Batwoman and Catman were making their way to the sewers after hearing the suspicious activity that was happening, Both of them were wondering what was happening and where the waitress could be at.

Eventually they made it to the sewers as Anne opened her detective vision and was searching the sewers before she closed it as Both Anne and Charlie were walking further to the sewers as They were also talking to eachother.

Charlie: So Anne, it's been a while since I saw you since arkham city. What happened to you for the last few months?

Anne; I have been rounding up a lot of things. It's really tiring, You know?

Charlie: I get that, I missed seeing you, though. Has the arkham asylum and city incident affected you or something?

Anne: It's not nothing like that, Charlie. I'm been really exhausted only.

Charlie: Well, I'm happy to see you again.

Anne: It's really been a long time.

Both of them continued walking to the sewers as a few minutes has past as they dwell deeper in the sewers until both of them saw something as there was multiple masked intruders standing in front of them.

Anne and Charlie stared at the criminals wearing rabbit masks as The criminals began singing a song.

Criminal: You are very cordially, cordially.

Criminals: You are very cordially invited to a party!

The criminal began dancing as Catman and Batwoman were just staring at them as They continued singing the song.

Criminal: And it will be a grand affair.

Criminals: Grand affair, grand affair

Criminal: And it will be a grand affair - hosted by the Hatter!

Criminal: We do hope that you can come.

Criminals: You can come, you can come

Criminal: We do hope that you can come to share in all the joy!

The song was over as Anne and Charlie stared at the henchmen until they got electrified as Both of them stepped back and the henchmen fell down and were unconscious until Anne heard something from her comms.

Mad Hatter: Greetings and salutations, Batwoman. Its been a long time since our last encounter in arkham city, I remember how you destroy my plans everytime I get to be with my Alice.

Waitress: Help me! Please! If you can hear this, he's going to-

Anne heard the waitress struggling to speak, Jarvis must have covered her mouth as Mad hatter was speaking to Anne.

Mad Hatter: Oh. Don't mind Alice, poor dear. Her mind is all aflutter. And who can blame her, after all she's been through... But I'll have her right as rain soon enough.

The transmission was closed as Anne gritted her teeth as Catman was staring at her.

Charlie: Who was it?

Anne: It's Mad Hatter, He kidnapped the waitress.

Charlie: Are you serious? That creep is at it again? I thought he was arrested in arkham city.

Anne: He actually managed to escape when the gates were open, Not only him alot of prisoners escaped the prison.

Charlie: He managed to escape with a whole SWAT team behind him?

Anne: That's right, We need to stop him now.

Charlie: Agreed, There is something we can hack into. Maybe we can find out where he is hiding.

Anne nodded as She hacked into the security lock as She pulled out her cryptographic sequencer as Anne was about to hack in until she found out that the lock was already hacked as Winters turned around and saw Charlie holding a hacking device as He smiled at her.

Charlie: Guess where we are heading?

Anne was looking at him as Charlie continued smiling at her as Anne knew exactly where he could be hiding.

Anne: Let me guess, The Hat Shop.

Charlie: Smart lady, Now let's get out of these nasty sewers.

Anne nodded as Charlie and Anne were making their way out of the sewers as Anne said something to him.

Anne: We need to get to the shop before he tries to kill her.

Charlie: This guy is creepy and just insane. I always despised him.

Anne: Same here, Charlie.

Eventually they made it out of the sewers as They began making their way to the hat shop as Both of them were gliding together as they continued talking to eachother.

Charlie: Aside from him, How many prisoners escaped that day?

Anne: Alot of prisoners, That includes Mad hatter, Ratcatcher, Firefly and Two face.

Charlie: Have you found any of them?

Anne: Not yet, I'm been trying to search for them.

Charlie: You know I have been helping you to search those prisoners.

Anne: You know I can do it myself, You shouldn't help me.

Charlie: What can I say Annie? I may call you a superwoman because of how you survived Grundy, Clayface, Croc and those titans in the asylum. But I want to assist you as well.

Anne: I know that you want to help but you shouldn't get involved.

Charlie: I'm been involved several times, Besides I missed you for the last few months and I'm ready to help.

Anne just shooked her head, She did miss him as well but she also didn't want him to get involved since the city under her responsibility.

Anne was looking at him as She grappled to a rooftop, Charlie followed her over there as Anne was looking around for the shop.

Anne: The shop's over there, We are getting closer.

Charlie: Let's keep going then.

They continued gliding towards the shop as Catman spoke to Anne.

Charlie: I have to admit, You still look fine as always, Anne.

Anne: Oh Charlie, Are you ever gonna stop?

Charlie: I mean how can I? You probably missed how I compliment you.

Anne: Maybe yes.

Charlie: Now how about this? Let's make a bet of who's gonna last longer in my place~?

Anne: Just focus, Catman.

Anne had have a smile on her face as Charlie chuckled, Anne continued smiling to herself as they eventually made it to the shop as Anne contacted Benjamin.

Anne: Benjamin, I found out where the waitress is, Mad Hatter kidnapped her and is keeping her at the Hat Shop.

Benjamin: You gotta be kidding me, You need to stop that creep, Anne. Do you need any assist?

Anne: No, I don't need any assist right now. I'm heading to the shop now.

Charlie was smiling at Anne as She continued speaking to Benjamin before she ended the transmission.

Charlie: You didn't tell him earlier? Is it because you were distracted by me?

Anne: You don't let me focus sometimes.

Charlie: *Chuckles* You don't seem to admit sometimes.

Anne: Well we can see about that in your place.

Anne looked at him before walking to the shop as Charlie had a smile on his face and looked at the shop before entering with Anne.
