Riddler was finally arrested by the police and the medical team was safe now. After Batwoman and Catman captured Riddler, They decided to spend some time together in his mansion.

The time was twelve a.m as Anne and Charlie were still awake while laying the bed together as they were talking to each other.

Charlie: Phew, you don't fail to impress me, Anne.

Anne: Same with you, Charlie.

Anne pulled the blanket closer to her and snuggled on Charlie as He had a smile on his face and wrapped his arm around her.

Charlie: How are you feeling, though?

Anne: I'm fine, actually.

Charlie: Sure? I can get you something to drink?

Anne: No, I just want to stay here.

Charlie: Ooooh, Looks like the bat wants some cuddles.

Anne: Mmmm.

They both smiled at each other as Charlie moved a little before he began to hug Anne as she turned to the other side to feel comfortable as he was hugging her tightly.

Charlie: You're so adorable, Anne.

Anne smiled to herself as He was caressing her hair while talking to her.

Charlie: Why don't you admit that you are sweetheart behind the mask?

Anne: It's enough if you think that way.

Charlie had a smile on his face before he got closer to her neck as Anne began laughing.

Anne: Charlie! Stop!

Charlie continued tickling her as Anne was laughing before he stopped and looked at her.

Charlie: Your laugh is amazing, You should laugh more.

Anne smiled at him before she turned around and looked at him.

Anne: Is that true?

Charlie: Of course, Darling.

Anne: *Smiles* You make it really easy for me to be myself

He knew that was the truth, Anne felt more comfortable and happy around him , even though she sometimes doesn't how he's not serious and how he jokes and teases her, But deep down she does like it.

Charlie: You're so soft, but weren't you just dominant awhile ago?

Anne stared at him as She lightly hit his arm as Charlie chuckled.

Anne: You're lucky to see both sides of me

Charlie: And I love seeing both sides of you, I can't pick what's my favourite.

Anne smiled at him as He was looking at her as they continued talking to each other.

Anne: So, where did you get those new claws from?

Charlie: Oh, Mark and his wife made it for you, along with those caltrops. It's really useful, you know?

Anne: That's nice, How are Mark and Annabelle?

Charlie: They're doing fine, actually.

Anne: What about their son, Gabriel?

Charlie: Gabriel has been doing good, He's just been focusing on his studies and all.

Anne: Thats great to hear, I'm glad they are doing well.

She smiled at him as Charlie was looking at her until Anne said something.

Anne: You know, I would have sued you if you stole something from my tech again.

Anne joked with him while looking at him as Charlie smiled at her.

Charlie: Sweetcheeks, you stole something from me and never gave it back.

Anne: I never stole anything from you, Charlie.

Charlie: Yes, you did, You stole my heart.

Anne stared at him before she threw a pillow at him as Charlie was laughing as Winters said something to him.

Anne: Do you ever stop joking?

Charlie: I'm not even joking, You did steal it from me.

Anne giggled as Charlie was staring at her while having a smile on his face, Both of them continued talking to each other. Thirty-five minutes has past and they began to feel tired as Charlie pulled Anne close to him as He kissed her cheek.

Anne had a smile on her face as they both fell asleep cuddling together.

Nine A.M

The sun began shining as Anne slowly opened her eyes and noticed Charlie wasn't next to her before she looked and saw him opening the curtains.

He was looking at the window as Anne got up and looked at him as She had a small smile on her face until Charlie noticed her and smiled.

Charlie: Roses are red, violets are blue, the sun is hot, and so are you.

Anne looked at him for the joke he made as He chuckled, though Anne actually liked it as She fixed her hair.

Charlie: I hope you slept good, Anyways I ordered some breakfast. You should freshen up now.

Anne: I will. Thanks, Charlie.

Charlie: You're welcome.

He smiled and walked away as Anne decided to take a shower and change her clothes, A few minutes later, she came downstairs and saw Charlie waiting for her while the food was on the table as Anne looked at him.

Anne: You should have started eating.

Charlie: * fixes his hair* I won't feel satisfied, I ordered it for you after all.

Anne: What did you order?

Charlie: Mcdonalds, I think you will like it.

Anne: That's great. Thank you, Charlie.

Charlie: *Winks* Anything for my favourite lady.

Anne smiled at him as both of them sat down and began eating the food together while talking to each other and what was going to be next for them.

After a while, Anne noticed the time was now ten thirty-five as She looked at Charlie.

Anne: I have to go now, Charlie. Need to be at work.

Charlie: Can't you ditch work today?

Anne: Then I'll be called the lazy CEO of Winters Cooperation.

Charlie: It's just one day only. Besides, you always work hard.

Anne: *Chuckles* I know, but I have to attend a meeting later on.

Charlie: That reminds me, I also have a meeting to attend.

He got up as Anne was fixing her hair and was ready to leave until Charlie grabbed her arm and pulled her close as Anne was touching his chest while staring into his eyes.

Charlie: I can't wait to see you again.

Anne looked at him and smiled as She said something.

Anne: Of course, but till then, take care of yourself, Dont get yourself in any trouble.

Charlie: Honey, you know how much I love trouble, but for you, I won't. Unless we can get into trouble together

Anne: Well, I don't want you to get hurt.

Charlie: I don't want to see you hurt as well, Dont do anything stupid.

Anne: You're taking all the stupid with you.

Charlie chuckled as Anne touched his arm before she got close to him and kissed his ear while whispering.

Anne: See you soon.

Winters teased him and walked away as Charlie stood there feeling teased by her as Charlie said something to her.

Charlie: Hey Anne.

Anne: *While opening the door* Yeah?

Charlie: *Smiles* Remember what to always sag

Anne looked at him as He continued his sentence while smiling.

Charlie: We are travelling to the love lane. Down the road, we will meet again.

This was something Charlie always said to during their early years as vigilantes, Anne began to have memories when he said that as Winters stared at him.

Anne: You still keep up with that line?

Charlie: I really love it.

Anne looked at him and smiled as They were looking at each other before she left the mansion as Charlie leaned on the wall and said something.

Charlie: Wow, Anne, can you leave my mind for one second?

He continued thinking about her as He chuckled and walked away.

Meanwhile, Anne was walking as She was thinking Charlie and remembered the night they had and the talks they had as She continued having thoughts about him while smiling.
