||Dedicated to Sophie my childhood friend and lifetime supporter. Thanks, for everything. You're truly the best friend I could ask for. :)||
I had left the hospital about a three months later, and I started going back to school about one month after being released; I haven't recovered fully. Adrien had held my hand and guided me up the stairs to the entrance of the school. Damn, do you know how much easier this would be if you know, I wasn't blind?
I reached the final stepped and sighed with relief as Adrien followed close behind me. His arms wrapped around my waist and I blush madly.
"Ugh... Excuse me? What are you doing to that dumb blind girl?" Chloe had scoffed. I rolled my eyes and Adrien had muttered something under his breath that I couldn't even hear myself.
"Why you..." He whispered. I put my hand in front of him. "You know... Just let it go." I shook my head and walked forward, leaving Chloe behind. Adrien held my hand tightly and I knew I had definitely fell in love with him madly. My heart skipped a beat when even when his hand brushed against mine.
Too much.
We sat down in class, the names rolling down the list.
"Ah, everyone give a warm welcome to Marinette who had come back out of the hospital. How are you doing dear?" The teacher gave a warm smile; I felt it. I smiled back and replied, "Fine, thank you."

After the school day was over Adrien guided me home and he ended up staying with me for a while as we cuddled under the bedsheets, keeping warm with each other. His hand brushed my black locks and they loosely fell on my face.
"You're so beautiful." He sighed and I blushed.
"T-Thank you, Adrien." I stuttered softly. He chuckled and turned onto his back.
"You know, there is a school dance coming up. It'll be great. Many people are coming. You should come to, my lady."
I chuckled at his new nickname for me.
"What type of party. Do you know?" I ask, intrigued by the so-called party.
"It'll be something you would like. A masquerade party."
