Percy's POV:

Annabeth just kept dragging me further and further into the woods.

"Is this really getting us anywhere?" I asked. She muttered under her breath. "Wow. Okay. Thank you so much." My voice was dripping with sarcasm. She kept dragging me until we were at Luke's old location.

"NO! HE's SUPPOSED TO BE HERE!" She screamed.

"Okay wow, no need for the excitement" I loudly said.

"PERCY!" She sounded very exasperated (I don't even know if I used that word correctly but who cares??!). "What am I going to tell Chiron now?"

"I don't know. Make something up, I mean you ARE Athena's child so... it should be fairly easy for you." She didn't look very pleased but oh well. What can I say?

Annabeth's POV:

Percy had something to do with this. I know he did. I should have known from the very start.

"PERCY!" I yelled.

"I'm gonna stay if that's alright with you!" He yelled back. I sighed and went back to Camp. He NEVER listens does he??! I guess I should go report back to Chiron about what happened. If Percy decided to stay, that's on him.

(Time skip since I don't want to go through details of Annabeth's thoughts)

I arrived at Camp. Instantly I saw Chiron.

"Chiron!" Chiron walked towards me (it took longer than expected since he was half horse).

"Annabeth." He smiled at me. "Any news of Luke yet?"

"No. It's like he knew I was coming as he disappeared but I have a feeling that Percy had something to do about it. Chiron frowned.

"Why do you say that Annabeth?" I sighed.

"I saw Luke and Percy talking before about something. They were seen together and I don't know. It just seemed strange."

"Well, it's probably nothing. It only happened once didn't it?" I nodded. "Then you have nothing to worry about child." I didn't look very happy at the talk he gave me, but I suppose if it was nothing, then I don't really have to be concerned about it do I? But that's the thing! I AM concerned! UGH! I sighed and went back to my cabin thinking very deeply. I stared at my bed thinking about what happened.

"ANNABETH!" I jumped. I screamed. I turned around and what did I see? Malcolm.

"What?!" I was very jumpy so excuse you for my attitude.

"Are you okay? You look quite angry."

"I'm fine Malcolm. Why do you think that?" I scoffed at him. He looked very uncomfortable.

"Well... it's just that you slammed the cabin door and you've been staring at the bunk beds for 2 hours. Why else wouldn't I think you're angry?" I sighed.

"I'm just thinking about the whole 'Luke' thing. He was supposed to be in the woods but when me and Percy got there, he disappeared. Like he was never there in the first place."

"Well don't think too hard because Percy came about an half an hour ago and told me to tell you that Chiron wants you so..." he made a gesture to the door.

"Okay fine, I'm going!" I exited out of the cabin and to where the Big House was.

Percy's POV:

I passed Travis and Connor who were busy trying to prank the Demeter Cabin and instead set it on fire. The Demeter Cabin already hated them, but now they wanted nothing to do with them.

"Do you guys even realise that you're just making them hate you more and more?" I asked. Travis and Connor looked at me.

"Well... it was just a joke." I raised my eyebrow.

"I don't understand how it backfired. It wasn't supposed to set on fire... it just... happened."

"Travis I thought you liked Katie?" I asked.

"Um... yeah I do but..." he went bright red and Connor laughed.

"Next time, why don't you actually just speak Katie?"

"NO. NO WAY. THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO DO!"

"Come on brother. Let us re-evaluate our life expectancy." They left. That was... weird... I guess. I saw Annabeth leave her cabin and I quickly changed directions. No way was I going where she was.

"Percy." She said. I had no choice now.

"Can I help you?"

"Yes. Yes you can."

"Oh I'm sorry. I'm out of service at the moment, please try again later." I ran off before she could catch me.

Annabeth's POV:

That was weird. I guess I'll find out later then.
