Hayoung POV

Guilt overwhelmed me as I told the paramedics to call my parents. They had already lost my twin sister Soyeong to a similar accident a year ago and now they were about to loose me.

As my vision blurred and I passed out, my body seemed to feel lighter. It was as though all the weights that had chained me down were released and I was free. So this is how dying feels like, I thought. My spirit drifted through a void and I found myself next to my sister once more. She was crying in a waiting area with the woman from the street.

My parents arrived and my mother rushed to embrace my sister. "Eunji!" she sobbed.

The woman who had been sitting with my sister stood and bowed. My father bowed back and asked "What happened?"

In the Waiting area

The woman looked at Eunji and then back to her father before retelling the incident. "It looked like your daughter had been crossing the road when the car appeared out of nowhere. Everyone thought that she was going to be hit" she looked at Eunji again "but then the other girl ran into the street and pushed her out of the way just in time. Unfortunately, the other girl was hit instead."

"And? What happened?" her father asked prepared for the worst.

"We were going to move her out of the road, but she asked us to leave her where she was until the paramedics arrived." The woman remembered the look in the girl's eyes as she laid mishappen on the pavement. "She...didn't look..."

"Thank you" her father quickly inturrupted.

Hayoung POV

I wanted to cry looking at my father. I could tell he was trying to remain strong for my mother and sister, but was about to break down. "Thank you" my father inturrupted the woman as she was telling him what had happened. "Do you know where she is now?"

"They took her for emergency surgery a few hours ago" she pointed down the hallway. "We haven't heard anything since then."

"Thank you again." My father looked at my sister and then asked the woman "Would you mind staying with her a little longer while my wife and I try to find out what is happening?"

"Of course, go right ahead" she replied.

I closed my eyes and allowed myself to drift back into the void.

Woohyun POV

We were so excited about our debut. We had worked very hard for this and we had finally made it. Our variety program 'You are my Oppa' was well recieved too.

"Okay guys, gather up" Sunggyu Hyung callled out to us. "We've been working hard for the past few years for this. I know you are all nervous, but just relax and have fun like we always do and we'll be fine."

Then we all put our hands together and shouted "Infinite Hwaiting!"

We made our way to the stage and were shocked at the amout of people in the audience. I started to get nervous as the group before us was performing really well. I looked aroung and everyone was enjoying the performance except one girl who was standing in the back. She just stood there with a straight face the entire time.

Our turn came and we got up on stage and introduced ourselves. As we were getting into position, I noticed that the girl seemed interested in our performance. We performed our song and everyone cheered except that girl, but she seemed happier.

The show ended and the audience left. We packed up and made our way out of the studio. As we were walking through the studio floor I noticed that the girl was still there, but nobody seemed to take notice of her. She was looking at the floor in front of her. I looked down and saw that she was staring at a ring that was lying a few feet away from her. I walked over and picked it up and asked "Is this yours?"

She looked back at me in surprise. "Ya! Woohyun! What are you doing?" Hyung called out to me.

I turned to face him and said "I'll be right there." When I turned back to talk with the mysterious girl, she was gone. I placed the ring in my pocket and rejoined the group.

Eunji POV

I arrived at the studio and was able to get a spot with a good view of the stage. I wish Hayoung was able to be here too. Infintie came out and gave an awesome performance! I was screaming and waving my hands around so much that I didn't notice that I had lost Hayoung's ring until I got home.

I went to the hospital the next day and told Hayoung about the performance. Then I broke down in tears as I told her I had lost her ring.

Hayoung POV

I don't know how much time had passed, but when I next opened my eyes I found myself at the M!Countdown studio. I was with Eunji once again. I stood and watched as everyone cheered for the idols. Then I heard the MC announce Infinite's Debut Stage. I raised my head and saw the seven of them walk onto the stage. The music started and they dominated the stage. A sad joy came over me as I thought if only I were alive and could have see this for real.

CNBlue had won and gave a great encore stage. Once the program ended, my sister left with the rest of the audience. I closed my eyes once again, but when I opened them I was still in the studio. I looked around and saw my ring was on the floor.

People had been walking all over the place that I hadn't noticed that Woohyun Oppa had walked over and picked up my ring. He looked in my direction and asked "Is this yours?"

My eyes widened in shock. Could he see me? Impossible!

"Ya! Woohyun! What are you doing?" Sunggyu Oppa called out to him.

As Woohyun turned to face him, I closed my eyes and felt myself drift back into the void.

Woohyun POV

We finished our schedules and returned to the dorm exhausted. We all went to our rooms and collapsed. I reached into my pocket and pulled out the ring I had picked up earlier. As I looked at it, I noticed a small engraving on the inside of the band. It was two initials; HY.

"What's that?" Sunggyu asked as he leaned over me.

"Nothing" I replied as I tried to hide the ring, but Sunggyu was quicker.

He grabbed the ring from my hand and asked "Where did you get this then? Was it a gift from a fan?"

I tried to get it back, but he wouldn't give in. I sighed in frustration as I collapsed back onto my bed. "I found it on the floor at M!Countdown. I thought it belonged to a girl who was looking at it, but she disappeared before I could find out."

He tossed the ring back to me. "So, what are you going to do about it now?" he asked as he sat next to me.

"I want to return it to her, but I don't know anything about her. I think she is a fan though."

Sunggyu looked at me and smiled. "Then all you have to do is wear the ring until you find her. If she is a fan, she will definately come to see us again and you can return it then."

I smiled "Then I hope she comes to Music Bank tomorrow." I put the ring on my finger and went to sleep.

The next morning, we got up early and went to the practice room for a quick runthrough before heading to the studio. While waiting for our turn on stage, I kept looking out at the audience hoping to see her.

"Is she here?" Sunggyu asked as he placed a hand on my shoulder.

I looked out at the audience one more time and smiled. "Yes! She is standing in the back corner like last time."

I tried to point her out to him, but he couldn't seem to see where she was. He placed a hand on my shoulder and whispered in my ear "If you want to get her attention, do some aegyo before we get off the stage."

I blushed, but in the end I did as he suggested. I made a heart with my hands looking right at her and she smiled. After the studio cleared, I went out to find her, but she was gone.

Hayoung POV

When I opened my eyes again, I found myself in another studio. I looked around and noticed that it was for Music Bank. I tried to find my sister, but I didn't see her anywhere. Then the MCs announced that Infinite would be doing their debut stage.

Again, they came out and gave an awesome performance. As I was watching them, Woohyun's hand caught my attention. Oh My God! He is wearing my ring! Why does he have it?

They finished the song and as they were leaving the stage, Woohyun turned towards me and made a huge heart with his hands. The girls in the audience started screaming and I smiled.

I closed my eyes once more and found myself back in the void. Everytime I open my eyes, I would find myself at another venue and Infinite would be there performing. Sometimes it was even overseas.

I think my spirit is attached to my ring. Is that why Woohyun can see me? Actually, I don't care. I'm just glad that I can still see them.

At the Hospital 9/1/2011

"Doctor! It's the patient in room 1366 again!" the nurse called out as they ran into the room.

"What is it now?" the doctor asked irritated at the situation.

"I don't know what it is" the nurse replied. "We have blocked all outside stimuli and asked the family to not say anything that might upset the patient as per your instructions, but it is still happening. Her heart rate keeps spiking and look at her face" the nurse poited at the bed.

"How is this possible? She is crying? What is going on?"

Woohyun POV

I can't believe it has been over a year since we debuted. "Hyung! Can you believe that we have a chance to win?"

"Yeah, but I doubt it will happen" he replied.

"Yeah....I know, but it's still cool right?"

"Let's just go out and have fun like we always do." He placed a hand on my shoulder and we walked out to perform.

"Does that girl still come to our performances?" Sunggyu asked.

I looked out at the audience and said with a large grin "Yeah, she's here today."

"Does that mean you are going to be doing your greasy aegyo again?" he sighed.

We went out and gave our best perfomance yet and I saw her smiling the whole time. She really is beautiful when she smiles. I made a heart for her and I think I saw her blush.

We came out for the ending and waited for the winner to be announced. When they said 'Infinite', we all looked around in disbelief. Then we all broke down in tears. We had worked so hard for this day. I looked out at the fans and saw that she was crying too. How can she look so beautiful with tears in her eyes?
