Two weeks have passed, and everything has been going smoothly, After the arrest of Croc, Conway, and Snail, Alex was able to redeem himself and was ready to fight for justice again. Jack and Benjamin were happy to have their partner back and even apologised to Alex for what happened, and Ambrose didn't blame them and forgive them.

Meanwhile, Anne was seen coming out of her room while fixing her hair as She was speaking to someone on the phone.

Anne: *On Call* Hey Harvey, How have you been feeling?

Harvey: *On Call* I'm been doing better now, Anne. My head stopped hurting, and I could walk without feeling hazy, Haha.

Anne: I'm glad you're feeling better now, Harv. Have you been getting checked up?

Harvey: I have been, actually, and everything is slowly getting better for me.

Anne: Take good care of yourself, Harvey. Make sure you continue eating and drinking healthy.

Harvey: *Laughs* Now you're sounding like a mom.

Anne: *Laughs* I'm just reminding you, Besides. After a mother, no one is ever gonna tell you this.

Harvey: That's honestly very true, but thanks a lot. You should also take care of yourself.

Anne had a smile on her face until it slowly faded as She began remembering her parents and felt sad, She wished that someone could say that to her.

Harvey: Hello?

Anne: Oh yeah, I'm here. . . Sorry about that.

Harvey: Are you alright?

Anne: Of course I am.

She frowned and felt sad before sighing and spoke to her friend.

Anne: Anyways, I'll call you again later. Take care and stay safe.

Harvey: You too, Anne. See you soon.

Winters had a small smile on her face and hanged up the phone as She was making her way downstairs.

Meanwhile, Harvey placed his phone on the table and began staring blankly in the mirror, Every since he woke up from his coma, he had been acting odd. Maybe it was because of his breakup with Pamela.

He took a deep breath and continued staring blankly in the mirror while holding his phone tightly.

Meanwhile, Anne was looking for Bucky around the manor but couldn't find him anywhere for some reason, She entered the batcave and noticed he wasn't around as she was confused.

Winters entered her garage as She saw her lamborghini.

Anne noticed the rear axle of the lamborghini was open as She saw someone standing while holding a screwdriver and was doing tricks with it as Anne smiled at him.

Bucky continued doing tricks with the screwdriver until he noticed Anne smiling at him as He looked at her.

Anne: Do you know how expensive this car is?

Bucky: How much?

Anne: Four million.

Bucky looked at the car and looked at Anne as Winters chuckled and walked towards him.

Bucky: That's surprising, but the lamborghini does look awesome.

Anne: It sure is. Anyways, what are you doing here?

Bucky: I heard some sounds coming from the car, and I decided to check the engines, I think there is something wrong with it.

Anne: Really? Hold on, let me check the engines right now.

Winters looked at the car as she was checking the on the engines while Bucky was looking at the car before he decided to check the other things in the table.

He noticed there was a magazine that had Anne in the cover as Bucky looked at the magazine and saw different photoshoots of Anne.

He was shocked before he closed the book and placed it on the table while walking away, but Anne knew he looked at the magazine as she had a smile on her face.

Until some gas came out of the engine as Anne was about to fix it until Bucky stopped it and fixed it with his vibranium arm.

Anne: I could have done it myself.

Bucky: Don't worry, I think it's fixed now.

Anne got in the car as Bucky closed the trunk, Winters started the car, and it was now working as She gave a thumbs up to him as Bucky had a small smile on his face.

Anne: It's working again. Hop inside.

Bucky: You want me to come with you?

Anne: Yeah, We can go for a drive.

Bucky was looking at the ground and was thinking about it before he nodded and got in the passenger's seat as He was looking around the car.

Anne had a smile on her face and drove the car off her garage as Bucky was looking at the car's controls before he looked at the window.

Anne: So what's its like sitting in the lamborghini?

Bucky: It looks cool on the inside, but I like the outside of the car mostly.

Anne: I own like five more lamborghinis, actually.

Bucky: *Looks confused* What are you even gonna do with all those cars?

Anne: It just depends on what colour of the car I'm in a mood for.

Bucky: Very interesting of you.

Anne looked at him and smiled a little as Bucky continued looking at the window until he noticed they drove past an alleyway as Bucky had a smile and remembered something.

Bucky: I always remember how Steve gets beaten up in those alleyways.

Anne: Does he like getting punched in the face or something?

Bucky: That's exactly what I told him.

They both shared a small laugh together as Anne continued driving the car.

Anne: Tell me more about you and Steve.

Bucky: *Chuckles* Me and Steve once ended up being forced to get a ride back from brooklyn in the back of a freezer truck and We had to use all their remaining train money to buy hot dogs.

Anne and Bucky shared a laugh again as Barnes told her another funny story.

Bucky: I once liked a girl named Dolores, and I always spended three dollars to win a stuffed bear for her.

Anne: *Laughs* How much in total did you spend?

Bucky: I think I spended over twenty dollars.

Anne looked at him in shock before she laughed again as Bucky had a smile on his face as Winters spoke to him.

Anne: You two definitely had some great times.

Bucky: We did, honestly. I miss those times.

Anne: Be honest, Did you score a date with Dolores?

Bucky: Haha, no, I didn't. I never dated anyone.

Anne: Really? That's surprising.

He smiled a little and shrugged and said something.

Bucky: People did call me a handsome soldier when I was the Sergeant of the 107th infantry regiment.

Anne: That's the truth, You deserve that title.

Bucky couldn't help but smile at her as Anne smiled at him and continued looking at him as Bucky spoke to her.

Bucky: I think you're beautiful as well.

Anne looked at him as Bucky continued smiling at her as Anne giggled and continued driving until she stopped by a restaurant to get some breakfast for themselves.

[11:30 P.M]

It was nighttime as there was a man named Dave who was pushing a crate of weapons to an abandoned warehouse, He continued pushing the crate until he saw a strange hooded man standing outside the warehouse.

Dave: Hey man, I got what you needed, The weapons that you asked for.

???: Come inside, Dave.

Dave looked a little sceptical as the man chuckled and spoke again.

???: I don't bite, Don't worry.

Dave looked at him and nodded as He pushed the crate inside the warehouse as the hooded man followed him inside.

Dave opened the crate and showed the weapons as the hooded man had a smirk on his face.

Dave: Here it is. Now, where is my cash?

???: It's with me, Dave. I have it ready for you.

Dave:. . . . . Who are you anyway?

Unknown to Dave, three armed henchmen were aiming their guns at Dave as the hooded man chuckled and smiled.

???: You don't want to know, but be honest with it. Is everything in the crate?

Dave: Yes. . .

???: How much is it worth for?

Dave: Seven hundred thousand. . .

???: Thank you so much, Dave.

The man pushed the crate and was gonna walk away until Dave stopped him and said something.

Dave: Hey! Where is my money!?

The man pulled his hoodie off as Dave was confused until the man turned around and revealed himself, which shocked Dave as he stepped back in fear.

Bucky: You will get it. . . . In Hell.

He smiled until the henchmens began shooting at Dave as Dave was screaming and began running away as the unknown assailant who was seemingly Bucky began walking away with the crate.

Dave got shot two times in the gut as He was screaming in pain but was still managing to run as the three henchmen were looking for him.

One the henchmen were walking until someone sneaked up behind the henchmen and. . .

Batwoman broke his arm as the henchmen began screaming as the other two henchmen looked in confusion.

The henchmen ran to find who was screaming until someone grabbed his shoulder as He turned around and looked shocked before the vigilante kicked him through the wall leading to the other room.

Bucky fixed his hair and mask as He began looking around, There was only one henchman who was scared and wanted to leave the warehouse until he saw Barnes and Winters as he dropped his gun and tried to run away.

But both of them ran and punched him in the face as the henchmen was holding his head until the duo did a double takedown.

Anne and Bucky were looking around as Batwoman said something.

Anne: Let's search the warehouse, There could be something that they are hiding.

Bucky nodded as both of them were searching the warehouse together and found nothing so far, They made it back to the ground floor as they were looking around until they saw Dave, who was unconscious.

Anne and Bucky quickly ran towards him and noticed he was losing a lot of blood, Bucky pressed on his neck and noticed he was still breathing as they needed to get him to the hospital.
