Y/N woke up in a daze. He found himself laying on the ground and saw C3-PO, R2-D2, BB8 and Gir looking at him. Gir kept poking his face.

"Gir, you can stop. Ug my head. What exactly happened"? Y/N asked rubbing their head. As they did they looked at their hands and noticed that he was wearing a blue ring with a odd symbol.

After a couple seconds he realized that instead of his typical Horde outfit his outfit's sleeves were now a light blue. He immediately jumped up and looked at his outfit. He was no longer wearing his horde outfit. He was wearing some kind of Blue outfit

Y/N jumped and screamed in surprise. C3-PO tried to calm him down

"Calm down Y/N, you know how you get when you are panicked. You know your eyes water, your hair gets fluffy, you shake like you in a earthquake" C3-PO began listening all the things that happen to Y/N when he panicked. Y/N rolled his eyes at this. He was annoyed at this and wished he would shut up. As rubbed his eyes C3-PO stopped talking and his voice sounded muffled. Y/N opened his eyes and was surprised to see what looked like blue duck tape around C3-PO's mouth. To make matters more shocking Y/N saw that the blue stuff on C3-PO's mouth was coming from the ring.

"WHAT THE"?!?! Y/N said in surprise and alarm. The blue material from the ring suddenly vanished. C3-PO looked at Y/N

C3-PO: What in the great world of Entheria was that?!?

Y/N: How am I supposed to know?!?

Y/N calmed down and tried to think. Last thing he remembered before he was consumed by a blue light was the blue ring on his finger coming to him and making a declaration saying that he had great hope and he was now a member of the blue lantern Corp.

"Hey Y/N, I don't know if this is helpful or not but me, R2 and BB8 found a cave with drawings with the same symbol on your outfit and ring in the rock the giant blue lantern is on". Gir called out to Y/N and C3-PO. Y/N looked at where Gir, R2-D2 and BB8 where. They were at the entrance to a cave on a part of the mountain the lantern was on. Y/N and C3-PO walked to the entrance and went inside. By his instinct or the rings instinct it started glowing. As he looked around the cave and saw writing on the walls. It was some ancient form of writing. The droids took a long look at the writing.

C3-PO: Oh my goddess. In all my years, I have never seen a form of writing like this.

R2-D2 and BB8 couldn't understand it either. Gir didn't make a attempt at reading them. Y/N didn't know how or why but he knew what it said.

This is what it said. "It says here that the Blue Lantern's were created to bring hope to the future in the light of so much destruction, when good faces overwhelming odds. At the end of the war with the Sinestro Corps and after being exiled from the Guardians of the Universe for their individuality, Ganthet and Sayd started the Blue Lantern Corps by creating a Blue Power Ring out of their hope for the future. The Blue Lantern Corps recruitment is unique in that it takes a process of three days in which the being in question is picked by the most recently recruited lantern. They learn that it is a responsibility to give one's self to the universe. When they agree to the terms and conditions of wielding such power, The Guardians of Hope bestow the ring upon them."

"And that's where you begin". A voice called out. The male and the droids jumped and turned to see who the voice was. At the entrance of the cave was a tall pale figure.

"Greetings my young blue friend and his little mechanical friends". The person came closer to Y/N and the droids.

"Allow me to introduce myself. I am Saint Walker. I'm a Blue Lantern, like you".He took a bow and held out his hand. Y/N shook his hand nervously. Saint walker noticed this.

"Relax young one. No need to be afraid. I'm here to help you. It's your turn to be the next Blue Lantern". Saint Walker told Y/N in a calm voice.

"Come. Walk with me". Saint Walker said walking out of the cave as Y/N fallowed him.

Saint Walker took a breath as he and Y/N stepped outside. They stopped by a waterfall. Saint Walker sat on a small rock. Y/M did the same. Saint Walker got the two of them some tea.

"The Blue Lantern Corp is one of multiple corps of the emotional spectrum. We are powered by the emotion of Hope and you my dear boy have show great signs of hope". Saint Walker said smiling. Y/N looked at him and drank his tea

"Ok. Mr Saint Walker, I'm flattered about all this but why me? What am I supposed to do? How does this ring work"? Y/N asked Saint Walker so quickly it was hard to understand what he was saying.

Saint Walker raised his hand gently.

"All will be explained in good time. Right now you should know about your ring. Your ring is powered by your hope. The more Hope you have the stronger it is. The rings use Blue energy, supplied by a Power Battery, which in most cases takes the form of blue light. The Blue energy of hope is an infallible connection to the universe. Hope is the most powerful of lights, and thus the universe speaks through it. A Blue Power ring's possibly one of the most powerful weapons in the known universe: it has the ability to affect and use fundamental forces of the known universe, including electromagnetic energies such as gravity, radiation, heat, light, and powerful blasts of concussive force. The ring can also create fields of force formed from an unknown energy that was bound by the users' will. The limitations of such use are the skill, knowledge and imagination of the user. The ring can be used to fire blasts of blue energy or create weapons such as projectiles of them. The ring can project beams of force powered by the will of the user. The weapons power is more an indication of the hope of the user. The ring can also create various force fields of various sizes and shapes to protect the wearer and others around the user. The ring can form constructs of blue energy. Unlike a Green Lantern Power Ring, The primary function of the Blue Power Ring will manifest its constructs in response to the targets specific psychosis. In this way, the ring can remove the corruptive influence of the red flame of rage by infusing hope. Otherwise the ring is a weapon capable of transforming the wearer's thoughts into physical constructs through the wearer's mastery of hope. A Blue Lantern can create any particular items or construct that they can imagine as long as they have the mastery of hope necessary to conjure it into existence. The Power Ring allows the wearer to pass through certain solid objects, such as walls. Which objects that are not penetrable are not known, but it may depend upon the strength of the wearer's hope and the density of the object's molecular structure. Upon request, the power ring can recreate a holographic environment based on data in its memory banks. The ring wielder can observe events in a ghostlike state, but the ring wielder cannot alter the outcome of the playback. By the manipulation of anti-gravitons and directed molecular movement, the ring allows the user to fly at incredible speeds. The rings show a considerable ability to heal the injuries of others, more so than any other power-ring has demonstrated. The ring has a wide range of detection abilities based on the imagination of the user. If one can conceive of it, he can probably detect it. The ring can also be your own Galactic Encyclopedia and a Universal Translator." Saint Walker explained to Y/N. Y/N's eyes widened and his mouth dropped with surprise. Saint Walker took a sip of his tea.

"I know this is a lot to handle but believe me younger one, you will understand the responsibility's you have. I will train you in the ways of the Blue Lantern, but we already have so much we must do". He got up and signaled Y/N to fallow him.
