Beth's POV

They kicked Murphy down the hill as Clarke was yelling to stop them. I didn't know what to do. I stayed with Octavia and Jasper along with Monty.

We watched as everything happened, not knowing what else to do.

After people yelling and Bellamy kicking down the box where Murphy's feet laid. Murphy now hung up in a noose with gags in his mouth. I look at the whole scene wide eyed. As Bellamy yells at Clarke and Finn rushing over yelling to get Murphy down.

Then a small voice to my left yells. "Murphy didn't kill wells." Everyone looks at the little girl who is no younger than 12. "I did!" Everyone, and I mean everyone, looks at the young girl wide eyed.

Bellamy, Clarke, Finn and Charlotte went to Bellamy's tent. Murphy was yelling at them to bring her out. "I'm gonna go to the dropship with Monty." I say to them. The two nod and I walk away.

"Hey Mont." I say to him when I see him working on contacting the Ark, on the second level.

"Hey Beth." He replies continuing his work.

"Any luck?" I ask him.

"None so far." He replies. I nod and sit down.

A few hours later Finn, Bellamy Clarke and four others came back. With out Charlotte or Murphy. Charlotte jumped off a cliff while they banned Murphy.

So now Finn, Jasper, Monty, Clarke, Octavia and I were in the drop ship. Monty found a way for us to contact the Ark.

"Will we be able to talk to them?" Jasper asks.

"No. More like Morse code." Monty replies then looks at his best friend. "You want to do the honors??" He asks Jasper, he takes the wire. "That port right there." He connects it to the port then after a second I feel a sharp pain in my wrist. 

"What the hell?" I ask grabbing my wrist a the light goes out on the bracelet Monty was using to contact the Ark. 

"What happened?" Jasper asks.

 Monty: It didn't work. I think we fried all the wristbands." Monty says and Finn and I share a look of sadness and anger. He storms out, Clarke following. Jasper goes and sits by the wall. Octavia follows, sitting in front of him.

"Sit there at your own risk. I think I might be cursed." Jasper says.

"Hey, then were both cursed." I say to him with a smirk.

"Then call me a risk taker. And Jasper, you're not cursed." She looks at me. "Neither of you are."

"I'm unlucky then." He says.

"No. Brave." Octavia says.

"Brave? For getting my face bashed in or for ruining any chance to contact The Ark?" Jasper asks.

"No, for standing up to a bully and trying to help everyone." Octavia says. Oh right, he got punched by Murphy.

"Yeah. And failing. Both times." Jasper says.

"I didn't see anyone else step up. Did you? And I don't care how things turned out. You were brave to try. And bravery is always rewarded." Octavia says and kisses him. I smirk and high five Monty. Octavia gets up and smiles at Monty and I before going downstairs. Monty gives Jasper a thumbs up.

I laugh and look down at my wrist, suddenly remembering about the Ark. We have no way to contact them. And they all think we're all dead. My dad thinks I'm dead.

Marcus Kane walks down the hall, towards the control room after arresting Abby. He walks in and looks up at the board. His facial expression changes. All of the kids boxes were darkened and said Transmit Terminated. All of them. He looks at Beth's box.

"They all just went down." Jackson says.

"Their all dead." Some one else in the room says.

Kane looks around then back up to his daughters box. He then walks out of the room and goes back to his apartment room.

He sits at the table, somewhat regretting the decision to allow her to go down to Earth.

Beth's POV

I told Monty and Jasper that I was going for a walk. What they didn't know is I meant outside the walls. I couldn't stay in there. Not knowing that we have no way to contact the Ark. It's no one's fault. It was a mistake.

I walk through the woods, not caring where I am going to. I walk to a small river, it was beautiful, the moon light on the river.

I sit there for a while, thinking of my father, Raven and my grandmother. They were the only one's I had up there. I have Finn and Octavia down here but my dad and my sister (not by blood) and my grandmother are up there. The Ark is dying and there's nothing I can do to stop it. I feel some tears fall down my face. I wipe them away with my hand and scoff. Your not weak. Kane's are not weak.

"I refuse to be weak." I mutter to myself.

I hear a branch break from behind me. I turn around but no one is there.

I turn back around and my eyes widen. A grounder was standing a few feet away from me. "Fuck." I mutter. He just continues to stare at me, as I stare at him wondering why the fuck he hasn't killed me. "Please don't kill me, I won't tell my people I saw you. I promise." I say to him.

He remains quite. I give him a confused look. "So no killing me?" I ask. God, Beth why are you so stupid?

"No." He says.

I give him another confused look. "Why not?" Oh my god, your gonna get yourself killed!

"Beth kom skaikru." He says.

"You know my name?" He nods at my question. "You guys have been watching us since we landed, haven't you?" I ask him.

"Sha." He replies.

"I'm gonna go with yes." I say and he nods. "Why did your people, ya know spear me and my friend?" I ask.

"maun weather ste nou chit yu think em ste." He says.

"Something about Mount Weather." I say. "You guys don't want us there." I say after a minute. "Why?"

"It is not what you think." He says.

I just nod, not feeling like asking anymore questions, besides one more. "What's your name?" I ask him.

"Lincoln." He replies.

"Nice name." I say with a small smile. He was about to say something when he looks up at the sky. I follow his gaze. A pod from the Ark was flying down. "Well I'll be damned." I say. I look back at Lincoln, who was already looking at me. I hold his gaze for a moment until he begins to speak.

"Get back to your people." he says to me.

I nod, then ask a question that confuses not only him but myself. "Will I see you again?" He does give me a confused look but nods. I give him a small smile.

I nod once more at him then run in the direction of camp.

Okay so what do you all think. I just stayed up all night typing this. It probs seems short but it took me forever to figure out how I wanted her and Lincoln to meet. I am so tired but I have to do this authors note incase y'all don't know what Lincoln says.
