(Sinon's POV)
We got home safely after we left the hot springs. I lay there, still, sleep deprived.
I couldn't sleep. Because, first of all its technically morning now. And second, I couldn't sleep after the night we had.
A small smile crept on my lips and my cheeks flushed again.
Amazed, I look over to Kirito, right next to me, fast asleep. I can't believe he can sleep after that. I couldn't.
I need to get used to this. Having him sleeping in the same bed was still all new to me. Heck, having him kiss me was new.
Even though it hasn't been that long since we've been together, strangely I felt like I already knew his lips. His hands. Even though it was all new to me, they felt so familiar. So kind and genuine.
I thought if I could write a letter to myself a month from now, before Kazuto and I got together, telling me all that has happened to us, I doubt the past me would believe it.
It seemed too good to be true despite the fact we're stuck in a death trap. And despite what Ken did to me.
Ken.
I didn't want to return to those memories. But I'm glad I could replace them with the sweet ones Kirito and I made together.
The thought made my body hot, so I took off my blanket, and Kirito unconsciously rolled a whole 360° and wrapped himself in the blanket. I laughed under my breathe. He looked like a burrito.
"Seriously papa?" I heard Yui's voice next to me.
"Yui?" I whispered.
"He looks like he belongs on a plate next to some rice and salsa," Yui remarked. I muffled my laughs in my hands, not wanting to wake him up.
"So you told him, right?" Yui changed the subject. I sighed and nodded, looking at Kirito's peaceful face.
"He didnt believe me at first," I mumbled quietly, folding my arms.
"Oh, of course he didn't," she replied, she sounded like she was pouting
"Don't worry Yui. I'll tell him again when he wakes up. I'm sure he'll believe me then," I reassured.
"And how do you know that?" She questioned.
"He promised me he would after he took me to that place. He said if I still said you were alive by then, then he would believe me," I explained under my breath. I wish I didn't have to whisper, unlike Yui, no one could hear her. But that is sad though.
"But you haven't told him about the log out button, did you?" She questioned. Sometimes I question Yui's age. Because she sure didn't act like it right now. Maybe there's a glitch in her personality.
"No mother, I forgot," I teased.
"Its okay Sinonononon, just don't forget again," she said sweetly. There was a long pause in our conversation.
"Yui?"
"Hmm?" She mumbled.
"What's it like? Not having a body?" I asked. She took a moment before she responded.
"I move around as if I had a body, but when I try to look down at myself, I don't see anything. I can merge and go through walls and objects if I wish. But I could also sit and touch them as well, but I can't move anything. Its really weird,"
"So, like a spirit," I mumbled.
"I don't know what its like to be a spirit, but I guess," she replied. Kirito stirred a bit, and began to twitch his nose.
I stared at him intently, and heard a yawn escape his lips. He batted his eyes open and looked at me with a small grin.
"Your up?" He asked, groggily. His eyes widened when he bad difficulty sitting up and looked at the blanket he wrapped himself in.
"Uhhh," he mumbled, attempting to escape blankets hold. Successfully, he managed to stick an arm out, free. Then the other.
"Pffffft," I couldn't contain the laughter. Suddenly I felt his free arms wrap around me and pull me over.
I fell off the bed and so did he, finally free. We both lay there on the floor, laughter not leaving us.
The laughter gradually died down.
"Hey," I murmured, turning to him.
"Hmm?" He mumbled, playing with my tail.
"You said you'd believe me,"
"I know," he murmured.
"Yui's still alive," I tucked his hair covering his face behind his ear, and my fingers lingered there, my fingers gliding down his cheeks.
His eyes began to fill with tears, and his lip slightly trembled. I caressed his jet black hair.
"You sure?" He asked quietly.
"When did papa turn into such a baby?" Yui's voice teased. I giggled and Kirito gave me a questioning expression.
"Yui said, when did papa turn into such a baby?" I repeated. Kirito chuckled, wiping a tear that managed to escape.
"You can hear her?" He questioned. I nodded.
"We don't know why exactly, but we have a hunch it's because of the sapphire rose. We were the only ones affected by it. And I'm the only one that can hear her," I explained.
"Wow, papa sure is slow," Yui remarked, causing me to snicker.
"What'd she say now?" Kirito questioned.
"She just called you slow," I replied. He merely laughed.
"Does she want to say something else?" Kirito questioned with hopeful eyes.
"Yui?" I called out to her.
"Get that bad blue man," she pouted.
"She said to get that bad blue man," I murmured. Kirito's eyebrows lowered, and his expression changed instantly.
"You got it," he mumbled, now laying on his back, staring up at the ceiling. I place a hand on his.
"Yui thinks if we get rid of Ken, we'll be able to get out if this game,"
His eyes widened at turned to me. I pulled out my player screen and showed him the log out button.
"The log out button appeared shortly after I killed Hikari," I explained grimly.
He pulled out his own player screen to check for himself, not believing his eyes and looked back at me.
"We could go home," he whispered. I nodded.
"It doesn't work, yet," I added.
"Not until we get rid of Ken?" He questioned.
"Yeah," I whispered. I hope he won't do anything drastic or risky.
Although I believe Kirito is the best swordsman between the two, Ken loved to play tricks and didn't really play fair. And although I believe Kirito is better skilled, I still worry. I don't want to lose him. Not when I just had a taste if how its like.
The taste of his lips on mine. The touch of his lips on my bare skin. The touch of his fingertips. Of his tongue. The sound of his voice in my ear. His hugs. His smile. I don't want to lose any of this. But I knew why he's like this.
He wants to get out of this game. So we could be together not only virtually. Because we all could die here. I understood why. I still worry though.
"Then we'll get rid of him. I was going to do that anyway," he mumbled, bringing me out of the thoughts in my mind.
He stood up and equipped everything he needed. All I could do at that moment was watch.

So that's it for now. More to come soon!
Oh by the way, before I forget, I think I have an idea for my next Kinon/ Kirinon/ Sinoto fanfic, lol whatever you like to call it. I've seen so many names.
Anywho
It's a bit cliche, but the good kind of cliche. I actually started on the first chapter before I posted this. Just a heads up. Since this story is coming to its end pretty soon.
Lol I kinda want a burrito now...
Until Next Time!
