It was a beautiful afternoon with the sky turning orange. Perfect for this scary holiday weekend with his old friends. A month has passed since he asked Hanako to get the theater booked for his concert.

Kumano looks at the glowing door and an older teen appeared her at backstage wearing the same green jacket, yet he has grown hair in different places. "Hello Bear Mutant!" Ed recalled

"Yo!" He greeted back with a handshake, "you brought your instrument?"

"Ready as I ever! I finished watching the Scooby-Doo Movie Marathon and I am so happy to play! I got high a bit but I'm still ready!" Ed explained

"Wait, you didn't told me that, I didn't even give you drugs" Kumano added

"Eddy has the stuff and he lent me some! Double D doesn't want any" said Ed

"Figured. Anyways, you seen Jodan lately? He wasn't here" Kumano replied

"I didn't see him" Ed looked around to find him and the older mother Katie came by with her instrument, "guys, terrible news. Jodan cannot attend tonight!" She explained

"What! How did you know he wasn't coming?" Kumano asked

"He has a strep throat and he is attending a 6-hour meeting through Zoom, which is far worse!" Katie replied

"This is bad, but the show must go on. A band of five would be fine, we just need Cress and Dimi, he definitely needs a perfect to play drums" Kumano informed them his backup plan

"Well we only need guitars, singers, and drummers anyway, we definitely want them!" said Katie

"Got one!" Cress shouted

"Me too!" Dimi hollered as they walked in with Tate

"You picked my son?" Katie asked

"Yeah, he has quick arms to flap around when he's panicking! So he makes a perfect candidate for our outstanding performance!" Cress explained

"We're very sorry for doing this without your permission!" Dimi told her

"He can brave enough to be controlled" Katie giggled

"Mom!" Tate moaned in embarrassment

"Please don't fuss, my friend is eager to make up with you" Katie went to the stage and everyone get prepared for music action.

"People young and old! Presenting my son's performance, here is the reunion of Bear Kid and The Sleuths... which now it's called... Kumano and The Sleuths!" Cuddly announced in front of the band with Katie in the lead, Ed in a guitar, Cress and Dimi in drums, and Kumano with the lead guitar!

"This is for the two people who gave me this guitar and gave the band the former name! Hanako-San and Jonny 2 by 4! Those guys we love! This is for you!" Kumano replied and played a cover of a familiar song

Cuddly smiled as he looked at Kumano raging out his energy in a good way. I must prep up for Oynyan then, he may not want to give Cubbonyan back, but still...

"Hey Gramps!" A baby voice cried out and he smiled to see a human baby with a spider abdomen

"Besshi!" Cuddly opened his arms as the baby tackled him, "how's my favorite granddaughter?"

"Good Gramps, Mommy is teaching me art and more magic!" Besshi smiled

"That's great! How's your uncles?" He asked, "they cause a fire, didn't they?"

"No Gramps, they didn't!" She said as she rubbed his bearded face

"Good! I am expecting great things from you my sweet dalgona!" Cuddly hugged her gently

"Dad! Let go of her, she isn't strong enough for your bear hugs yet!" Lyn played with her dad after he lets go of Besshi

"I'm just trying to be a grandpa!" He explained

"You've still dad-like to me" Lyn laughed

"Hmm... two days... According to our intelligence, the day of the dead is coming and Cubbonyan will be risen within Oynyan. We will most likely visit him but we have to deal with Logonyan" Cuddly sighed

"I remember correctly that he would be furious if you come back personally, why can't we ask Oynyan to come by over here and throw a party before sunset" Lyn explained

"Lyn, that might work, how can we explain this to his foster father?" He said, "hmmm... how about... a camp far away from where he lived for a few days. He can use his pen, there's no Yokaisona living in the world other than those two"

"You've right. He has company without pens, let's plan this out for Oynyan then." Cuddly texted his grandkid

"That took care of the problem, how about you Lyn?" Cuddly changed the subject

"Oh, there are new Yokaisonas popping out in Gravity Falls, turns out The Mystery Twins got a set of twins of their own... which makes me miss the twins I used to partner with... HOW CAN THEY SEVER THE FATE I SHARED WITH THEM!? God! How can our creator have the oddly predictable storyline that sort of connects to modern time!" Lyn explained in a fit of frustration, but she cleared her throat, "anyway, these twins are related to Galaxynyan cause his sister is friends with them, like McGucket, they're good at inventing and recently, their goal was to send the highly prized project to an unknown world for scientific research, like the Mars rovers."

"Good for them! They made rovers?" Cuddly asked

"No, they made robots! I wonder where it lands now?" said Lyn

(The next day)

A metallic egg fell to the ground, it didn't cause much impact to fall a monster. The hatch was open and a figure appeared wearing fox ears and tail. "Searching for new resources" she scans the field and found a core crystal, "analysis found. This is clearly a mineral that holds data to create living lands such as the one I'm living in..."

"Foxy! Do you copy?" A strange group of soldiers tailed behind her

"Loud and Clear, Master" she replied

"Have you made it in one piece?" said The radio

"The capsule is still intact. I made it safely" Foxy cuts off when she was zapped with high volts of electricity

"Foxy? FOXY! FOXY!" The radio was cut off and the soldiers dragged her body away from the scene

"Take the Artificial Blade and the remains to our secret vault! We have new experiments to test!"
