EDWARD CULLEN:
I sat on the porch as my tears by now stopped. Now, it felt like I was...frozen. Like something from me was...missing. I've never felt like this. Not even when Bella and Renesmee left.

"Edward" Alice came out as I turned around seeing her with a sympathetic look on her face. Instantly I turned back around. I didn't want to look at her. I didn't want to talk to her. I just wanted to go back and hold Aurora. I wanted her. Nothing else. Just...her.

"Edward" Rose spoke and I still kept my gaze at the ground.

"Edward. Come inside" Emmett spoke and all I did was chuckle.

"Why would I come inside when the woman I love is dying. She killed herself and I couldn't stop her. I couldn't help her. I didn't know and now she's dead" I spat as then all of us grew silent.

"Come inside because Aurora is stable. She's alive" Jasper spoke and instantly I shot up facing them. Tears were stained on my cheeks but I didn't care how they saw me. I just wanted her.

"S-She's alive?" I choked out and he nodded. Quickly I ran inside seeing Carlisle wrapping up her arms. He had a sad look on his face as Esme came downstairs with a sad look on her face. I stood there behind the doorway just listening.

"Poor girl. She may think we're all a mystery when she's a mystery herself. We don't know anything about her but she's been through so much" Esme spoke as Carlisle only nodded.

"The good thing is Edward found her in time. I can see he cares for her more than he's ever cared about Bella. I know she could hurt him too and I think Rose told him that but I think she's different. She'll actually take care of him" she spoke again as Carlisle nodded.

"She knows" I suddenly spoke and they all turned their attention towards me.

"Knows what?" Carlisle spoke and I sighed walking over. Gently I held her hand as I looked at her and then back at him.

"That we're vampires. She saw Rose run in with blood all over her mouth and face. Human blood. Probably one of the guys who took her" I spoke gently as I kissed her hand.

"Is she okay with it? You know the risks of her knowing..." Esme spoke.

"I don't know. She's denying that she saw Rose but she saw it and there's no getting rid of it. Who knows, maybe she didn't see anything. Maybe she thinks it was all a dream" I spoke as they only nodded. Not saying a word.

All of the sudden, both Carlisle and Esme left the room leaving me with Aurora. I sighed gently as I sat next to her. My hand laced within hers as I saw her chest rising and falling. At least she was breathing. That made me happy. So damn happy.

Gently I laid my head onto the table as I cuddled into her side. I wanted her to wake up. I wanted to tell her how much she means to me. To ask her to be mine. And that's when I got my hopes answered as she woke up.

"I-I'm still alive..."

AURORA FROST:
I fluttered my eyes open as my ears began to ring and my whole body ached. I looked around as suddenly I felt a pain in my chest.

"I-I'm still alive..." I whispered softly. I didn't want to be. Why was I...why?

I sat up gently with a small groan in pain seeing Edward's head cuddled up to my side. I looked down at him as he looked up. Tears filled up his eyes.

"Of course you're still alive" he spoke and suddenly a tear fell down his cheeks. "D-Did you not want to be?" he choked out and I sighed nodding slowly. I could see the hurt spread across his face. I hurt him...but...why did he care? He didn't before.

"P-Please. D-Don't do that ever a-again" his voice broke as he cupped my cheeks gently.

I looked down at his hands as I pulled away. It felt...weird.

"Aurora, I n-need to ask you something" his voice quivered. It was like he was...scared. Worried. Worried about what I might say...

"What is it?" I whispered. I was afraid myself since I didn't know the question...it could seriously be anything.

"Aurora. You mean a lot to me and I don't know how to ask you this but, will you go out on a date with me sometime?" he spoke looking me in my eyes. It kinda scared me so I froze a bit.

"Aurora?" he spoke softly and I snapped out of it and shook my head. Immediately his face fell.

"W-What?" he spoke as his voice trembled and I looked down messing with my hands.

"N-no. I'm with Evan..." I trailed off and that's when I saw it. He snapped.

"What do you mean you're with Evan! He just kidnapped you and raped you! He even fucking basically sold you! Why would you just go back to him!" he yelled and I stood up flinching.

"I love him" I whispered and he just laughed shaking his head.

Then all of the sudden, he slapped his hand down onto the counter making a dent in it. I jumped and fell off the table with a grunt in pain. His eyes immediately softened but then darkened...

I trembled in fear and got up dashing out of the house running through the woods I found myself in. That's when I stopped and looked around seeing I was lost...lost. Lost and alone...

And then that's when it started to snow.
