A few weeks pass and today Kaveh was out with Ayaka and
Thoma just hanging Out until Kaveh saw his friend Nilou walking towards them.

He then quickly walked away away from the crowd and Thoma and Ayaka both followed him.

Ayaka  : what's wrong?"

Kaveh : that's my friend....Nilou....she'll definitely know it's me if she sees me!"

Thoma : I'm sure she w-

Nilou  : Kaveh?"

Kaveh immediately froze up as she saw him but then she asked.

Nilou : can I ask what this is all about?"

Kaveh  : i.....I can explain!"

Nilou : you look great but go on?"

Kaveh : i....."

Kaveh then quickly explain his whole situation to her the best he could.

Nilou : so that's why you didn't return to sumeru"

Kaveh : well That's one reason"

NiIou : oh I think I might know. But anyway it's good to see you i was worried when you didn't come back like you said and stopped writing letters."

Kaveh : I'm sorry I made you come here to check on me"

Nilou : well....there's another reason I came......could we talk alone?"

Kaveh could see Nilou start to look sad which made his stomach sink knowing she didn't have good news to say.

Kaveh : ......no.....it's okay say it here....."

Nilou  : Kaveh......your mother died....."

Kaveh : w....what....."

Nilou : she died while giving birth to your brother. You got the letter but since you weren't around I took it and reddit.

It also said after she died the father left and your baby brother is in the orphanage in Fontaine.

In her will she put you as his guardian if she ever passed. And you only have a few days to get him before you lose that right"

Kaveh : i....I what do i.....i...."

Kaveh didn't know what to do. He was upset about finding out his mother was dead and then to know he MJonly had days to get to his brother or he'll lose him too.

Kaveh : i....I'll never make it in time....i..."

Ayaka : maybe my brother can help you?"

Kaveh : how?"

Ayaka  : you both can adopt your brother so you still have him"

Kaveh : I can't ask him for something kicked this...."

Thoma : I'm sure he wouldn't have a problem with it"

Kaveh  :......"

Nilou : I know this must be a lot to take in......"

Kaveh : ......i....I should do this quickly"

After this Kaveh walked off.

Later as Ayato got done with a meeting everyone went with Kaveh to tell Ayato about the situation.

And after explaining it Ayato  thought before saying.

Ayato  : we can make this work"

Kaveh: what about your p-

Ayato : that can be thought about another time"

Kaveh  : i.....thank you so much....."

Ayato : no need. Now I can make arrangements for the adoption and to have your brother brought here.

At the moment traveling wouldn't be wise"

Ayaka  : what's going on?"

Ayato : nothing serious just a safety percussion"

Kaveh : you sure this will be okay?"

Ayato : of course. This effects nothing"

Thoma : what do You think the clan will think?"

Ayato : I'll face that when the time comes"

About a week later Thoma was sent with a few other to retrieve Kaveh's brother and soon arrived back with him.

And at the kamisato estate Kaveh was nervously walking
Around not sure what to think about this whole situation qnd Ayato and ayaka were there to as Thoma arrived back holding
Kaveh's baby brother.

Kaveh then walked over and looked at him. He looked so peaceful and happy. Then looked over at him and started smiling.

Thoma : I think he wants you"

Kaveh  :....."

Kaveh then picked him up and held his baby brother. He wasn't sure to think about the whole situation. 

Later in the middle of the night Ayato was walking around the kamisato estate looking for Kaveh when he suddenly heard crying.

He then followed the crying to Kaveh's baby brothers room and peeked in and saw kaveh sitting on the floor holding his baby brother and crying.

Ayato knew Kaveh was finally letting out his emotions and finally grieving his mother's death.

He wasn't sure how to help him so he just walked away leaving him alone to deal with it.
