Lily's P.O.V.

After getting back with Edward, I went outside to help Chef Jessup. He didn't say much else after his speech so I continued setting up my stations since the party will be starting in about 2 hours.

I was so wrapped up in my job that I didn't even realize my cell phone was ringing. Taking it out of my pocket I answer it without looking at the caller I.D.

"Hello?" I say

"Hello my beautiful fiance?!" I hear Jacob saying on the other line.

I giggle "Well hello my handsome fiance."

"Hmm, I seriously love the sound of that!" he exclaims chuckling.

"Well, get used to it. Until I can call you my husband."

"I like the sound of that better...I can't wait to call you my wife. How about if we just elope? I want to be married to you already." he said taking me by surprise.

"Are you serious?" I asked surprised.

"Of course I am. I don't think I can wait until next October to make you my wife. I Love you too much and I just have a bad feeling." he said cutting himself off.

"Bad feeling? What bad feeling Jacob?!" I ask concerned now.

"I'm sorry babe. I...I'm just sounding paranoid...I guess I'm just afraid that I might loose you before we make it down the isle. I'm afraid that you will leave me for someone else...I really don't know why I'm feeling like this?" he said sadly.

"Jacob, you will never ever loose me. I love you too much to leave you for somebody else. Please know that. You are the man I want to spend the rest of my life with. You are the one I want to be the father of my kids and you are the one I want to grow old with. Please don't think that another man can take me aways from you. Cause it will never ever happen. I rather die than be without you." I tell him truthfully...I meant it...I don't know what I would do with out him by my side

"I don't know what I would do without you either Lily. You mean everything to me. I would give my life for you too." he tells me and I know every word he says is true.

We were silent for a few a seconds until he spoke "I'm sorry babe. I wasn't calling you to make you feel bad."

"I know."

"The real reason I called, besides wanting to hear your sweet voice is to let you know that I will be leaving out of town tonight. My dad called me and needs me to go up to Seattle to take care of some business and he says he needs to talk to me about a few things that are very important." 

"Oh...is everything alright?"I asked concerned.

"Yes...you know...family affairs that has to be taken care of since I'm the oldest."

"You mean cause you are the only one?" I say chuckling since Jacob is an only child like me.

"Ha ha...yeah...that's what I meant." he laughed.

"Aww...I'm going to miss you so much. I was so looking forward to spending the night with you tonight. Oh well...guess I'm going to have to find some wealthy playboy in tonight's party to keep me company."I say jokingly.

Hearing a low growl from Jacob I start laughing "Not funny Lily...not funny at all."

"Ha ha ha ha...I'm just kidding babe. You know you are the only one I want and need." I say reassuringly.

"Yeah, yeah...I better be the only one." he says trying not to laugh.

Jacob and I spoke for about ten more minutes before he had to leave. The car that was taking him to the airport was in front of his apartment waiting for him. We said our goodbyes and I love you's and then hung up. I sure am going to miss him. I Pray he has a safe trip and that we will be in each other's arms soon. But soon can't come fast enough.

Rand's P.O.V.

Ever since I had my little meeting with Jessup I've been on edge. How dare he bring up Lily's happiness with that mutt to me? He spoke like he wanted them to be together...married even! I know he didn't know that she is my Mate but that's besides the point.

I didn't mean to grab him and slam him against the wall but Kayden couldn't control himself. Hearing him go on about our Mate and that mutt infuriated him. He had to make his point across...and I know he did. 

"No one talks about our Mate with another man in front of us Rand...No one! He needed to know his place. We need our Mate."  Kayden ranted.

"I know Kayden...she will be...tonight she'll be with us and every one at the party will know she is ours." I assured him.

Knock Knock...

"Come In..." I said as I heard someone knocking on the door.

Hearing it open I hear them clearing their throats "Alpha?!"

"Yes Audrey?!"

"I wanted to let you know that Li--, I mean the Luna is downstairs working on the preparations. Would you like me to send for her?" Audrey asked.

I looked at her and thought for a few seconds before answering her. She stared back at me and I noticed that she was nervous. She has been since this morning...I know she is keeping something from me. I can hear her heartbeat raise and she has been avoiding my eyes when she speaks to me.

"Please do... I need to see her...at least smell her scent to calm me and Kayden down." I tell her and she nods.

Before she leaves I call her name "Audrey?"

Stopping in her tracks without turning around she answers "Yes Alpha?"

I took a few steps closer to her. I was right behind her and I noticed her catching her breath. I knew being close to her like this made her nervous, I am her Alpha after all.

"Why do I feel like you want to tell me something?" I whisper in her ear.

Hearing her gulp she spoke "Al- Alpha...I...I don't know what you mean?!" she tried to say but I knew she was keeping something from me. I could smell the lie inside of her.

"Audrey...?! What is the one thing that I hate aside from rouges?" I drawled making my voice sound very calm.

I saw her shake a bit "L...li- lies Alpha." she stuttered.

"Lies...exactly my dear Audrey...so why is it that I feel like you are keeping something from me?" I growled in her ear.

She didn't say anything for a few seconds "Alpha...I...I..." she stuttered until we were interrupted by my phone ringing. I straightened myself up as I answered my cell.

"Hello?! Yes...when? Alright! Keep me updated. The party starts in less than two hours and I don't want anything interrupting my plans."  I say then hung up.

Sighing I look back at Audrey who was still facing the door. "Please make sure that everything goes according to plan. Send for Lily. I will meet up with her after I get ready. There will be nothing that will stop me from having and claiming what is Mine! You are dismissed." I tell her and she nods opening the door to leave.

I watched her leave closing the door behind her. I know she is lying about something. I will find out eventually. But right now I can't worry about it. I need to get ready for the party and ready for my Mate. My beautiful Lily which I will claim by marking her and showing everyone that she is Mine...and only mine.

A/N: This Chapter is a filler to let you readers know where Jacob will be. Why do you guys think Jacob has a BAD FEELING about LOOSING Lily? He's so worried that he wanted to ELOPE!

How about Rand knowing Audrey is keeping something from him? She is afraid to tell him...but he will FIND OUT SOONER OR LATER! What do you think he will do? How do you think Lily will do once they meet? Will she FEEL the INSTANT CONNECTION or IGNORE IT?
