As started in many other stories about Welcome Home, you were new to the neighborhood. You've recently unpacked your bags, organized your stuff, etc. etc. All that moving stuff.

And after a couple of days of not coming out due to doing stuff, you ordered food and went to bed.

The next morning, you wake up, and decided to take a quick walk around the neighborhood just to see what it's like. But unexpectedly, you come across a fine fellow, sitting at a canvas with a painting palette.

"Hello Neighbor!" The man said with a soft and calm voice. "Ha ha ha, You're new to the neighborhood, ain't cha?" He asked you.
