Riddler kidnapped a medical team in Gotham's General Hospital after being humiliated by Anne in Arkham Island and Arkham City, Riddler has turned psychotic after his losses and vows to defeat Anne that he is the smartest criminal in Gotham.

After saving one of the medical officers, He gave Anne a box and a code as Winters was looking through her cryptographic sequencer as She looked at the box that she was holding.

Anne examined the box before looking back at the cryptographic sequencer as she found a frequency as she began scanning it.

A few minutes later, Anne somehow managed to solve the frequency, which led to an abandoned building as Anne closed the device and contacted Benjamin.

Anne: *On Radio* Oracle, Riddler has been dropping radio frequency and riddler codes to every hostage he kidnapped.

Benjamin: *On Radio* Well, he still doesn't forgive you for what you have done to him in arkham City and Island.

Anne: *On Radio* I'm been tracking the frequency that is leading me to abandoned buildings.

Benjamin: *On Radio* I see, but is the hostage okay?

Anne: *On Radio* He's fine, I'm on my way to save the other hostage. I'll let you know soon.

Benjamin: *On Radio* Alright, stay safe. Let me know if you need anything.

Anne disconnected the call as She needed to get to the abandoned building as the doctor sat down while Anne left the courthouse.

But unknown to her, Catman was watching her as He had a smile on his face and left the courthouse.

Meanwhile, Anne was on top of the roof of the courthouse as She was going to use her grapple gun to grapple to the next rooftop.

Until someone threw a shuriken at her grapple gun as it fell down, Anne turned around and saw Catman as She was shocked.

Anne: Catman? What are you doing here?

Charlie: Just checking up on you.

Anne: Charlie, I'm extremely busy right now-

Charlie smiled and pulled her close to him.

Anne was staring at him as She looked away for a second as Mercer said something to her.

Charlie: I think you're blushing.

Anne: I'm not.

Charlie: Then remove the mask so I can see your beautiful face.

Anne: Shut up, Charlie.

He chuckled as Anne had a smile on her face, but she didn't want to admit anything.

Anne: Have you been following me?

Charlie: Maybe yes.

Anne: Typical you, but right now, I don't need anyone following me, Riddler kidnapped a medical team, and if anyone gets in my way, He might kill the hostages.

Charlie: Oh, come on, Anne. You're saying that like he's smarter than you, but the truth is you're the greatest detective here.

Anne: *Chuckles* Thanks, but I need to do this myself. Please don't get in my way, You might get hurt.

Charlie: I'm been through this for twenty years. Besides, this xbox Live kid isn't as smart as he thinks he is

Anne was holding her laughter from the joke he said about Riddler as Charlie wrapped his arm around her waist before Anne slightly pushed him away and grabbed her grapple gun.

Anne: I don't want to risk anything right now, I have to go.

Charlie: Oh, Anne, you never change.

Anne: The same goes for you.

Anne used the grapple gun and was gonna grapple away until Charlie said something to her.

Charlie: Stay safe, Batwoman. If Riddler hurts you, I'll break his teeth.

Anne just looked at him and nodded before grappling away as Charlie was looking at her and said something to himself.

Charlie: She's smokin' fine all the time.

He chuckled as Charlie didn't want to leave Anne by herself and was going to follow her.

Eventually, Anne made it to the abandoned building as She was searching for a clue to enter the building until she saw a large green question mark on the wall.

Anne pressed on the green dot as she began pushing the wall and found out the wall was cardboard, She kicked the wall and saw a door in front of her as she walked towards it and opened it.

Anne looked around until He saw a TV above her as Riddler was on the screen.

Riddler: *On the Tv*So you decided to finally show up, did you?

Anne: Let them go, Riddler. They're innocent.

Riddler: Don't be stupid, Dark Knight. They wouldn't find themselves in this predicament they are currently in if they had tried to think just few steps ahead now, would they? No,  if you solve the room ahead and four other equally challenging ones, you save them. If you don't, then they die, and we'll see if society crumbles at their passing.

Anne: You're insane.

Riddler: No! that would imply either mental illness or derangement. I suffer from neither. Oh, and yes, I can see you, Batwoman, and I look forward to watching you fail.

Anne glared at him through the TV as She opened the door and looked around the room.

Anne looked around as She heard the nurse yelling from above who was handing while tied as Anne looked at the nurse.

Nurse: Someone! Please help me!

Until Anne saw large circular saws moving towards her as Winters stood and stared at it until it got closer before stopping as She looked at the security console and hacked into it.

She successfully hacked into the console as the circular saws began to move away as she heard Riddler say something to her.

Riddler: You turned it off!. . . But for how long, Detective?

Anne noticed the floor was electrified as She threw a batarang at one of the riddler question marks, Some of the electricity was gone on some floors as Anne began running as the circulars saws began moving again as Winters managed to dodge it.

Anne managed to climb on the walk and waited for the blades to move before she began running and made it to the other side as She was looking around before she saw a breakable wall and used an explosive gel and destroyed the wall.

She noticed a question mark as Anne had an idea and used a remote batarang and threw it there as she was controlling it before it managed to hit the symbol as Anne looked at the barrier behind her which was gone.

Anne walked over there and found herself in the area where there was running blades below her and above her.

Anne used her line launcher and saw the nurse who was yelling for help as Anne immediately turned around and began moving until she grabbed the nurse and broke the window as they landed safely.

Nurse: Batwoman! Thank god you saved me.

Anne: It's okay, Your safe right now. Has Riddler gave you any code?

Nurse: 625925, That's all he told me. If I didn't tell you, He said he would kill, including me.

Anne: I'll make sure you and the others will be safe.

The nurse nodded as She sat down while Anne opened her cryptographic sequencer and was searching for the next frequency.
