We both sat there in silence as he held my hand tightly.

"I'm so sorry..."

I furrowed my eyebrows and looked down on the floor.

"Dont, Adrien."

He stood up in front of me.

"Don't what?"

"Do that."

He sighed and his foot had tapped the floor. "Do What?"

"Dont pity me. It'll only make me feel worse. It's okay, really. It isn't the end of the world. There are much worse things, of course. For instance, not being able to see." I chuckled sadly and he held my hand as he kneeled down onto the floor.

"It will get better, I promise you that."

"Gosh, I hope so." I replied with a frown on my face.

He kissed my cheek, then my nose, then lips, then forehead. I laughed to myself and I didn't know why.

"God Adrien, is there anything else?"

He then kissed my two eyelids and I smiled sadly to myself.

"You're so stunning, strong, beautiful, amazing... Everything." He kissed my nose one last time and we sat there in silence.
