AURORA FROST
I laid there silently as my arms were wrapped around Edward's neck and his arms were around my waist. Both of us silent. In this moment, he had his face buried into my chest with his eyes shut as if he was trying to sleep but knew he couldn't. It was as if the silence was really what sleep felt like to him but, I didn't really know much since well, I have only been a vampire for a little while.

Gently I shifted a bit in a more comfortable manner as I felt Edward's grip on me tighten a bit as he let out a soft whine. "Stay" he mumbled making me smile softly as I leaned down a bit to kiss his head gently earning another smile from him.

But, as I thought all was well and happy I had several thoughts race through my head and I hated it...so much...I just only wished these thoughts didn't exist and yet, they did...

"Edward?" I spoke timidly as he stayed silent. A small smile on his face and his eyes closed as his head resting on my chest. He was purely happy but me...worried...

"Edward?" I repeated as once again he was silent...

"V-Vampiro" I whimpered softly feeling a tear run down my cheek as quickly I pulled one of my hands away from him to wipe off the tear on my cheek not wanting him to see it but, because of my luck, he did see it...and a wave of hurt washed over him...I think...or maybe...it was something else but, he definitely felt something...

"Baby, what's wrong? Why are you crying?" he spoke quickly as he rolled off of me and pulled me into his chest letting me inhale the sweet smell of him as I laid my head onto his chest softly sniffling as I tried to hold in the tears just focusing on the feeling of him rubbing my sides gently or well, tried to focus.

"Mi amore...please tell me" he spoke softly pulling away a bit and wiped my tears off my cheeks.

"Please" he begged as he was now cupping my cheek.

As time progressed, I still didn't answer as I laid there, cuddling into him with his arms around me where all we did was let time pass. When finally, our silence was broken when we heard the door open downstairs.

"Edward! Aurora! We're backkkk!" Alice yelled as suddenly Edward left my side and grabbed some clothes for me. He handed me one of his shirts and boxers making me smile softly.

"Here, love, put this on" he spoke softly with a smile as I quickly got dressed then watched him get dressed too softly biting my lip as I watched.

"You know, pictures last longer" he grinned turning around to face me as I blushed madly and hid my face into my knees making him chuckle softly.

"Adorable" he hummed and quickly picked me up making me squeal as he carried me down the stairs and to our babies where Ilsa and Laila stood holding them.

"Mommy! Daddy!" they both giggled happily making me smile as I started to wiggle out of Edward's grip and immediately stole my babies from their arms and sat on the couch holding them closely and happily. It seemed as if everything melted away and it was just me, Briar, and Arrow. And I loved it.

Suddenly, as I sat there succumbed by the cuteness of my own babies, I felt a familiar pair of arms wrap around my waist making my smile widen as suddenly I already knew who it was. And just the thought of him made me overly happy.

"I love you, Aurora. I love you so much" he whispered softly against my neck kissing it softly as he started to suck on it softly making me gasp in delight.

"E-Edward. Not right now" I choked out while biting my lip as I felt his hand run over my body as I wiggled a bit as all he did was chuckle and pull away leaving me a blushing mess.

"You're such a tease" I whined holding our babies closely making him laugh and kiss my cheek.

"I'm stealing Briar" he grinned and the next thing I know was Briar was no longer in my arms but in Edward's.

"You're so mean" I whined making him chuckle kissing my cheek once more.

Pouting I laid my head on his shoulder and all we did was cuddle and talk. All the way till the sun fell.
