AURORA FROST
I woke up with a small groan as I realized I wasn't dead...great. I sighed softly as I felt someone's hand lace into mine as it was cold. I looked up seeing James. I just let out a throaty laugh as I leaned back shaking my head.

"What's so funny..." he spoke sadly and I looked up at him shrugging.

"I wanted to be dead and here you are with your super speed saving me and shit. God. I don't care anymore. Just let me go. No one loves me anymore anyway" I spat as he sighed looking at the door.

"What? Is Edward gonna come in?" I spoke with a small bit of hope but quickly tore it down with a laugh. "Highly doubt it. He's probably screwing his WIFE" I spat with a laugh and when the door opened I saw my dad with a sad look. He had red puffy eyes and he looked like he was shaking. I haven't seen him this torn since my mum passed...and even then, he wasn't this bad...

"Dawn. W-Why?" he choked out as I looked down not knowing what to say.

"Dawn. Why would you do that" he spoke again in a stern voice. He normally was never like that but he seemed...mad.

"Dawn" he repeated and I flipped.

"I was raped repeatedly and I got pregnant TWICE just to have them brutally taken away from me!" I yelled as everyone froze.

"James. Is that true?" he spoke softly as James nodded.

"Yes, Mr. Frost...she has..." James whispered as I saw the look on my Dad's face shatter.

"Dawn...why didn't you tell me..." he whispered as I looked away.

"Because no one cares. Mum is dead, Daniel is dead, you're never home, James...he's going to leave me soon and I'm alone. I'm done. Might as well die now" I spat and suddenly he froze as all was still. All three of us just still. Quiet. Frozen. The only sound in the room was us breathing and the clock ticking...if only I knew how long this...torture would be...

EDWARD CULLEN
It's been a year since what happened with Aurora and Bella. I was sitting there on the couch with Bella on my lap but all I could think of was Aurora.

"You know, it's been a year and you haven't asked a single thing about Renesmee" she spoke in a bitchy tone but I sorta ignored her and kept my thoughts on Aurora. All I wanted was her. I missed her.

"Edward" she spoke in a harsh tone and I looked at her.

"What Bella" I snapped back and she stood up angerly.

"It's been one year and you're still thinking about that whore!" she spat and I stood up getting angry.

"She's not a whore" I spat back.

"Yes, she is Edward! She didn't love you! I do!" she screamed and I scoffed.

"She isn't a whore Bella. And you never loved me. You love that guy you have back in Arkansas but he doesn't want you. He left for someone younger" I seethed at her and she froze.

"Fuck you" she snapped and walked out of the house as I sat there with a sigh. Then that's when everything came crashing and all I could think about was her.

[I look up from the ground
To see your sad and teary eyes
You look away from me
And I see there's something you're trying to hide]

Sitting there remembering how that day went down. I walked over to her brother's room so I could comfort her...she was probably upset and when I walked over I heard yelling and when I walked in I saw them kissing. It broke me into pieces seeing her like that...with him. Then when they pulled away the tears in her eyes as she could barely look at me. The sorrow in her face.

[And I reach for your hand but it's cold
You pull away again
And I wonder what's on your mind]

She looked sad but then if she was why would she do that? Why would she kiss him? That was the one thing that bothered me for so long...why did she do it...if only I knew why...I needed to know...

[And then you say to me you made a dumb mistake]

Maybe it was a dumb mistake. Maybe she didn't mean it. Maybe...maybe she loved me...no...

[You start to tremble and your voice begins to break]

If she loved me she wouldn't hurt me like that...maybe it was for a good reason...maybe...God. There were so many thoughts racing inside my head...

[You say the cigarettes on the counter weren't your friend's
They were my mate's
And I feel the color draining from my face]

The way she looked at me...the way he laughed at me...how...betrayed I felt. How I yelled at her...all I could think about was her...maybe if I was nicer to her...maybe if I didn't yell...maybe...maybe...

"Edward" someone spoke but I ignored them.

"Edward" they repeated.

"Edward Anthony Masen Cullen!" someone yelled and I snapped out of it looking up at them. It was Emmett, Rosalie, Alice, and Jasper. Just...standing there.

[And my friend said
"I know you love her, but it's over, mate
It doesn't matter, put the phone away
It's never easy to walk away, let her go
It'll be alright"]

"Edward" Alice spoke softly as I looked at her.

"What?" I whispered and she sighed hugging me.

"Don't cry" she whispered. I didn't even realize I was crying...

[So I still look back at all the messages you'd sent
And I know it wasn't right, but it was fucking with my head]

"It's going to be fine" Rosalie spoke and I sighed.

"Move on from her. From both of them," she said again and I felt this pain in my chest where my heart should be but well, I don't have one...

[And everything deleted like the past, it was gone
And when I touched your face, I could tell you're moving on]

"We should go out. Go to a strip club" Emmett grinned as Jasper let out a laugh as I was just still. I didn't know what to do...I didn't want to go anywhere...I just wanted Aurora and she was moving on...

[But it's not the fact that you kissed him yesterday
It's the feeling of betrayal, that I just can't seem to shake
And everything I know tells me that I should walk away
But I just want to stay]

Time passed and that night we went to the strip club. Emmett and Jasper were doing whatever as I sat there with a bottle of whiskey downing it.

"Heyyyyy Edwardddddd. There's this hot chick on the couchessss. You should go fuck herrrr" Emmett slurred bluntly. Obviously, he did something or maybe on something. Oh well.

"Edward. You should" Jasper spoke. He seemed...off but was still functional.

"Do what? Do some random chick?" I snapped a bit making Emmett laugh.

"No. Talk to her. You need to find someone else. Someone new" Jasper spoke and I sighed nodding as I walked over there seeing a girl with long brown caramel hair. Her back was turned and she was in a short tight black dress. I heard her giggling softly when I inhaled deeply smelling a sweet smell in the air. That's when suddenly a guy kissed her. I stood there watching as I saw it was Evan...Evan and Aurora...mi amore.

[And my friend said
"I know you love her, but it's over, mate
It doesn't matter, put the phone away
It's never easy to walk away, let her go
It'll be okay]

"Come on Edward...we should do something else..." Jasper spoke and I sighed as we walked to the bar sitting there as a waitress walked around handing out people's drinks.

[It's gonna hurt for a bit of time
So bottoms up, let's forget tonight
You'll find another and you'll be just fine
Let her go"]

I signed again as the waitress disappeared and another walked over to us but it was someone I was trying to avoid...Aurora.

[But nothing heals the past like time
And they can't steal
The love you're born to find]

She stood there as I sat there. Both of us just staring as Jasper had this weird look and Emmett just laughed. I sighed as she suddenly walked off without a word and came back with three glasses and a bottle of whiskey.

"Go crazy," she said softly as she left and all I could do was watch as she left. As the woman, I fell madly in love with walked away.

"It's going to be okay Edward. You'll find better..." Jasper whispered as I sighed and started drinking. I needed to forget...

As time passed we drank and drank but despite the fact I was madly drunk I couldn't keep my eyes off of Aurora. I needed her. I wanted her. The way she laughed. Smiled. She looked happy...without me.

[It's gonna hurt for a bit of time

You'll find another and you'll be just fine
Let her go"]

"You'll find another Edward. It's going to be alrighttt" Jasper slurred and I nodded not saying a word. I just kept staring.

[It'll be alright]

I kept watching her as suddenly I saw Evan with his hand on her ass as she pushed it away.

"Evan. Not here" she whispered as I saw his face darken.

[It'll be alright]

That's when one of his friends walked over as they had a small conversation. I saw the fear in her eyes.

[It'll be alright]

"Edwardddd. You okayyyyy" Emmett slurred with a cough as I looked at him and looked back seeing they disappeared.

[It'll be alright]

That's when suddenly I saw them in a dark corner as I could hear her thoughts...her guard was down and that meant one thing. Instantly I got up as Emmett grabbed my wrist.

"Stayyyyy" he slurred as I pushed him away and I ran over there not caring who saw and pinned Evan's friend to the wall as Evan was nowhere to be found.

Once I knocked the guy out I looked at Aurora as she was a mess. Tears were streaming down her face as her skirt was ripped. I sighed softly and took off my jacket wrapping it around her.

"It'll be alright"
