Me and Melonie sat on the log, i had her on my lap so i could comfort her.

"Melonie, tell me what happen to you?"

"When those three meanies came to town, my house was burnt and my mama and papa were dead. They told me to run, so i run to the forest. When i was there i saw those three again, near the village and they were talking about something. One of them said they're heading for somewhere called Phoenix Drop, until one of them sense me so i ran far."

She cried on my chest and i just tried to calm her down.

"Melonie, i'm so sorry. You can stay with me if you want."

She look up to me with her shining purple eyes. She hugged me tightly and kept saying yes. I hugged her back and after some minutes, we start to leave that place. Melonie was holding my hand and we walk back hearing the sound of the woods. Until i broke the silence.

"Melonie, how old are you?" I ask.

"Umm i'm 5!" She sounded happy. I smiled and kept on walking.

After a while we were in front of the gates that were close. Melonie were hiding behind my legs, but was peaking a little.

"(Y/N)!!!" I look up to see Levin waving his arms. He went down to open the gates and run up to me for a hug.

"I was so worried! I thought you--" He looked down to see Melonie who was shaking and hugging my legs behind. "Oh who's this little girl?" Levin ask with a sweet smile on.

"Oh this is Melonie." I brought her in front and i kneel down to her height as i hug her. "I found her in the forest, she was from (v/n) but her parents were killed by Valerie and the twins. So she ended up here, and she'll now be living with me." I tickled her in the sides and she had the cutest giggles. "Melonie this is Levin, the lord of this village and my........ehhh boyfriend."

"Hello Melonie!" Said Levin.

"*Gasp* He has the same hair as me mommy!" Said Melonie. Wait! Did she called me mommy?! "Uhhh i'm sorry, i just missed mama." She looked towards the ground almost it looks like she was about to cry.

"No Melonie, it's fine if you do call me mommy. I just hate to see you cry....." I wipe some tears from her as she run to me and hugged me.

"You're the best mommy!" I hugged her protectively, i'm going to keep her safe. "Can he be my papa?" She asks pointing to Levin.

*Blushes* "U-uhhh......w-well if he w-wants to........."

"Of course you can call me papa!" Levin picked Melonie on his shoulders, Melonie was just giggling and messing with Levin's hair.

"Your the funnest! Papa!" Said Melonie.

I got up and we walk together in the village. Levin had Melonie on his shoulders as we walk, until we passed by Malachi and Maddie who were taking a walk, hand in hand.

"Hey Malachi! Hey Maddie!" I called. They come over to us.

"Hey guys, aww who's this adorable child?" Maddie asks.

"This is Melonie. I found her in the woods and she was from (v/n) too until the village was burnt and she got no where to stay. So i just took her in and cared her as my child." I said.

"So she's your adopted daughter?" Malachi asks.

"Our adopted daughter." Said Levin.

"What?!" Said both Malachi and Maddie.

"Yup! I love my mommy and daddy!" Said Melonie.

"Aww, that's so sweet. Anyway i'm Maddie, Melonie. I'm your mom's and dad's friend." Said Maddie.

"And i'm Malachi, i'm also your mother's friend, but also your dad's adopted brother." Said Malachi.

"So your my uncie?" Melonie asks.

"Yup! I'm your Uncie!"

We all laugh, until Levin put Melonie down and she hug Malachi's legs. It was so cute of her. Levin puts his arm around me.

"You should go tell mom about this you two, and also (y/n) you should tell your dad and brother." Said Malachi.

"Yeah, we'll do that in a moment until Melonie can let go of your legs." I said.

She let go of Malachi's legs and i took her hand. "Lets go see your grandparents." Said Levin.

"Yay!"

"Bye guys!" I waved at them.

"Bye!" They both said.

We walk up the small hill into the white and purple house. Levin knocked on the door and Aaron opened it.

"Oh hey guys, come in."

We walk in and saw Aphmau on a rocking chair, singing Lilith to sleep. Her baby bump is getting bigger.

"Oh hey guys." She whispered trying not to wake Lilith. She gasp once her eyes layed on Melonie who was hiding behind me again.

She mouthed the word 'Hold on' and went upstairs. We heard her coming down stairs.

"Sorry, i just don't want to wake Lilith. Now who's this little angel?" Aphmau ask.

"Well guys this is Melonie. (Y/n) found her in the woods, Melonie's family is gone so (y/n) took her in and i'm being a part of it." Said Levin.

"Melonie, sweetie it's ok you can come out." I said.

She walk up to my side and held my hand. Aphmau and Aaron stared in her in awe.

"Wait, so Levin is a dad?!" Aaron ask.

Me and him both blush and nodded our heads. Melonie ran to Levin's side and hug his leg.

"Yup! I have a new daddy!" Me and Aphmau both giggled.

"My Levin has already grown up, i just imagined that yesterday was the day i took you in." Said Aphmau. "Oh! You were adorable as a baby! I'm sure you'll make a great father!"

"Thanks mom, so hows the baby?"

"The baby will be delivered in a few weeks. Lord Nicole will be sending us a professional doctor from Scaleswind to help us." Said Aphmau rubbing her baby bump.

"That's so thoughtful of her. Anyways have you seen my father and brother?" I ask.

"Oh! Yes, they just left a while ago while we were talking about, well our wedding an---" Me and Levin cut her off.

"WHAT?!?!" We yelled.

"Umm oh yeah, you guys didn't know but Aaron has proposed to me." He said as she show us her ring.

"CONGRATULATIONS!!! OH MY IRENE!!! WHEN?!" I squeled.

"Umm after the baby is born. I ask Cadenza for her to make the dresses and i wanted to ask, (y/n) would you be my maid of honor? It would be such and honor." Aphmau ask.

"OF COURSE!" I hugged Aphmau, a quick one then went back to Levin's side.

"Levin, so are you ok?" Aphmau ask.

"Yes mom! I'm happy for you two. Plus meaning i have a dad!"

"Yup you have a daddy!"

I looked outside and it was starting to get dark. I picked up Melonie.

"We should go, it's getting dark. We'll go see my dad and brother tomorrow. Bye guys!"

They both said bye and we walk down the hill and stop in front of my house.

"Well i have to get back. I need to do some work." Said Levin.

"Of course you do." I smiled and gave him a peck on the lips. Melonie in my side just giggled.

"Are you two going to be ok?" He ask.

"Of course, i'll see you tomorrow."

"Yeah, bye Sweetie." He kissed Melonie on the cheek and also me.

We both went inside and i start to cook some soup for Melonie. Melonie help by giving me the ingridients and we had a lovely time. We walk up to the rooms and i showed her where she can stay. Her bed has some bed sheets and pillows from the beggining.

"Ok Melonie, if you need me i'm next door."

"But i want to stay with you mama..... I'm scared......"

I kneel down her height and gave her a little kiss on her head.

"Ok, only for tonight."

Melonie jumped around and i just giggled. We went in my bed and fell asleep just like that.
