D.O. stormed out the door after he noticed one of his potions spilling out his bag. He tried to fix it as he walked off down the halls with Kai yelling at him to not do any funny business.

Chanyeol sighed in content as Baekhyun patted his back while pondering about being stuck here.

"Mr. Wolf-what did that person mean? What punishment? Can it break the spell?" Baekhyun asked gently as Chanyeol moved to a more comfortable position. He didn't like it a lot when the human called him Mr. Wolf all the time but he didn't complain as Baekhyun patted his hair.

"I told you already-the spell is unbreakable so I guess you have to be stuck here forever." Chanyeol concluded with a determined tone even though he has a way but he wouldn't tell that to the human-just so there would be someone suffering along with him.

Immediately, Baekhyun deflated with worry but still patted the boy because what if he never sees his loved ones again? What about his studies?

Did anyone care to look for him? Why did he feel so invisible-people passes him in the hallways, not one person to wave at, not one person who notices his absence, always just Byun Baekhyun.

"Mr. Wolf d-do you want to be my friend?" Baekhyun asked with a small hope in his tone. Because I wish I have a friend even if I'm stuck here forever. I wish I can have someone to call a friend.

Chanyeol tensed his body rigid as he processed that word. How fragile and ugly friends were it was just a meaningless word created to link strangers together. He wanted to deny this human of a sad little thing called friendship but staring into the other's eyes he couldn't bare to break that one thing the human wanted so much.

"But I don't know anything about friends." Chanyeol answered as he paddled across the floor back towards his makeshift rug.

"That's ok. Mr. Wolf." Baekhyun whispered and decided at that moment to give a small smile towards the grumpy boy.

And at that short second, it seemed to spread out and still as each frame replayed in Chanyeol's head the small curve of the lips to a crinkling of the other's eyes.

In that moment Chanyeol knew that he was a whole lot closer towards breaking that stupid spell than he thought he was.

"Where are you going? Don't bother Chanyeol hyung anymore!" Kai warned as he followed the mysterious witch inside a room in the mansion.

Kai stopped as the other spun around and pierced through his eyes with a dangerous glow.

"Now now puppy just calm your pretty little head and don't make me mad." D.O. declared as he tugged his tattered cloak off. He thought that the guy would whimper and run away because of his death glare yet the other surprised him greatly.

Kai only stared determined at the small human before sprawling himself on the ground.

"Don't call me that." Kai stated before rolling himself on the cloak D.O. discarded seconds ago. He felt his face heat up as he recalled the witch call him pretty.

"But am I really?" Kai continued as he peered over his shoulder to look at the witch.

"Wha?" D.O. asked a bit disgruntled forgetting the t sound at the end.

"Am I really that pretty?" Then the creature giggled freaking giggled at D.O. who stood frozen and implanted on the spot with a confused look paralyzing his face. What was wrong with this creature?

D.O's words backfired as he was the one now pink and embarrassed from that wolf. After what seemed like forever, D.O. scurried towards the bed and yanked a white cloth off before plopping on the furniture.

It gave a creak from not enduring weight for a long time before D.O. settled comfortably. It wasn't until he felt a sleepy body against him that he almost screeched.

"I think you aww you're an adorable human." Kai yawned before drifting off to sleep with an arm comfortably draped across the other's stomach.

D.O. tensed because are wolves naturally this touchy? What happened to the embarrassed and shy wolf awhile ago? Now he's full on invading his private space and popping the bubble.

Baekhyun gazed at the sleeping human now wrapped in blankets with a large shirt and pants on.

How was it that he never knew about wolves? That they can transform into humans too?

Baekhyun was on the brink of sleep when something appeared in his mind.

"He's so adorable." A man cooed as he patted a little baby wrapped in blankets on a cold winter day.

"Honey look at his tiny fingers." The woman said quietly as she rocked the baby boy back and forth.

A mysterious person with a long cloth covered completely then spoke "On his twenty first birthday he shall be united with the strongest alpha and provide unconditional love and happiness for the other no matter if he receives any or not."

The man and woman looked down at the baby once again before nodding their heads. They had no say in this as this was the prophet.

"Until then raise him with the utmost care and when the time comes things will fall in place." The shadowed man ordered before he walked away.

Slowly, the baby then woke up one eye opening after the other before a painful cry pierced through the night.

The baby wailed as a small shaped moon appeared on the shoulder of the boy.
