We ask that you'll join the company because we see potential in your arrival. The VCU isn't perfect. But no company is. We can't promise you money, we can't promise you fame. We can't even promise an easy life, for that's not what this is about.

Let me explain the names real quick!

In Japan, the surname aka what we call Last Name comes first. Tomoruko Kisha. To us, it would be Kisha Tomoruko. Since Kisha is her "first" name. My name is Caity. It's written Caity Lastname. If I was in Japan, it would be lastname Caity. You adress people you aren't all that close with (or if your being formal) with their surname. Then the formality 'San' is used to show respect. It's not on the level of Sama, but outright calling a stranger chan or kun can be taken as rude or offensive. Especially in a formal situation or conversation.
