I hug him "Thank you for helping me. Back there," he hugged me back, catching me off guard, "no problem"
He drew back, grabbed one of my hands, and dragged me out of the school.
"Where are we going?" As his hand was still wrapped around mine, I inquired.
"Somewhere it's a secret," he smirks.
"Well, I say it's already time to go home," he added.
"Yeah," I said as I drew my bag to see if I had forgotten anything, his hand still gripping mine.
The heat from his fingers creeps into my consciousness and I want to pull my hand away but, I did not. The warmth from your hands is my soul-hearth. His gribbed of my hands felt like I was save. I was protected.
"You said we will finished our project today" I said looking at my surroundings .
" I know I lied but let's just enjoy our fun... OK" He smile.
Park sunshine transforms into the laughter of the children and the wings of the butterflies. The park told the story of the seasons, one fresh page each day. The comfort of the black bench, warm from the steady sun, is a place to absorb the beauty of the park, the beauty of a joyful community at play.
"You lucky you are cute"I said without me realising it. Wait why did I say that.
"Wait you said I am cute"he smirked.
No you most be hearing things... Hey look a cute little cat... I am talking about this cat over here"I said while patting it to avoid the awkwardness from earlier.
He came towards me and just chuckled and said" You full of surprises "
Sometimes I don't know what you are thinking in your little head of yours Xiumin.
"Let me pat it" he said and tried to pat it and the cat runs away.
"You scared it away" I giggled.
"There's the smiles that I liked" he said while looking at me.
"What you talking about let's sit here" pointing at a brown wooden bench to avoid the tension.
"Do you think my ex-boyfriend will ever leave me alone?"I asked looking at the blue cleared sky.
" I hope so... If he ever come near you I am going to always with you... to keep you safe... if you need help just call my name that you give me all those years ago"he said and that make me looked at him.
"Do you recall, Soo Bin? You gave me a name "He inquired.
"Of course I remembered... Xiumin since I can't say Minseok," I said.
"Can you say it now?" he jokingly asked.
"Of course I can, you idiot," I joked, slapping his shoulder.
"Ouchhh! That was painful "He yelled.
"There's plenty more where that came from," I continued.
"Feisty... I've never seen you like this before," he exclaimed.
"Is it in a good or terrible way?" I questioned.
"Good way," he replied, gently ruffling my hair and smiling.

"Sir, I'm home," I said to my butler, believing he was at home.
"Where have you been?" my mother said as I arrived home late as usual.
"I'm doing my project at a friend's place," I explained.
I'm telling her the truth; that's exactly what we were going to do.
"Are you telling me the whole truth, So Bin?"
Her voice grew more audible.
"I'm telling the truth," I said, but my mother's rage flared.
"Then explained this," she said, holding out a photo of me and Xiumin sitting on a park bench.
I was being completely honest. Just that Xiumin tricked me into going to the park, I reasoned.
"Why do I have to explain this to you, Mom? For all my life you and dad never cared... I'm heading to my room "I yelled and started climbing the stairs.
Why are my parents now concerned? They never followed through. It's too late now. As I clutched my knees while sitting leaning against the wall of my room, tears began to fall bit by bit as I remembered the days when my parents didn't care about me at all.
I began to cry as tears streamed down my cheeks. They say sadness comes before fury, but anger never comes except in direct self-defense, so perhaps I can attribute my inherent passivity with my willingness to cry and feel pain, to learn more about my true nature and how delicate we humans are.

At school
"Wake up, Soo bin," So Ye says gently.
When I opened my eyes, I heard her say "The teacher is on his way... Sit up straight quickly, you don't want to wind up like the first day... Remember how she woke you up while you were sleeping?"
"Yes, I remember," I said, meticulously tidying my hair.
"You have a drool there," Xiumin taunted.
"Do I?" So Ye nodded when I asked her.
I quickly wiped it down.
We were all completely quiet when the teacher entered the room because we all knew how strict this teacher is. But today was different, in that a female walked behind her to class.
"Let me introduce this wonderful young lady to the class... her name is Oh Jinah.. She will be attending our class starting today," the teacher said as he welcomed the new students.
"Wow, she's pretty," one of the boys said to his friends.
"Yeah, she's stunning with her bangs," a girl said to her friends.
For the first time, I agree with them. Jinah is lovely.
"Hello, my name is Oh Jinah. Please take excellent care of me because I am half Chinese and half Korean "With a wide smile on her face, she said.
"You can sit there in the back," the teacher said, pointing to a seat.
"Oh Minseok oppa, I'd like to sit next to him... Please teacher," she begged.
"Minseokie, oppa?" I muttered something to myself.
