(Yang's POV)

Currently in Anima, Cassandra and I made a pit stop at a convenient store, just for a water. Speaking of Cassandra, she was waiting outside by Bumblebee while I got the waters for us. I had to say, that new outfit she's wearing, is really sexy. Though I know why she wore it; in memory of her older sister, Pyrrha...

(Cassandra's new outfit)

Bartender: "Aren't you a little young to be drinking?"

Yang: "A water is fine, two of them. It's hot out." I replied with, taking off my Sunglasses

Bartender: "Ooohhh... Sure."

He went off to get the two bottles of water but unfortunately, some creepy guy decided to start hitting on me...

Creep: "Are you telling me, YOU'RE too young to drink?" At least we agree on one thing... "You  looks like a regular Huntress, and a beauty at that."

Yang: "I'm good and taken. Thanks pal."

Creep: "Seriously, not too bulky, not too lean... You're-"

Yang: "Just right. Yep. Like I said, I'm good. And I'm taken."

He moved closer to me and began reaching for... my hair... Bastard...

Creep: "And your hair..."

I grabbed his arm before glaring at him with my red eyes. Then, I do what I do, I punched the shit out of him, sending him flying out of the store and knocking a tooth out. Cassandra peeked into the shop at me, with a confused expression on her face.

Cassandra telepathically: "Okay. Why?"

Yang telepathically: "He was hitting on me."

Cassandra telepathically: "Oh really now? I might have to have a word with this asshole..." she said, cracking her knuckles.

Yang telepathically: "No need, love. Besides, I don't want that bastard's blood on your beautiful face" I winked at her, causing her to blush.

Bartender: "These ones' on the house. He's been driving me crazy."

I grabbed one of the bottle and tossed it towards Cassandra, who caught it with one of her tentacles before she flicked the cap off and began drinking. I silently reached for the other but then my left hand began trembling... I grabbed it with my prosthetic arm and took a deep breath in before taking the water and flicking the tap off so I could start drinking.

Bartender: "So what brings you two round these parts?"

I held a finger up for him to wait until I finished. When I was, I put my finger down and faced him.

Yang: "We're... looking for someone."

Bartender: "Not many people come out here; too far from the Kingdoms. Only person worth nothin' round here it..."

Yang: "Raven Branwen. Thanks again."

I began to walk out, with Cassandra waiting for me outside.

Bartender: "Wait, you don't wanna go messing with bandits! They're a world of trouble!"

Yang: "So, we've heard."

I put back on my sunglasses as I mounted Bumblebee. Cassandra got on the back and wrapped her arms around my waist tightly before I started the engine, revved it a little until...

Creep: "Hey, girlie..."

Immediately, Cassandra growled in anger as she lashed out one of her tentacles at him and grabbed him by the neck. Then she snarled at him before...

Cassandra: "Fuck... Off... Now...!" she struggled in a threatening tone through her damaged throat.

Yang: "Seriously? This isn't over? And I told you I'm taken." I gestured to Cassandra.

Creep: "I'm not... trying to... hit on you..." he struggled to say through Cassandra's grip before... "I heard... you're both looking for someone..."

CHAPTER 5: THE AUNT

(Cassie's POV)

This day, we had decided to start training, Currently, everyone was outside on the porch while Ruby and Oscar sparred in hand to hand because neither had much experience in hand to hand.

Jaune: "Man, Oz wasn't kidding. Oscar's picking up on this stuff fast."

Oscar then managed to land a punch straight on Ruby's face, giving her an angry expression with a slight snarl.

Oscar: "Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry!"

Using this opportunity, Ruby managed to punch Oscar and knock him over, giving her the victory.

Ruby: "I did it!"

Cassie: "Good job, Rosie!" I cheered, causing her to giggle at me.

She had a cheeky smile but then looked at Oscar in concern, who was still on the ground, seemingly talking to Ozpin

Oscar: "Why didn't you tell me?"

There was a brief silence before Oscar stood up and Ozpin took control.

Ozpin: "Not bad Ms. Rose, but Oscar doesn't have the years of training that you do. Or I do."

Ozpin engaged his Aura, causing Ruby to sweat drop, knowing that she messed up...

Cassie: "Rest in peace, Ruby."

Ruby: "U-Uh... Maybe we should uhh... you know... t-take a break?"

Ozpin charged her, regardless of her protests and threw a few punches at her head which she was able to block, with her arms before dodging the last. The then leaped towards her and landed a hit on her face, knocking her back. He leaped again and tried to kick her face but she blocked. When Ozpin landed, she charged him this time, throwing a left cross but Ozpin ducked underneath it and head butted her in the chin, knocking her over and out of the fight.

Nora: "Ouch..."

Cassie: "Damn..."

Ozpin: "The next time you want to throw a left cross, remember to push off with the appropriate foot, and as always, do be aware of any openings."

Ruby: "GoT iT..." she said dizzily.

Oscar got back in control as he fell over and Ruby immediately went over to his side.

Ruby: "Are you okay??"

Oscar: "How is this so exhausting?"

Ren: "Your body isn't used to this kind of training, not to mention generating a defensive Aura on your own. It takes intense concentration at first, but in time it will become second nature, allowing you to deflect attacks and gradually heal your wounds. After that, you can begin focusing on your Semblance, whatever that may be."

Oscar: "Semblance?"

Nora: "You know, like your own superpower! Everybody's got one, it's just a matter of finding it and mastering it. Ruby moves super fast, Cassie can transform into a Lightning Bolt, electricity makes me stronger, Ren can mask emotions and Jaune... can... uh, um... hmm..."

Jaune: "I... can't do anyth-"

Ruby: "Jaune's like you."  She took Oscar's hand and lead him over to Jaune "He hasn't found his Semblance yet, but we all know he will and you will too. We all just have to try and help each other get stronger."

Oscar: "Cool."

Ren: "A common philosophy is that a warrior's Semblance is a part of who they are. Some say your personality and character can define your Semblance while some claim that it is the other way around. Of course, there are still many who don't see a connection at all."

Nora: "It's hard to know when you know sometimes. Ren's semblance was unlocked from intense stress."

Ruby: "Min kicked in during training"

Cassie: "And mine's inheritary. But I unlocked it when I was in the White Fang and accidentally leaped off a cliff. I didn't have my wings developed back then, ehehe..." I giggled nervously.

Oscar: "*looks at Nora* And what about you?"

Nora: "Oh. Struck by lightning, didn't die. Crazy Thursday."

Jaune: "I just don't understand what's wrong with me... I train, I meditate..." he looked down before Ozpin took control of Oscar again.

Ozpin: "Don't worry Mr. Arc. Your journey is far from over. And the same might be said for all of you. Unlocking your Semblance isn't the end. It can still grow and evolve, providing you're willing to put in the work, who knows what could happen."

Cassie: "Yeah, My Semblance evolved from me just being able to turn into a Lightning Bolt and speed around, to being able to conduct and produce electricity. And Ruby's evolved so that she can split into three smaller Bundles of Roses."

Ruby: "Wait... what???"

Cassie: "Yeah. You can do that now." I looked at her. She just had on a god-smacked expression.

Ruby: "Cool......."

(Lazarus' POV)

I groaned in pain as I slowly opened my eyes, only to find myself in some kind of tent...? Wait...

???: "I see you're awake."

Startled and sat up straight as my eyes changed from gold to blue and got ready to attack, but I was surprised to see... My Aunt...?

Raven Branwen

Lazarus: "Raven...?"

Raven: "I'm surprised you know me, Lazarus."

Lazarus: "Well considering my father is your brother, then yeah I would know, Aunt."

She looked at me shocked before a second before noticing my broken left horn.

Raven: "It seems like you've gained some scars from the fall..."

Lazarus: "I don't need your pity Aunt. So tell me where are we, and where's Weiss?"

Raven: "So impatient like your father..." she sighed to herself before looking at me. "We're, my dear nephew, are in my tribe's camp. And as for that Schnee girl, she's in a cell outside."

Lazarus: "And why did you lock up MY girlfriend in a cell?"

Raven: "Girlfriend? Surely you could do better than some Sch-" I cut her off by getting up as my remaining right horn began glowing, signifying that I was about to fire. "Laz-" I cut her off again.

Lazarus: "Take me to her." Raven sighed.

Raven: "Lazarus, nephew, I just finished wrapping up all of your wounds from your airship crash. Please just sit down and let's have a nice-"

Lazarus: "I couldn't give less than a damn that you 'rescued' and 'patched' me up. You insulted MY Weiss Schnee, so I'm done listening to you. Either you take me to her, or I rain havoc upon this damned tribe in the form you must certainly know."

I threatened her as I heard Godzilla faintly roaring. Just then, I heard my mom in my head.

Mom telepathically: "My, my... You certainly haven't changed at all, Raven... How unfortunate..."

I was locked in a stare down with my own Aunt for about 30 seconds before she sighed disappointingly and nodded her head. After Raven took me to Weiss' cell, where I saw her turned with her back to me. Once my aunt locked the cell, I immediately hugged Weiss from behind, taking her by surprised.

Weiss: "L-Laz..! You're okay!" she rejoiced as she turned around and hugged me back.

Lazarus: "I'm not going anywhere my snowflake." I reassured her by kissing her on her forehead.

After a while, we broke the embrace and looked at each other, Weiss' expression filled with questions.

Weiss: "Where were you???"

Lazarus: "I was in my Aunt's tent."

Weiss: "Your... Aunt...?"

Lazarus: "Yeah. That lady with the red eyes and black long hair, she's my Aunt and Qrow's sister. She thought I would listen to whatever she had to say since she patched me up, but the moment she decided to insult you, I was done listening."

Weiss smiled at me and giggled.

Weiss: "You dolt."

I smiled back and patted her head.

Lazarus: "So, what's the plan? I couldn't get our weapons back."

Weiss: "Oh don't worry my love." She said as she presented a tiny Arma Gigas in her hands to me. "I already have a plan."
