When Anne sneaked inside Gothcorp and found out about Freeze's backstory, His real name was Victor Fries and he worked as a scientist in Gothcorp, His wife Nora fries was diagnosed with a unknown disease and Victor build a cryostatis chamber to keep her alive until he find a cure for his wife.

However, Ferris Boyle tried to stop the project and kicked Victor to the chemicals, which began to freeze the whole laboratory, Ferris and his guards escaped while Victor was left to suffer inside.

He was now back for revenge of the death of his wife, Victor found Anne and shot her before leaving her somewhere far away and trapped her legs in ice just so she doesn't escape until he finishes his job.

Anne was seen breaking the ice on her feet as She was feeling extremely cold and was shivering, She continued breaking the ice until her right feet were free and began kicking her left feet.

The ice broke as Anne fell on the ground, She was holding her head tightly and began covering herself with the cape as she began looking around.

Meanwhile, Bucky was at the batcave as He was trying to contact Anne, but there was no response of her, Its been two hours since her signal was offline.

Bucky was thinking about her as He decided to go out and look for her.

Meanwhile, there was a party happening at Goth Corp as many rich businessmen and women were seen entering the building while greeting Ferris Boyle. It was a party after he won an award.

A few minutes later, Freeze and his henchmens were seen arriving to gothcorp with the newly built cannon as Freeze was staring at the building in anger and told his men to fire.

They activated the cannon and began freezing the whole building as Fries was watching the building turn into ice.

Inside the building, Ferris was seen entertaining and talking to the guests as everyone was listening to them until they were starting to feel a bit cold.

They thought it was normal until they heard a sound and turned around as the window broke and cold air and icicles were entering the partyroom.

Everyone began screaming as Ferris was shocked by what was happening as the guests, along with Ferris, stepped back as they were confused.

Meanwhile, Anne managed to get to Goth Corp as she was feeling exhausted and cold, She fell on her knees and held her head until she saw something in front of her.

Anne immediately dodged the ice as She looked around and realised that Freeze was in the building as she needed to get inside as fast as she could.

Meanwhile, Freeze was staring at the building as he began having memories of the incident in the laboratory along with memories of Nora.

The henchmen was laughing at the sight of Gothcorp until he felt a strange presence behind him as he turned around and saw Bucky.

The henchmen was shocked as Barnes grabbed him by the throat and threw him to the tree as Bucky looked at the controls of the Freeze cannon.

He was trying to figure out a way to stop the cannon, but he noticed that the building was already frozen and there was no way to stop it, Bucky gritted his teeth until he almost got shot by Freeze as Barnes ducked and looked at him.

Freeze: You should not have come here, Soldier.

Bucky glared at him as Freeze tried to shoot him again, but Bucky dodged his ice shot and kicked Freeze on the face.

But Freeze felt nothing as He glared at Bucky before he managed to shoot Bucky's feet as he was trying to kick and break the ice.

Bucky managed to break the ice as He tried to chase Freeze, but instead, Victor broke the fire hydrant and. . . .

Bucky was shocked as Freeze got inside the building.

Bucky: What in the world is going here?

Meanwhile, the guests and Ferris Boyle were worried and scared, They were thinking of a way to get out of the building until someone broke the door as everyone looked and saw Freeze as they were shocked.

Freeze: The cold eyes of vengeance are upon you, Boyle!

Ferris: Who are you?. . . .

Freeze: Come now! Surely you remember your old colleague Victor Fries!

Ferris was shocked and stepped back in fear as Victor was glaring at him.

Ferris: No! Stop! I... beg you!

Mr. Freeze: You... beg? In my nightmares, I see my Nora from behind the glass, begging to me with frozen eyes. . . . I begged you, and you never cared!

Ferris was scared as the guests were shocked and looked at Ferris as Freeze continued speaking.

Freeze: You did this to me! *Looks sad* You killed the one I only loved. . . . .

Ferris felt guilty of what he had done as Freeze aimed his gun in Ferris as Boyle was scared.

Freeze: Now, the advanced circuitry that powers my suit also triples my strength. Sooner or later, all who stand in my way must feel the icy touch of death.

Victor began shooting at Ferris's legs as Boyle was screaming and begged Victor to stop, but Freeze had no remorse for him.

Ferris was starting to feel extremely cold as Victor glared at him and was about to shoot Ferris again until. . . .

A batarang was thrown, and the Freeze gun knocked off his hand as Victor turned around before Anne kicked him to the table.

Suddenly, Freeze's henchmen broke inside the building as Anne stared at them until she saw someone sliding through the ice on the window as Barnes landed on the ground and looked at Anne.

The henchmen began firing at Anne and Bucky with their freeze guns as both of them were dodging the ice, and Anne tackled Freeze on the ground.

Anne tried to punch Freeze, but he kicked her away as Victor got up and grabbed his freeze gun, and tried to shoot her.

Bucky was fighting the henchmens until someone came running from the entrance, and it was the commissioner and detectives.

Jack: Mr. Freeze, you're under arrest!!!

Freeze looked at them before he shot the trio, but they managed to dodge as Alex and Benjamin pulled out their pistols and tried to shoot Freeze.

But the suit was protecting him from the bullets as Freeze said something to them.

Freeze: Let me finish the job right now.

Anne: Victor! You need to stop.

Freeze: Not until I see him die. . .

Benjamin: That's very cold of you.

Benjamin attacked Freeze and began hitting a series of strikes and kicks as Freeze was moving back as Anne was helping Benjamin fight Freeze.

Alex and Jack were taking down the henchmen with Bucky as Freeze backhanded Benjamin to the ground and punched Anne.

Alex ran and tried to punch Freeze, but he grabbed Alex's hand and threw him at Benjamin.

Jack tried to shoot Freeze again, but Victor shot him with his gun as Jack ducked under and looked at Freeze.

Bucky: Jack, There is no point fighting him. You and the others need to escort the hostages out of the building.

Jack: Do your best to stop him.

Ryan threw a chair at Freeze as Victor looked at him until Anne tackled Freeze again and tried to fight him while Alex, Benjamin, and Jack were escorting the civilians out.

After everyone was escorted out, the fight with Freeze continued on as Anne tried to punch Freeze on the helmet, and he didn't feel anything and glared at Winters.

Anne stared at Freeze as She was dodging his strikes, He tried to slam Anne on the ground, but she quickly dodged.

Freeze was getting angry as Ferris was still frozen, Victor tried to shoot Ferris, but Bucky stopped him by pushing him as both vigilantes were trying to fight him.

Freeze used his gun and froze Anne's cape as she was struggling to move while Bucky tried to help Anne until Freeze tried to shoot Bucky as Barnes was dodging the ice.

Bucky was on top of the gargoyle and threw a batarang at Freeze as Victor was getting angry as Bucky pounced Victor and tried to break his helmet but Victor punched and pushed him away.

Bucky looked at Anne and was about to help her until Freeze grabbed him from behind and began choking him as Bucky was trying to break free from the chokehold until he threw Freeze to the wall.

Bucky broke the ice on Anne's cape as Victor managed to get up and tried to attack the vigilantes, but they both kicked him, and Bucky punched Freeze's helmet with his vibranium arm as his helmet was broken.

Freeze was shocked, and he started breathing heavily and fell on the ground as he said something.

Freeze: No. . . . .

He began coughing as Victor was feeling unwell without the helmet as Winters and Barnes were looking at him.

Mr. Freeze: It can't end this way. Vengeance. . . .

Freeze stared at Ferris, who was still frozen but looked at Victor in fear until Jack, Alex, and Benjamin came to the building and saw Victor on the ground.

Alex: You stopped him, I was hoping you both were okay.

Benjamin: Looks like he won't be getting his revenge.

Anne: No, He deserves justice.

Jack: What do you mean by that?

Anne: A year ago, Ferris Boyle interrupted an experiment and, in the process, destroyed two lives, Here's the evidence.

Anne gave Jack a drive as Ryan was looking at him while Alex and Benjamin glared at Ferris and were disgusted by he did.

Bucky looked at Anne before glaring at Ferris and walked away as Anne said something.

Anne: Good night. . . . "Humanitarian"

Anne walked away as Jack, Alex and Benjamin were staring at Ferris and Freeze.

Later on, Victor was sent to a special cell that would keep him cold, He was still devastated by everything that has happened and wished he would have got his revenge on Ferris.

Victor was sitting and stared at the ground until he opened the box and pulled out the same snow globe and said something.

Victor: I failed you. I wish there were another way for me to say it. I cannot. I can only beg your forgiveness and pray you hear me somehow, someplace... someplace where a warm hand waits for mine. . . . .

He touched the snow globe as he continued staring in sadness. Meanwhile, Anne and Bucky were watching him from the window and felt sad for him.

They both grappled away as Victor continued staring at the snow globe.
