(Your POV)

You are a new student to the new school you got to and you were having a great time.

Everyone was so friendly. Some of the boys teased you about your name, some girls made you drop your things as you walked through the hallway, and most of your classmates think you're weird.

You were having a great time, indeed.

Lunch came and you cautiously made your way to the cafeteria, eyeing your surroundings for any more pranks or hate looks.

Yet you didn't care. You're just gonna have to let this day pass, tell your parents about your experience, and convince them to move you to another school.

You looked for an empty table and to your dismay, there is none.

You sighed as you lined up to get your food.

"Hey, you're the new student right?" a girl you're next in line with asked.

"Y-yes," you said without looking at her.

"You know their tartar sauce is really good," that girl said.

Just then as you stepped forward, a bowl of tartar sauce spilled on your uniform.

"Oopsie," that girl said and left grinning at you.

"Hey, what the heck is your problem?!" a male voice from behind you said.

You turned and you saw a guy with dark gray hair and two clipped red and white on his sides. He was glaring at the girl who just intentionally spilled the tartar sauce on you.

The girl just shot him back a glare, then she flipped her hair and left.

That guy tapped your shoulder. "You okay?"

"Would you believe if I say yes?" you answered and wiped the sauce from your uniform with your hanky.

"Most of the girls are really mean here."

"Most of you guys are," you said, already sounding irritated.

"You can count me as an exception. By the way, I'm Shuu," he said and held a hand out to you.

"I'm (L/n) (F/n). And you're the first kind person I spoke to today," you said and took his hand.

"Come join us at the table," he said and walked.

"Us?" you wondered as you shortly followed him.

Shuu placed his tray on a table which was also occupied by another guy. He had white spiky and long platinum hair.

"Are you sure?" you asked, worried at the blank expression the white-haired guy had as he saw you approach the table.

"Of course. Anyway, it's just me and Hakuryuu," Shuu said, smiling at you.

"W-well, if you say so," you stammered, still bothered at the guy named Hakuryuu who was now staring at you as you positioned your tray across them.

If this isn't a metaphor, Hakuryuu was now probably burning a hole through your skull with his look.

You felt conscious and hoped he wasn't bothered by the tingling smell of tartar sauce on your clothes.

"By the way, which section are you?" Shuu asked, diverting your attention towards him.

"Hm?" you asked, a bit caught off-guard.

"Let me guess, Star Section?"

"Not at all. I was put at B-4 section," you said, picking up a slice of kiwi with your fork and popping it in your mouth.

"Oh, that mean section. Why did they put you there?"

"I wanna ask them the same thing," you dropped your gaze on your food. "I'd probably just transfer school tomorrow to avoid what has happened today."

"That's too bad," Shuu almost whined. "Maybe you could just ask them to transfer you to another section."

"Same thing will happen," Hakuryuu said and your look averted into a surprised one as he spoke for the first time.

"Oh, welcome back to earth, Hakuryuu," Shuu said and you fought the urge to stifle a laugh.

Hakuryuu clicked his tongue and looked away as if he was annoyed. "Aren't you gonna tell me who your new friend is?" Hakuryuu closed his eyes and crossed his arms.

"I thought you weren't interested," Shuu teased Hakuryuu and you focused on your tray to hide your amusement.

"Well if it isn't for the tartar sauce, nothing else is interesting," Hakuryuu still had his eyes closed.

You furiously wiped the tartar sauce again and hid you eyes from Shuu and Hakuryuu.

"Oh, come on dude. Don't be like that to (Y/n). She's gone through enough already," Shuu said, placing a hand on Hakuryuu's shoulder.

You were busy wiping the tartar sauce off that you didn't notice Shuu had called you by your first name.

This day seemed to just get worse than you actually thought. You hastily stood up from your chair and stormed out of the cafeteria, leaving your unfinished food behind.

"(Y/n), wait!" You hear Shuu calling you but you ignored him and kept running away.

{Time Skip brought to you by Shuu's hair clips}

You are back at school in the next few days.

Yep, you're still studying in the same freaking hell----school no matter how you tried to convince your parents to transfer you to a different one.

They say it would be difficult for their jobs if you transfer or go back to your old school so you ain't got a choice.

You are now in front of your locker, and as you opened it, something wet spilled on your face and uniform, followed by laughs you can hear behind you.

You cursed under your breath as you wiped the water off your face.

You looked at your uniform, the upper part now all wet and showing your undergarments and chest.

Tears fell from your eyes and you ran to the ladies' room.

You passed by a familiar white-haired guy but your thoughts were too preoccupied by your current situation, you didn't even hear Hakuryuu call your name.

You sat in one of the cubicles and cried. "What is wrong with me?" you asked yourself.

A knock on the cubicle door startled you, making you wipe your tears.

"(Y/n)?" you hear a male voice from behind the door.

"What the heck are you doing in the ladies' room?!" you exclaimed, your voice still cracking from crying.

"Here's my shirt. You can wear it," Hakuryuu ignored your question.

You stood up and slowly opened the door.

"I'm sorry," Hakuryuu said as he handed you his shirt. You looked at him and his eyes were on your soaked chest.

"What are you looking at?!" you blurted out.

"N-nothing..." Hakuryuu said before throwing you his shirt and awkwardly exited the ladies' room.

You went back to the cubicle to change. Hakuryuu's shirt was obviously not your size yet you felt grateful that he let you borrow it.

"Thanks," you told Hakuryuu as you went out the ladies' room.

"Look, I want to apologize to you for what happened the last time we met," Hakuryuu said, running a hand on his hair.

"It's okay," you said.

"Can we have lunch together again?" Hakuryuu asked.

"Of course."

{Time Skip brought to you by Hakuryuu's platinum waves}

Lunch came and you were again at a table with Shuu and Hakuryuu.

"So, have you decided to transfer school?" Shuu asked.

"I have decided. But my parents didn't," you answered.

"That's good," Shuu said, not masking the delight he felt at the thought that you'll still be studying in the same school together.

"Good?" you wondered.

"Yeah, well, how about we go out later? The new museum will be having its grand opening today. It'll be fun. You know, just you and me," Shuu said, and there's no hint of shyness in his tone.

"You mean like----"

"A date. I wouldn't mind you wearing Hakuryuu's shirt while we go."

And he doesn't mind that I'm right here listening to him ask (y/n) on a date! Hakuryuu thought.

"Uhm?" you seem to be taken aback at Shuu's sudden request. Let alone Hakuryuu next to him seemed to be boring holes on the table this time.

"Should I take that as a yes?" Shuu munched on his food and seemed to talk to you like it was just a normal conversation.

"Okay?" your answer came to sound more like a question.

"Wonderful, see you guys later," Shuu said, stood up and left the cafeteria.

You took a sip of your orange juice before standing up. "I-I guess I'll be going then..."

Hakuryuu's expression remained unchanged you thought he did not even blink. You slowly left the table and the cafeteria.

{Another Time skip brought to you by the tartar sauce}

(Shuu's POV)

"This better be good," I mutter under my breath as (Y/n) and I stepped inside the museum.

And as I guessed, it turned out...

Boring.

The museum didn't really have anything that caught our interest. But I'm thankful for this time, I have (Y/n) with me alone.

"Seriously, they could've done it better for the grand opening," (Y/n) said as we exited the museum.

"I thought so..." I said. (Y/n) was heading out but then I grabbed her hand and pulled her close to me.

"Sh-shuu?" she stammered at my actions but I didn't care. I looked down at her lips.

"You're the most wonderful thing I had ever seen," I murmured. "Will you be my girlfriend? I promise I will protect you from any harm."

"Uhm..." she was looking into my eyes but she seemed bewildered.

I fought the urge to kiss her but the feelings too strong.

Scratch that. I'll kiss her. I brought her lips into mine, earning a little yelp from (Y/n) at my actions.

She didn't kiss me back but she was the sweetest thing I had ever tasted.

After I broke our kiss, she moved away from my hold.

"Shuu? (Y/n)?" I turned to see Hakuryuu looking at us. He showed a disappointed look before turning his back on us and walking away.

"Hakuryuu, wait!" (Y/n) ran after Hakuryuu and I was left to sigh at myself.

~if you choose Hakuryuu~

(Hakuryuu's POV)

It was the most tragic sight I had ever seen. Shuu kissing (Y/n). Shuu is my friend but it feels different when (Y/n) is in the picture. I wanted to walk towards them and grab (Y/n) to claim her as mine but it seems that it's not gonna make any difference.

I quickened my pace away from the museum.

"Hakuryuu, wait!" I hear (Y/n)'s voice making me stop.

I turned to face her. "If you're going to lecture me to just shrug the matter off and move on... You better not. Cause I may not shrug it off but I'll try to move on."

I turned to walk away again but then (Y/n) grabbed my hand.

"Look, it's not what you think. I didn't kiss him back. Because..."

I looked at her, my mood unchanged, waiting for her to say more.

"...because I'm in love with someone else. And... That someone is... Y-you..."

I looked at her eyes and they were full of sincerity.

I wasted no time. I pulled her close to me and crashed my lips on her. I may not have her first kiss. But I'd be willing to be her last.

She tasted like sweet chocolate ice cream I couldn't let her go. She kissed me back and I held her even closer.

After we let go, I said, "I will never leave your side. I love you (Y/n)."

"I love you too, Hakuryuu..."

~If you choose Shuu~

(Shuu's POV)

"Hakuryuu, wait!" (Y/n) said, making me sigh.

I expected her to run after Hakuryuu but to my surprise, she didn't.

"(Y/n), I'm sorry... I can't help it," I said.

She responded by smiling gently at me.

"It's okay. Maybe we can spend more time together, can't we?"

"Are you saying yes to be my girlfriend?"

"Well, you can say that."

I pulled her close to a hug. "I love you (Y/n)."

"I love you too, Shuu.."
