Thick leaves crackled beneath the heels of Baekhyun's shoes as he advanced confusingly in the forest. Eerie thick fog clung harshly against his outfit as trees loomed thickly all around him.

It was just his luck that he drifted away from his group of colleagues for a small injured bunny. The others had to locate their spots and carry out their tasks so after reassured by Baekhyun, they continued on their way.

Baekhyun was never really fond of college trips since he barely had any friends. He was just not the approachable type more reserved and shy as he kneeled down to where the white bunny was. With only his worn backpack with his small camping supplies, he settled down to examine the creature's deep cut on its leg as if injured by another dangerous animal with sharp claws.

Wind sliced harshly against his skin as he pulled out his old t-shirt and ripped a piece of it for wrapping the bunny's hind legs. Baekhyun was about to pull out his small bag of nuts for the bunny to nibble on, just for it to limp away quickly without any time for Baekhyun to react.

Worried, Baekhyun stood up to leave when loud huffing sounds rumbled near his ears. He turned only to meet the endless cluster of bushes and trees.

A howl sent shivers down his spine as he took each step gingerly.

Without a second to ponder, Baekhyun ran away leaving his spot dashing and dashing and when no sounds were heard, he slowed to a walk.

He noticed that he ran with no aim and ended up somewhere in the middle of the woods. Pulling out his phone, he dialed for his peers only to have it drag on and on. With no one picking up, he carried on his trip before he stumbled upon a large house.

It was dark and eerie like a common haunted house but somehow it seemed different. More ancient. Baekhyun stepped onto the first stony step and knocked doubtfully at the door. The door opened by itself and Baekhyun uncertainly stepped inside trespassing from the dangers of the forest not knowing how much more trouble he was signing up for.

He didn't notice the deep scratch marks in front of the door. He didn't notice the trampled flowers and dead roots and leaves piling around the house like a layer of snow. He didn't notice the dark hue of red splashed against various spots-which were once from healthy human beings just like him-before they entered this haunted mansion.

"Hello? Is anyone here? I just need some help finding my way and this was the only place I stum-" Baekhyun halted in mid sentence when he heard a growl somewhere in the house.

Immediately his face paled and attempted to flee when he saw a large black dog laying in the middle of the grand living room.

It whimpered and tried moving but failing miserably and any fear Baekhyun felt before was thrown out the window as he knelt beside the animal. It looked so harmless and friendly that Baekhyun without a doubt moved closer but he didn't know how dangerous this animal actually was.

He didn't notice that this was not a dog but instead a wolf-a dark ebony wolf with the sharpest canines that can pierce any flesh and brown eyes that would flash a bloody red.

A beast with no mercy or any care for anyone's feelings. Stone cold heart and a desire to murder-to rip his victim's hearts out, bathing in their blood, and devour them piece by piece.

But because of the darkness Baekhyun mistakes this and falls further into the trap that so many before him have too.

"Don't be afraid I'll protect you furry guy." Baekhyun cooed as he ruffled the fur on the 'dog's' head as he kneeled beside him.

The dog seemed to act pained and helpless as Baekhyun stayed by his side for awhile before remembering that he was lost and needed help. But before he can stand up and search the house a creaking sound distracted him.

And then the doors banged close eliminating all the previous light that was shed from the moon. It frightened Baekhyun as he stood up and ran over towards the grand doors. He tried in vain to open the locked doors but they wouldn't budge at all.

And slowly the supposedly injured dog stood up stretching his muscles out as he dauntingly approached the human.

And like before this was set in stone, everything will happen according to all the previous humans before, and fall into this little trap.

Their faces contorted in fear and betrayal as death sucking them into their open doors. The pain of horror etched beautifully on their faces. The blood and screams slicing through the air.

It was just Baekhyun's fault that he cared so much-too kind-too nice that he will become just another victim.
