Mini update...

It was a disaster.

Baekhyun looked crestfallen as he stared at Chanyeol who embraced D.O. tightly. He didn't know why but he felt a clench in his chest that was aching and breaking.

Kai looked dazed and unsure of what to do as he watched his trusted hyung hugging his precious witch. He didn't move to separate them as he believed that he will never find his other half.

D.O. thinks that I'm a pervert and Baekhyun likes Chanyeol.

However sensing the sadness of the human beside him, Kai gently tugged Baekhyun away from the scene. Both their hearts aching as they walked silently away.

"Get off of me you slobbery dog!" D.O. warned as he flailed his arms.

"But I love you~" Chanyeol singsonged latching onto the witch.

"No you don't it's the stupid potion! Why did I make that potion anyways?" D.O. mumbled as he criticized himself.

"Wait where did those two go?" D.O. muttered as he looked around.

"I hate Chanyeol." Baekhyun complained even though his heart was still aching for the other.

"I hate humans." Kai mumbled as he laid on the patch of grass beside Baekhyun. Baekhyun lifted an eyebrow and Kai immediately added "except you."

"It's ok I understand sometimes I wish that life isn't so complicated." Baekhyun stressed.

"I wish I have something that protects my heart, it always breaks into pieces." Kai muttered.

"I guess we are the same." Baekhyun answered as he stared afar.

It was then that Kai noticed a glimmering shine from beneath the other's shirt by the shoulder blade. Gently he tugged at it until he saw a pretty moon imprinted on the human's skin.

"Kai?" Baekhyun questioned confused at the other who was rubbing his shoulder in a tender way.

"You have a moon on your shoulder." Kai began as his thumb traced the shape. "Chanyeol hyung has one too. But it's on his chest." He continued and Baekhyun scrunched his eyebrows as pieces of a familiar dream infiltrated in his mind.

A baby and the loud cry then a shimmering moon on their shoulder. The man and woman however weren't distinguishable as their faces were hazy.

For the alpha...

Provide unconditional love and happiness for the other no matter if he receives any or not...

Baekhyun's head started to spin and pieces started to fit together. He was the baby who fulfilled the prophecy. He had to provide love for the wolf even when he doesn't receive any back. His heart started to ache and if only there was a way to break this.

His heart ached too much and if this spell was broken for sure he would not love Chanyeol anymore...right?

A low groan from his left broke Baekhyun's thoughts as he glanced over to see Kai sputtering curses.

Sweat gathered at his temples as his eyes turned red.

"K-Kai?" Baekhyun stuttered as the friendly wolf from before gave him a growl in return.

Immediately, the other pounced on him and started tugging on the smaller's pants.

"Y-Yah! What are you doing?!" Baekhyun stammered as Kai leaned in to lick his face. His features flashed from wolf to human and back again as Baekhyun pushed back.

Before Kai can do anything else, there was a harsh grip on his fur and he turned angrily to see the witch he gave his heart to.

"Calm down wolf. Your rut will end soon." D.O. soothed as he caressed the other's head.

It was seemingly peaceful until Chanyeol appeared with a low growl directed at Kai.

Kai looked confused at Chanyeol's glare directed towards him. D.O. was still petting his fur and soothing sweet nothings to him.

D.O. groaned in frustration at the three kids he had to care for-Kai being a whimpering mess, Chanyeol being an insensitive prick, and Baekhyun being well defenseless. D.O. couldn't really blame the human as it wasn't everyday that you encounter witches and wolves and bunny transforming humans.

Chanyeol reached out to yank them apart when someone held him back. He felt a warm presence wrap their arms around him as he tried to move forward.

"Chanyeol please don't." Baekhyun mumbled as he hugged the other from behind.

"Get off." The other replied seemingly annoyed at him.

"No! You'll hurt them." Baekhyun opposed as he tried to tug the taller back.

Instead of relenting, Chanyeol pried the arms off of him and pushed Baekhyun onto the ground.

"I warned you and you didn't listen!" Chanyeol shouted as he climbed on top of Baekhyun to immobilize him and intended to slap him when the smaller squeezed his eyes shut.

For some reason he couldn't hurt the other and it was making him angry as he growled and pushed him some more. In the process, his sharp claws ripped through Baekhyun's thin layer of clothing and slit across skin causing a sheen of red to spill through.

Baekhyun winced in pain but didn't dare utter a word as the flashing color of the eyes scared him.

"It hurts!" Baekhyun finally shouted after pushing Chanyeol off of him.

"Well I don't care! Stupid weak humans." Chanyeol grumbled as he stood up and dusted himself off.

"You're stupid!" Baekhyun yelled as he hopped onto the taller's back and began tugging on his hair.

"AHHHHHHH GET OFF!" Chanyeol shouted as he swung this way and that yet the human did not relent at all. The taller after awhile was able to flung Baekhyun off who flew but instead of the ground, he crashed into Cookie.

"Ugh! I hate you! You stupid wolf!" Baekhyun shouted before tugging Cookie along with him.

Chanyeol groaned at them and he was going to bound to D.O. but he couldn't help but glare at the human's hand wrapped around the other's wrist.

His brain was a bit split as his heart was beating rapidly yet his feet were walking towards the witch.

"Yes!" D.O. yelped as he watched at Chanyeol's quick indecision. "The potion might be wearing off a bit because of an act of jealousy or because that wolf actually likes the human a lot." D.O. grinned but facepalmed when the wolf started padding over-all grins and smiles.

"Stupid wolf. Stupid dreams. Stupid ugh!" Baekhyun kicked the dirt as he tugged Cookie along.

"Me too." Cookie agreed as he followed after the human.

"I wished I fell in love with someone easier to love. What am I saying, I don't even like him it's the stupid spell." Baekhyun grumbled as he stomped his feet. "I just wanted my partner to be caring, happy, and love me a lot." Baekhyun mumbled. "Is that too much to ask?" Baekhyun asked rhetorically.

"I-I'm caring. And happy with you. And I-I love you too." Cookie stuttered glancing at the human who slowed down his steps.

"Aww you're so adorable! Thanks for comforting me Cookie. I love you too." Baekhyun said before facing the front again and walking slower.

"It's true though." Cookie whispered as he shuffled along.

However, on their journey a loud rustling appeared before a growling fox leaped out. Its teeth bared out and eyes glaring at Baekhyun.

He stumbled back a bit as Cookie confused peaked over to see an angry fox.

"Don't hurt my human." Cookie stepped in front and glared back but the fox thought that this human looked quite cute.

Then in a flash, the fox turned into a human with only a large cloak covering him. Baekhyun thought that he would be accustomed by then but still he fainted.

"Argh you made him faint!" Cookie exclaimed in distress as he checked the human. Gently, he held the other in his arms and carried him.

"It wasn't all my fault." The boy muttered before staring at the sleeping boy.
