" I'm going somewhere else. Maybe for couple of years." Ryan who is sitting on the bench said without looking at Chris.

" Where to? But, why?? Enlighten me, okay? Don't try to play a prank on me." Chris questioned seriously looking straight at Ryan.

Ryan avert his head towards Chris.

" This is the only choice I have. I don't know how but I'll manage it somehow. I'm alone all this long and I'll be alone all the time. I'm just going to do what my instinct says. I'm just going to face another phase of my life."

" Wait! What did you said right now? You're alone all this long? Then who's the one who adopted you 12 years ago, Ryan? Who are they? Aliens? They are your parents! Your mother and father. I'm your brother. We're brothers. We spent lots of times together. We raised together. How can you forget all that? Don't tell me you pretended to be a nice boy all this long." Chris shot all the words in one go.

Ryan's ears become hot. Because, he is ashamed of himself. He is going to leave someone who gave him second chance in life.

" I respect them, Chris. I can't even payback on their good deeds. They are my world. But, now-"

" Now, what? You're leaving us. You're leaving your world. You're going to forget us. " Chris whispered softly.

" I'm not. You guys will be in here always." He touched he's chest.

He continued.

" Your mother and father painted my mind and soul with the most wonderful lessons. I'm sure, I'm not going to forget all those sweet memories. I'm going to treasure it."

" Human do change, isn't it? I'm just afraid you'll be one of them. The one who changed. I'm just worried. My brother is going to leave for another side. He's going somewhere far from us."

Ryan just stared at his hand. How could he face all this. From where he got this insane thoughts?

" If you accept me as your brother, please. Let me go. I'm sure you will be happy if I cherish my life. Without me you, your mum and dad will be happy. Trust me, I'm only an outsider, all this long I never realized it. But, now I know who myself is."

" Ryan. Is that all your thoughts about us? How could you even think that way. They love you, Ryan. There's no way I'm letting you go. And, two more days till your graduation. I'm sure you don't want to waste all your efforts, right?"

" I never think such way but some unsatisfied peoples around me made me think that way. Where's my mistake, I never did any. But, still they are trying hard to find faults in me. What I have done? Until everyone hates me. Am I can't be happy? People like me doesn't deserve to be happy?? It's not my fault, right?"

" You did nothing wrong, they're just envious. You deserves everything. You deserves to be happy. Try to change your mind, think about us for few seconds. How much we are going to miss you. You're our beloved one. Just don't do it."

" Chris, I can't deny anything. I'm just following my dream. Something that I always dreamt off is I want to travel all over. Don't you always say, follow your heart. Isn't it right? I want to see this world. I want to explore how people like me live. I want taste the feeling of being far from everything, from those people. But, always remember this Chris. You guys will be in here always." He touched his chest once again.

Chris gulped big lump of uneasiness. He just stood without showing any reaction. How? How can this happen. What happened actually, until he took such a very big decision.

" Follow your heart, huh? Yes, that's true, just follow your heart. I'm no one to stop you, anymore. And, you'll be in our hearts always. I never know you are literally taking my words."

" That's great. This is what I like about you. You are the most understanding creature."

" Creature??" Chris tried to laugh but he couldn't.

" Only that one you realized all this long?" Chris questioned.

" You are the most amazing person. You're the most amazing brother ever. I'm not saying this to satisfy you but I'm telling this from bottom of my heart."

" Ryan, please. Reconsider your decision, man. How we're going to live without you."

" Just assume I'm dead. I never came to your live. Try to imagine a life without me, just like the day before I arrive into your life." Ryan explained.

" Ryan.. how could you even say like that. I know I'm no one to stop you. But, mum surely going to miss you, man. Please, don't..."

" I know it's hard. I took about a month to make up my mind. It's very hard, Chris. Tell mum and dad I love them."

" I started to doubt you when you called me and said meet me at the train station. I know something wrong is going to happen. And, now everything is going in the wrong direction."

" Please, don't forget to tell them, okay? I'll always remember them and you, Chris. You always made me feel special. You always made me feel like I belongs to your family."

" I'll try my best to explain everything to them. At least, you can tell me where are you going, right? We can at least know that you are safe."

" I don't know where I'm heading. It could be Edinburgh or Glasgow. I really don't know.." Ryan sighed heavily. His hands still in his pocket. Trying to avoid eye contact with Chris.

" Do you have some money with you?" Chris asked to hide his sadness.

" I have some, I started to save some money since last year. And, now I know why I did it. Maybe around £2000 pounds with me. You don't have to worry. I'll survive as I survived those painful days at the orphanage."

" Wait here, okay? I'll will be back. I saw an ATM around there. Just wait. Don't go.."

Immediately, Chris started to run as fast he could. Disappearing into hundreds of people. Emerging.

" Im so sorry, mum, dad and Ryan. I didn't mean to leave. But, I have to do this."

He sat on the iron bench and closed his eyes. Only waiting for the time to come.

Just in 3 minutes Chris came back from the ATM.

" Ryan.."

He opened his eyes and stared blankly at Chris.

" Here's some for you. Don't refuse, okay." Chris pull Ryan's right hand and put the white letter cover on his palm and closes it.

" I put my visiting card inside. Call me if you need something. Leave me an email to share your sadness and happiness. Take care of yourself and don't forget us who will always remember you. Who will always send prayers for you."

Ryan just look at him without blinking. He knows, he have to take it. Without a word he tuck the white cover inside his pocket and looked at Chris with indescribable look.

" Chris, time for me to go. Take care of mum and dad. I need to leave now."

" Will you return back?" Chris asked slowly. He's really out of words.

" I will. I don't know when and how. But, I'll return.."

" At last, you gave some hope. I can see the light at end of the tunnel."

" Au revoir ( goodbye), Chris."

" Don't say it. Till we meet again, Ryan. I'll always come here. Everyday for your arrival."

Without Chris's realisation tears started to flow on his cheek. For the first time he is crying in front of his beloved brother. For the final time, he hugged Ryan. This could be the last time.

" Je suis désolé ( I'm so sorry)."

" Go and chase your dream." Ryan whispered slowly into the thin cold air.

Ryan pick up his carry bag and with a black backpack on his shoulder he started walking. The distance between them grew larger. Without turning back Ryan waved his hand. This could be the final wave. Tears flow on his cheeks. He continued to walk. Then, disappeared slowly.
