↬ [NOTE.] for bottomfeeders // y'all this took me a day to make plus  finding for stocks and such. the sky and the ground was very hard to blend. initially i set a pyramid into the line path thingy but it didn't blend (?)so i replaced it with a ufo which blended perfectly. let me know your thoughts about this <3

【 ENTRY 2 】

― NECROSIS. for bottomfeeders

↬ [EXPLANATION.] When I thought of necrosis, I thought of death and decay. Necrosis is a greek word and I thought of greek mythology and with this, I drew inspiration from my imagination of the House of Hades, the Lord of the Undead. I was reminded of the time Annabeth and Percy drank from the River of Phlegton and healed their wounds.This got me thinking how ironic it was that in the world of death and decay, there was life. It got me thinking how fragile the boundary of life and death is. The volatile and overwhelming use of green in the graphic poster represents the idea i am trying to convey - the dangerously thin line between life and death.

That is why revival and resurrection is depicted through the floating skeletons, meaning to say that necrosis is more than just death and decay. The color green explains and fits the poster best. Green is more than just a color. In fact, in the history of art and cultures across the world,green is ambiguous, vividly depicting scenes of decay and rebirth. It produces a sense of immediate peril, of the unknown, which captures the atmosphere successfully in the poster.

【 ENTRY 3 】

― DRAMATURGY. for bottomfeeders

this isn't my best but atleast i tried lol 

↬ [EXPLANATION.] They say we were all born to be real, filled with flaws within but this saying remains untrue for the grim lives of Asian idols. They are expected to be perfect and consistently so. This poster delineates the limits of fame and how Eve (the person behind the bars) breaks under the weight of the eyes of the masses, as depicted in the background. The baton bars portray the sense of feeling trapped, the strangulation of Eve's self-expression. The white background represents the innocence and the purity of Eve being stained by the masses while the monochromatic detail of the character in focus produces a sense of hopelessness and the unknown. Starting starlings like Eve have yet to navigate the industry and the toxic culture to accustom their lives. but little did Eve know, that he will be gambled and abused by his company, hence the two hands shackled by the fate that decides him. Could he stop this from eating him from the inside out? Or would he be blinded from the events that will unfold?

【 ENTRY 4 】

― HOTEL DEL LUNA. for bottomfeeders

↬ [EXPLANATION.] Located in Myeon–dong, Seoul, The Hotel del Comodidad is not any like any other ordinary hotel. Its halls are filled with baffling mysteries that seems to trouble its guests at midnight; the loud buzzing noises that seem to ring across the halls, the erratic knocking against the doors of the rooms and worst, a family now gone astray. As these strange occurences only materialize in a full moon, the hotel earns its infamous epithet: Hotel del Luna.

Jang Man-wol is the CEO of the hotel. Contrary to her position, she never really cared about the hotel nor its staff. Being a coxcomb, she's obsessed with posh fashion and uses the hotel's profit to supply her needs. With the hotel facing a denouement, Man Wol is determined to find the lost family, bring back the hotel to its former glory, and finally buy the Swarovski earrings that she longed for.

With the help of Gu Chan-sung, an investigator who also has a fair share of secrets, Man-wol will have to wade across the web of mysteries that awaits below the hotel and perhaps, she might find her long lost Gucci bag in there.
