Gotham City is a bustling, dark city located in the U.S. state of New York. Gotham is also rife with corruption and numerous crime waves. No one can be safe in that city.

The night has come and this is the time where most crimes tend to happen, The time was eight p.m as there was a Gotham Police Blimp flying as they were patrolling around the city.

Officer: This is Gotham Air One reporting in. Things are actually quiet for once.

Officer: Finally. This city never sleeps.

Officer: That's true, The criminals are always up to something but atleast everything seems okay.

Officer: Keep checking though, We never know what will happen.

The officer continued flying the blimp as a few minutes has past and there was no sign of any crime so far. The two officers were talking to eachother until an officer saw something in the screen and abruptly vanished as He looked at the other officer.

Officer: You saw that?

Officer: What?

Officer: I had a blip. It just ghosted across my screen.

Officer: I don't see anything.

Officer: It was there. Whatever it is must be right below us.

Officer: Look right now, There is nothing. If we see something then we will immediately report it.

Officer: Fine. . .

Officer: Besides, There is probably nothing. You must be imagining things.

The officer just looked at him as they continued looking through the window while the officer was feeling a little nervous until he saw something from the window.

Officer: There it is!

Officer: What?

Officer: It looked like. . . bat wings!

Officer: Bat wings? Okay. Take us up through those clouds.

The officer pulled the steering wheel and went above the clouds, They searched around but didn't see anything on the screen.

Officer : Sorry, there's nothing up here.

Officer: I swear I saw it! Something was flying around up here.

The officer looked at his partner as He continued looking around the sky and felt nervous and scared.

Meanwhile in the dark city, There was a pharmaceutical company called Phoenix pharmaceuticals as a security guard was seen guarding the company as He was walking around.

However, In the darkness there was something flying towards the company.

The strange creature approached to the company and sneaked inside the place, The security guard was unaware of any intruder as He continued walking and was looking around as the guard was looking through his phone.

Until the guard saw a shadow which disappeared as He looked around and was confused, He thought someone must have entered the company and he ran to search around.

Although he couldn't find anyone but he began hearing strange noises as he looked around and said something.

Guard: Cut it out! This is not a joke.

The guard was walking as He began shivering and felt like he wanted to leave the place until he heard something as he slowly turned around.

He began screaming out loud before he was smacked to the ground, The guard was yelling for help before he was grabbed by the creature.

Two hours later

Commissioner Jack Ryan was seen in the mayor's office with his partners as He was reading a newspaper. 

 GIANT BAT INJURES NIGHTWATCH MEN

Alex: This guard mentioned that a giant bat attacked him in the shadows

Benjamin: Strange, Some Medication of the company was also stolen.

This was Bella Real, She is the mayor of Gotham City.

Bella: I'm autorizing the task force team to stop this bat.

Jack: Wait, We are not even sure if it's Batwoman. It could be someone else.

Benjamin: This is not something Batwoman would do.

Alex: Batwoman can't be related to this case, I agree with what the commissioner said.

Bella: Listen, Commissioner and Detectives, After what happened in Lagos and Austria a few months ago, We can't view vigilantes as heroes.

Benjamin: Ah come on, Batwoman has helped us for all these years.

Alex: She even helped us take down crime bosses like Moroni and Falcone along with those maniacs Joker, Harley and Mad Hatter.

Jack: I must say that Batwoman has nothing to do with this case.

Bella was going to say something until they heard someone's voice as They saw someone entering the office who was hearing their conversation.

This was Harvey Dent, He is the District Attorney. He is also good friends with Bella and Anne Winters.

Harvey: Miss Real, I have to agree with what Commissioner Ryan and Detective McFarland and Ambrose said.

Bella: Harvey-

Harvey: Look, How about you let them investigate further in this case? I have faith that Batwoman done nothing wrong.

Bella was staring at him as She was silent before she sighed and said something.

Bella: Fine. . . But I'm still sending a team with you to investigate.

Jack, Benjamin and Alex looked at eachother and had no choice but to agree on it as the three left the office and was thinking about the case while Harvey was talking to Bella about it.

Meanwhile there was a cave shown as there was a couple computers and other tech as Someone was seen reading the newspaper.

Anne: Giant Bat attacks Nightwatch men. . . Seriously? Is someone trying to set me up?

Bucky: Oh, So it wasn't you tossing guards around?

Anne: I only toss you around, Bucky. Come here and look at this.

Bucky just stared at Anne and sat next to her as Winters pulled out another newspaper and showed it to him.

Anne: Look here, There was a quiet burglar in other pharmaceutical companies this week. Nobody hurt like last night, but chemicals stolen, just the same.

Bucky: Looks like the same pattern.

Anne: Right, We should go and investigate the company.

He nodded as Both of them were going to investigate what happened in the company.

Ten minutes has past as it showed the phoenix pharmaceutical company as Batwoman and Bucky were seen in the rooftop and looked at the company.

They both grappled to the company's rooftop and managed to sneak inside but unknown to them, One of the scientist noticed them and got scared and immediately called the police.

Eventually they made it to the crime scene as Batwoman opened her detective vision through her helmet as Bucky opened his vision through his glasses and both of them were searching the area.

Meanwhile Jack, Alex and Benjamin were at the police car as they heard something from the broadcast.

Broadcast: Batwoman has been sighted breaking into Phoenix's Lab.

Benjamin: What are they talking about? We need to get there as soon as possible.

Alex: *Sighs* I'm calling the team and choppers as Miss Real ordered us to do.

Jack: Something's not right, I know it's not Batwoman.

Alex drove the police car faster as they were ready to investigate what was happening.

Meanwhile Anne saw some footprints on the ground as She looked under the table and saw a phone as she grabbed the phone.

Anne noticed that there was an audio that was recorded as She played the recording and began hearing growls and screams from the recording.

Anne looked at Bucky who was listening to everything until barnes noticed something on the table as He picked it up with forceps and noticed it was hair as He was examining it.

Until a chopper was seen in the window as Anne and Bucky moved back as they heard multiple police officers entering the company.

Meanwhile, Jack, Benjamin and Alex were outside the building as Jack said something.

Jack: Are you sure she's in there?

Benjamin: I was notified that the chopper pilots found her in the forth floor.

Alex: Let's go and speak to her, We need to stop the task force from shooting her.

Jack: Come on, Let's get going.

Anne and Bucky were seen running away from the the task force as They were chasing them down, The officers tried to shoot at them but Anne managed to dodge them and Bucky blocked the gunshot through his arm.

They continued running as Anne and Bucky ran to the elevator as The team tried to chase them but they both threw something at the task force team as they saw what it was.

Officer: Gas Attack! Put on your-

Before he could finish his sentence, He fell unconscious due to the smoke as a few other officers were unconscious except for those who put on their gas mask.

Meanwhile Anne and Bucky made it to the ground floor as a few officers found them as they ran to the other room to hide.

There was one officer that entered the room as He was looking around and was trying to find Batwoman and Bucky until Bucky grabbed his gun and threw it and Anne pushed the officer to the corner while covering his mouth and told him to stay quiet.

Officer: The Bat's gotta be in there, sir.

One of the officers had an idea and pulled out a grenade as the other officer looked at him

Officer: Tear gas?

Officer: We'll smoke them out, Get your masks ready!

The officer threw the tear gas to the room, However the grenade hit the fuel tank instead as they saw the grenade and Bucky immediately grabbed Anne and the officer and jumped off the window as there was a huge explosion.

Jack, Alex and Benjamin ran out of the company as they were coughing and were shocked by the explosion.

Alex: What just happened!?

Jack: Contact the task force! Check if the team is okay.

Benjamin: What did they just do in there?

Unknown to them, The trio landed safely on the ground as the officer was on the ground and was shocked that both of them saved him as Anne and Bucky looked at the company before they escaped the area as the officer was looking at them.
