before setting on it's place on the shelf.

"You, Wolfie! I'm talking about you!" He says standing over and walking towards me pinning me against the wall a hand on each side of my head.

"Uh...." I begin.

"Think about it Wolfie!" he says leaning in. "You me. Three strapping young lads like myself, and five large hunting dogs."

Ducking under his arm I make my way to the front door. Which me follows me to.

"Thanks but no thanks Kid. I'm not interested." I say placing my hand on the door nob.

"Don't be like that Wolfie!" he grins leaning in towards me once more. His lips nearly touch mine but I turn th nod and open the door and step out of the way, making him stumble and fall down the stairs and into the small pond.

"Good bye Kid." I say closing the door.

Kid sits up in the pond as Killer cues The band to play. Kid's face turns red and He screams for everyone to get out of here. He stands up in the pond and pulls a fish out of his shirt. Stomping out of the pond He drags killer by the collar and storms off the property.

I watched as Kid storms off with Killer and sigh. Grabbing a bucket of chicken feed I step outside.

"Is He gone?" I ask the hen that's sitting on the porch. "Can you believe him? Me Kid's wife? As if!"

I make my way towards the chicken coop spreading seed along the way.

"He's such a jerk! I want someone caring. More than anything I want to explore!" I tell the chickens even though they don't really care.

"I've been on this island on my entire life. I want to see what's out there."

Rushing up the hill that faces The water I shout "I want adventure in the great wide somewhere!"

"Wolfie! I'm getting ready to leave for the convention!" Aven calls.

Rushing back to the house I see him closing the door to the wagon that was hooked up to Regan our white and black horse.

"Good Luck, Aven!" I say wrapping my arms around him.

He chuckles and hugs me back. "Thanks Wolfie. I'll see you when I get home. I love you!"

"Love you to Bro!"

He climbs onto Regan and they ride off. I watch them disappear into the woods.

Returning to the house I grab my book once more and settle in to read.

Little did the sibblings know that in the middle of the woods stood a castle that was under a terrible curse.

Three years ago an old beggar came to the castle to seek shelter from the raging storm outside. She asked the young Prince. He refused and told her to get away from his pristine home.

A blinding gold light flashed and in place of the old beggar stood a beautiful woman with ginger hair and Brown eyes.

"You are selfish young one. For that you will suffer." she said.

The young Prince tried to apologize but the witch wouldn't hear any of it.

The witch muttered an few words and a light blue light enveloped the Prince transforming him into a horrible beast.

"You have until the time you turn twenty-seven to find someone to fallin love with you as you are. If not you will be forever like this."

The witch put a spell on the entire castle and it's people. She disappeared leaving a dark blue rose in a glass vase. The rose simmered a brilliant electric blue.

The prince stayed in The castle up in the left wing never leaving. He watched the rose. Every year a petel dropped. To this day only 5 remain.

Aven rode on with Tegan. The horse was unsure about being in the woods. Every little sound made her jump.

"Sh. Its okay Tegan. Just keep going girl."

Suddenly wolves began to howl. Spooking the horse fully she reered up and took off in a fast gallop. Aven could barely hang on. He lost his grip and fell off. He watched as Tegan ran off. Looking back he saw he had landed in front of a rushed iron gate.

Pushing the doors gate opens, it made a terrible sound. Aven walked in and up the stairs and knocked on The door.

It opens slowly and He stepped inside.

"Hello?" Aven called. He grabbed a candlelabra that was convently placed. He didn't notice that it had a face. A very happy face at that.

Walking around the castle. He called out once more.

"Hey dude are you lost or something? Usually that's Zoro's job!" Aven looked around but He saw no-one.

"In your hand dude!" the voice called again.

Aven looked in his hand and saw the face on the candlelabra.

He dropped it and scurried back. But He hit a large fuzzy wall. Turning around and looking up his scared light Brown eyes are met with angry gold ones.

"What are you doing in my home?" a angry gruff voice growled. Stepping forward the Beast was in the light of the fire place.  He stood seven feet tall. The beast was while with black spots. A long tail whipped back and forth. White leopard ears flattened against it's skull. The beast wore a black cloak and light blue pants with strange spots.

"I-I'm sorry! My horse! She got spooked and ran off! I'm sorry I'll be on my way!" Aven stuttered o it backing away from the beast before him.

"No." the beast growled. "You came into my house. Now I'm going to punish You."

With that He grabbed Aven by the back of his shirt and carried him to the dungeons. He threw Aven inside and slammed the door closed.

'This is it.' Aven thought to himself. 'This is the end. I'll never see Wolfie again.'
