Training on the Isle: Part 2 - Day 1

Faith smiled as she caught up to Yellow and Bea. "Hey."

"Oh, hi!" Yellow replied cheerfully, taking a look at Bea's arm.

"How does it look?"

"Not too bad. It will be better in no time." She smiled.

Faith smiled back. "Anyways, I came here to help, if you need it."

"No need. I can handle this by myself." She touched Bea's arm and a soft glow covered it. When the glow faded, there was no bruising or bleeding on Bea's arm. Faith's eyes widened. "You healed her!"

"Yep."

"Bea? How does it feel?"

"No pain at all!"

"That's amazing!" Faith smiled at Yellow. "Thank you so much!"

"No problem." Yellow smiled back at Faith.

"So what now?" Faith asked, looking at them.

"Let her rest for now, she'll need all her energy for tomorrow's training," Yellow replied. Faith nodded and smiled. "What are we going to be doing in training?"

"A lot of different things. Don't worry about it right now. We have a lot to do." Yellow walked into the kitchen to do something quick. Faith knelt down next to Bea. "Hey."

Bea looked up and smiled a little. "Hi!"

"How have things been going for you? Getting used to this place?" Faith asked her, looking out a window into the cave.

"Kinda. I've never seen anything like this, though. It's very... interesting."

"I know! And these people... They all seem very nice. And helpful! Not what we've been used to lately." Faith smiled at Bea.

"Yeah..." Bea said with a smile.

Yellow came back into the room. Faith got up. "I should probably get to training, right?" She looked out the window again, out into the cave, where the group had started their training. She smiled and waved at Kevin and Allister. Both boys waved back at her.

"Yep. But before you go... just... keep an eye on her tomorrow, okay? Hilbert won't go easy on you guys. (I almost spelt his name wrong) Faith nodded slightly and went out to where the rest of her group was.

"Hey guys. What are we working on today?" she asked her group, her pale blue eyes scanning the large cave.

"Interlocking with the beauty of nature," Damien said.

"Uh... okay then..."

(I'm not gonna explain Day 1 of training. Too much for one chapter)

"It's getting late. Let's end training for tonight," Faith sighed. The others nodded and followed her inside.

Faith reviewed everything she had learned in training that day. She sighed as she curled up next to Bea, her mind and body slowly drifting into sleep...
