Far from being as normal. Chris woke early than he used to. Before the time shows 8am. He already started making breakfast for all of them. As usual pancakes and scrambled eggs.

" Eh, Chris. You're early."

" Mum, have a seat. I'll bring your breakfast."

" Sure you don't want any help?" Luna asked after she landed herself on the kitchen stool.

" Nope. Scrambled eggs will be ready in a minute. Just seat there and watch how I'm going to perform." Chris rolled his sleeves once again even it's already rolled up.

" Okay!" Luna answered cheerfully like a little girl.

She continued.
" Don't ruin your shirt. The stains are really hard to remove. Wear the apron instead."

" No worries, mum!"

Chris continue to prepare breakfast. He smoothly flips the pancake. He puts the the pancakes on the plate and scrambled eggs in small bowl.

" Ready!" He puts the plate in front Luna. Luna just looked at him without uttering any word.
She rose her left brow it's like she is asking is this food is edible.

" Take a bite, Mum. Don't just stare. You're making me feel guilty."

" I'm tasting it with my eyes." She said tried to avoid from eating it.

" Mum.. just a bite. Your son prepared it with lots of love."

Luna even hesitated to hold the fork. Once, Chris tried to make breakfast. But, he ended up putting salt instead of sugar in the pancake batter. Since then Luna never let Chris enter her kitchen. But, today Chris managed to break in.

" I checked the ingredients twice before making the batter."

Before Luna puts a small piece of pancake into her mouth. Kevin take a seat next to her.

" There you are! Have it." Luna pushes the plate with two pancakes. It's a big relief.

" Who made this?" He started to doubt both of them.

" Me. Have a bite, Dad. It's the awesome pancake from a awesome person."

Without saying a word Kevin just eats it. He finishes the pancakes just under two minutes.

" I want more! It's so delicious."

" I said it, right?"
He continued to make pancakes. Luna just looked at Kevin.

" Really? What does it tastes like? Salt?"

" It's perfect. You missed a chance."

Their conversation stopped when Chris's phone started ringing. Without wasting any time he immediately ran to the living room and take his phone on coffee table.

" Hello. Good morning. Who's this?"

After 20 seconds.

" I'll there as soon as possible."

" Who's that?" Kevin asked.

" I have to go. It's urgent."
He left with his black suitcase.
