Theory
(Sinon's POV)
My eyes avoided the spot Hikari was, before she died.
My memories went back to all the times she was nice to me.
When she helped me dress for my date and even let me borrow her boots. Every nice word she said to me.
Every hello. Every smile. Every friendly conversation, glance and laugh. Was it all fake?
She wanted me dead. The whole entire time. And I never knew it.
"Sinon?" Yui's voice mumbled, calling out to me.
Her voice broke me out of my thoughts.
"Hm?" I responded.
"What now?" Yui questioned. I vacantly look towards the sky, which was once filled with a golden sun, now shielded with grey clouds fogging up the sky's blue color I missed.
"I have no clue," I murmured, placing my how and arrow, along with my dagger in my inventory. And my eyes widened at what I saw.
The log out button.
"No way," I muttered, taking a good look at it, making sure I wasn't seeing things.
"Is that the log out button?" Yui exclaimed. My finger slowly neared the button and pressed it, but to my disappointment it didn't work.
"Of course, its not working," I responded, frustrated.
"But it wasn't there before. That is, until after you, uh, got rid of Hikari," Yui paused, wording her words right. She has a point.
"So what? Getting if Hikari brought back the button?" I questioned. I never noticed how smart Yui was. She's like her papa, that's for sure.
"Her and Ken were the ones who did this, trapping players inside this death trap. We got rid of Hikari and all of a sudden the log out button appeared," Yui mumbled in thought.
"So what if we got rid of Ken? Would that make the button work?" She questioned.
"That's a good theory," I admitted. She's like a little Sherlock Holmes.
I hope they're alright...

Authors note: This is a short chapter, but more to come.
Yui sure does take after her papa, doesn't she?
Until Next Time
