"Come on now get ready soon, there is lot of work. We have to go to Bose's for Sangeet and Engagement today. Whole house is a mess, come on go and Pari fresh up soon. Kitchu Phool kaha rakhe hai?? Shagun ka saaman rakh diya naa thik se.."Suhasini asks their caretaker in her panic state.

"Relax Dadimaa, everything's done..Bhai is getting ready with Kairav  Bhaiya. You go and get ready everything will be ready soon as possible"cajoled Nayan aka Minnie.

"Jee Memsaab" He answers.

"Aarav get ready fast naa,don't make your Fireball wait for you"  
Parul Massi affectionately hugged Aarav. Aarav comes to her and reciprocated his feelings.

Aarav, in his room, was almost ready.
Naanu, Nayan and Kairav  had gotten him ready, and Suhasini and Parul walked in just then.

Aarav was happy.

Suhasini was elated to see her  grandson Aarav happy and shining.

She could just bless him, with her tears of joy.

Meanwhile, the groom, was busy too.

He was overseeing everything. He checked on the lights, the flowers, the garlands, the seats, the drinks, snacks, food, gifts, the staff, the arrangements, the security, and everything possible.

Aarav Kapoor' is such an enigma, he handled everything with lan. Aprajita continuously called out to him, to ensure everything was in place, and each time, he assured her with the same calm and reassuring demeanour.

He paused over his supervision, when a relative came to speak to him, and again, Aarav was it his best behavior. The pending work didn't perturb him. He laughed and joked, and put everyone at their ease. He made sure everyone was comfortable.

"Comeon beta get ready we have to go" She tells him.

Whole house was well decorated garland everywhere afterall it was engagement party in Kapoor's and Bose Families one of the richest in Dehradun.Every thing was done perfectly.

"Engagement Ceremony of Ajeeb Kapoor and Khargosh Bose "

Engagement ceremony was held in the lawns of the Bose Mansion. Bose's were also not less then Rajvansh' in their status. The Lawn was decorated beautifully garlands of colorful lights Hanging every where. Stage was also decorated with roses and jasmines flowers giving it elegant look and the sweet fragrance of rose and jasmine were filling the senses of the people. There were chairs arranged in circular manner making the circular loops. There were Star lights hanging over entire Lawn enhancing its armour.

There were food stalls lined at the corner of the lawn containing every type of cuisine Continental, mughlai, Punjabi, Chinese, Italian dishes lined, garnished and decorated. The aroma of food was filling the senses of any lone soul.

A Succession of Mercedes and invertible entered the Parking area of the lawn.Aarav,Kairav ,Naanu and Nayan emerged from one of the Car and Suhasini,Parul,Mehul ,from Other one along with there relatives and friends . Vishambhar and Rajshree welcomed them with delight giving them pleasant smile hugging their relatives.

Nayan observes the expression of Aarav, her big brother. He was indeed nervous. She chuckled at his tense state.

"Bhai What happened...?? Do you want to run from here?,Why are u afraid.?."  She walks towards the trio of her brothers  and hugs Aarav and slides her arms into his straitening his collar of his silk elegant shervani which he was wearing with a scarf surrounding his neck. He was looking indeed handsome. His shervani had elegant design embedded in them enhancing its beauty. Aarav looks at her little sister wearing an elegant sharara which was red in colour, having mirror beeds engraved all over it. There was work all over the sharara  which was making her look even more prettier.

"Shut up Minnie. I am nervous here and you making fun of me" Aarav glares at Nayan.

"Sholly Bhai..I was wondering how can a Sailor like you be nervous after being on ship for so long time?. Relax bhai,these jitters are just normal. When you will see bhabhi you will be eased,okay just remember you are her everything and she's only yours" replies Minnie holding her ears cutely.

"You always melt me like this..it's okay Princess"

"Cause you're my Amul Butter" chuckles Nayan and runs away from Aarav.

Aarav glares angrily but his eyes soften as his gaze went to beautiful Suhana coming downstairs for the engagement. His jaw dropped in awe and wondered who is more lucky he or she?.

Nayan collides with Samar,who was just entering the venue with his family. They both fell down on the ground together.

"Tum?!" said Nayan almost in screaming tone.

"Yes me,Samar Shah..I think we have met before" replied Samar.

"Keep these filmy lines for someone special..It's my Bhai's engagement and I can't ruin it because of you. Now leave my hand let me go"requested Pari while still struggling to save herself from Kairav 's naughty winks.

"Okay Ms.Kapoor, you may go. Fighter Pilot ki Fighter Jet"replied Samar smiling at her red embarrassed cheeks.

"Pari,are you alright?. Didn't you get hurt somewhere?" asked Suhasini.

"No Dadimaa,I'm alright. If he wasn't Anu aunty's son, I would have taught him a nice lesson today"replied Minnie clenching her fist in anger.

"Revenge taken little sister"whispered Aarav softly in Nayan's ears.

"Suhasini ji,let's start the ceremony" said Naanu impatiently.

"Yes Bhaisahab,Aarav come here" replied Meenakshi.

Nayan and Nishant walking down the aisle smiling to them having ring's dishes,inside in a globe of dancing couple decorated beautifully with roses.He couldn't help but grinning as saw his friends standing in front teasing him.

Finally Aarav and Suhana exchanged the rings with a promise for their new morning in an unusual form.

Aarav's Promises

Kairav  speaks out loud and clear "welcome Mr. n Mrs. Kapoor".

Kairav comes forward n announces to Aarav - Suhana  "all this is for you guys …its a big day in both your lives n from today onwards everything will be changed"…Aarav-Suhana stand there surprised.

The crowd gathered shower flowers on them. They reach the center stage, get up on it n are lost in each other …Kairav-Aahana join them …Nishant clears his throat to get their attention Both Aarav-Suhana have blush red faces.

Lights went off for few minutes.

Lights come back and everyone sees Samar with the mic.

"Oh God save him now, Minnie would definitely murder him for sure" chuckled softly Aarav eyeing at Suhana

"Don't worry Pilot,save yourself first" replied Suhana in her full on chirpiness.

Aarav joins Samar and Kairav leaving their ladyloves in blushes.

Aarav drags him out of his daydreaming and tells him that his dreamgirl is with Suhana smiling.

Nayan's smile turns into silent frown when she sees Samar staring him.

He pulled his sister's leg at her truancy. He hit Kairav  fondly on the head.

He took the blessings of his elders when he passed by them, and enquired with the waiters, whether they too had had some refreshments and drinks.

Rajiv, even, refilled the plate, of his old aunt, and gave her a warm hug and went till the gate, to greet his extended family and usher them in.

He was always on his toes, with no signs of fatigue, exhaustion or exertion visible. His happiness knew no bounds, because Aarav's happiness had none.

Suhana could do little but stare at the man, in White.. It was probably just coincidence that Suhasini had chosen that colour for him. Gosh, Aarav was undoubtedly, a great looker, but, tonight, the glow of happiness on his face, made him handsomer than ever.

The slight stubble, the tall countenance, muscular, well-built, and his agility and energy made him irresistible. The only aspect that stood out, besides him, as a whole, was the watch on his wrist, somehow, Nayan had always found a watch such as his, with its dial standing out of rest, exuding its own aura, extremely masculine, and today, the desirability quotient was more pronounced than ever.

With each little act of Aarav's, the love she held for him, manifested, and multiplied tenfold, and God knew, how Suhana stopped herself each time, she wanted to run into his arms. This was the caring, loving, kind, generous, affectionate, respectful and respected man her heart had admitted defeat to, and she inhaled deeply.

And, then, Aarav stopped and turned around. He could sense someone's eyes on him, all evening, not in stealth, but in constant scrutiny and found the one lone figure, standing out, amidst the noise and din, the clank of the glasses, the voices of the guests and staff alike, amidst the rush and urgency of the arrangements, the flowers and fruits, decked in a white lehenga and a dark blue blouse.

Suhana's  hair, was let loose, not even styled, as normally and unaffected as she was. Her dark tresses, flew unrestrained and wild, mirroring his frenzied heartbeat. Her long ear rings, were her only jewels, her bare neck, only accentuating her allure to him.

Her capricious nature was always reflected in her kohl lined eyes, that shone with laughter, joy, calm, quiet, excitement, fun, frolic and mischief, sunny to gloomy, according to her moods, her long lashes flitted as they met his eyes.

Right now, they stared at him, with the deepest of feelings, unfathomable, by all, but, crystal clear to him. They continued gazing into each other's eyes unfazed by the expanse between them. The curtains, fluttered, like the ends of her dupatta.

Suhana, was always very beautiful, but tonight, she looked angelic, and divine, and to Aarav she'd never looked more magnificent than now. In white, she looked like a nymph, seeming to have descended from above, only for him, heavenly and celestial. Untouchable and unattainable. No one, had humbled him, more than Suhana had.

On one side, Kirti and Nayan, who had just stepped out to give her to br sister in law and mother some lone time, nudged each other, at the obvious attraction between the two, and on the other, Kairav  and Nayan oohed and aahed at the overwhelming display of love.

But, Aarav and Suhana were oblivious to everything around them.

Time had stopped for the two, yet it had not been more than a couple of seconds.

Aarav, gestured at Suhana,asking, her with a slight tilt of his head, posing a question, wondering what it was, and she replied with a gentle shake of her head, denying it.

Aarav just smiled, and turned his back on her, to someone beckoning to him. And, Suhana turned around, encountered, by Aahana and Kirti, standing with folded hands, looking at her knowingly, giving her a knowing look.

As she tried moving past them, they stopped her, and said, "Strawberry candy kam, eye candy zyaada lag rahe hain, na Bhai?" Nayansaid, and both of them laughed, while Suhana blushed and walked away.

Soon, the bride descended down the stairs. Aarav looked resplendent in her pink outfit, and Aarav couldn't contain himself. Rajiv met her half way and extended his hand to her, which she accepted, immediately. He ushered her down, to where Ranveer stood waiting.

The ceremony was conducted without a glitch this time, and Suhasini heaved a sigh of relief.

Aarav came and stood next to his mother, and put an arm around her, and said, "Ab khush, na DadiMa."

"Haan, bahut." She said, looking at her grandson, proudly, and giving him a light hug.

Suhana stood witness to this gentle display of affection, and she melted, like every time, she saw Aarav's love for everyone close to him.

The newly engaged couple was showered with blessings and prayers, and gifts, just as Rajiv, came and sat next to his sister.
