{ALL FLASHBACKS WILL ALL BE WITH BETH, HER DAD, MOM, FINN AND RAVEN, THROUGHOUT THIS CHAPTER.}

Beth's POV

I wake up, slowly sitting up. I look around. I'm in some cave, I think. I look and see Octavia still asleep, or unconscious. I feel a pain in my stomach. I look down and see blood through my shirt.

I look and see Lincoln, standing with his back facing us. "Lincoln." I say, my voice cracking and sounding scratching. He quickly turns around and looks at me. He somewhat rushes over and bends down next to me. "My- my stomach. Somethings wrong." I say to him. "When I got speared it was through my stomach."

He looks at the hem of my shirt before looking at me. I nod and he pulls up my shirt. I look and see that some of the stitches Clarke did are undone. "Fuck." I mutter.

"Hold on." He says quietly. I nod again as he gets up and goes over to get one of his knifes from the table. He also grabs another jacket that the grounders wear. I notice the knife had a orange red look to the tip of it, almost like fire. He walks back over to me. He puts the stuff down and moves and helps me lean my back on the wall. I wince in pain and he looks over at me.

"I'm okay." I say to him. He continues to look at me, I stare back at him but then nod trying to reassure him. He slightly nods back then looks down at my stomach, seeing blood drip down it from the wound.

He hands me the jacket. I take it with a confused look. "Bite down on it. This will hurt." He says.

My eyes widen. "It will stop the bleeding." He tells me. I sigh and nod then bite down on the jacket.

He brings the knife to my stomach, and that's when I find out it's heated.

No One's POV

{Flashback}

An eight year old strawberry blonde walks into an apartment, seeing a brunette girl, about her age, and a eight year old brunette boy.

"Hey guys." The strawberry blond says.

"Hey Beth." The two kids say. Finn Collins and Raven Reyes

"What are you guys doing?" She asks her two friends.

"Our math work, wanna help?" Raven asks.

"Sure." Beth walks over and sits down next to the three. "So, what do you guys need help with?" She asks her two best friends.

Beth's POV

I wake up to hear Octavia. She was speaking to Lincoln.

"Aah! Aah! Please, please don't hurt me." I hear her, I slowly sit up and look. He was fixing it, like how he did with my stomach. "Please don't no aah! No! No! No, please! No! No! Aah!" She screams when the hot blade touches her leg.

"Octavia!" She looks over at me, tears on her face. "You're okay. He did the same thing to my stomach. My stitches got ripped open but he helped, he's not gonna hurt you." I say to her. She slightly nods. I nod back at her then look at Lincoln, who was looking at her knee and the knife. She soon passes out from the pain.

"Thank you for not hurting her." I say to him. He nods slightly and pulls the blade away from her leg. He walks back over to the table.

"I will be back." He says to me, looking back at me then to Octavia, as if making sure she didn't hear him.

"Okay." I say to him.

When he was gone, Octavia soon started to wake up. I look over at her. "Hey." I say to her.

She looks at me wide eyed then looks at her leg. "He fixed it?" She asks.

"Yeah, I watched him. He wasn't gonna hurt you." I say to her.

"Are you okay?" She asks me.

"Yeah, my stomach doesn't hurt much, the bleeding stopped." I say to her. She nods.

"We gotta get out of here." She says.

"I can hardly walk and with your leg, you can't help walk yourself and me." I say to her.

"I'm not leaving you here." She says to me.

"I'll be fine, just please don't get hurt. Your like my sister O." I say to her.

"I won't I promise. And you're like my sister to B." She says to me. She gets up and walk/limps towards me. She leans down and gives me a hug. "Please be careful."

"You too O." I say to her.

She nods then gets up and leaves, trying to find a way out.

No One's POV

{Flashback}

Beth was sitting in her room when three guards burst in, Beth quickly stands up, her mother walking out from her and Beth's fathers room.

"What is going on?" Beth's mother, Miranda, asks.

"Miranda Kane you are under arrest for the stealing and possession of morphine." Lieutenant Shumway says, placing hand cuffs on the woman.

"Mom! What's going on?!" Beth asks her mom as they start to take her out of the room.

"Find your father!" Her mother just yells as the guards takes her away.

"MOM!" Beth yells, watching them take her.

Beth's POV

I was still sitting in the damn cave. Octavia hasn't come back yet. I soon hear footsteps. I look up and see Lincoln walking in.

"Hey there." I say to him, slightly trying to distract him from the missing brunette.

He looks over at me and nods. "Why are you helping me? I mean all of the other grounders are trying to kill us, but not you."

He doesn't reply as he notices Octavia gone. "Where did she go?"

"She wanted to escape. To go back to camp. I told her to go without me. I can hardly walk." I say to him.

"There are others out there, not jst your people but mine." He says. My eyes widen. Why did I not think about that.

"Shit." I say and try to get up but he walks over to me and puts a hand on my shoulder. "I need to go help her." I say to him.

"You need to rest. I will get her." Lincoln says. I nod. And as he was about to walk away, I grab his arm.

"Please, don't let her get hurt." I say. He nods at me. "Thank you."

He nods once more and leaves the cave. I sigh and lean my head back on the cave wall.

No One's POV

{Flashback}

Beth rushes over to her mother, who was in front of an airlock. The 15 year old girl was crying. "This can't be happening."

"It's gonna be okay baby girl." Miranda says to her. Beth hugs her mother, and she automatically hugs her daughter back.

"You can't leave me mommy." She says crying.

"It's gonna be okay." Her mother repeats. "Say what I have always told you to say if something like this ever happens." Beth shakes her head not wanting what was going on to be reality.

Marcus Kane rushes up to them. He quickly goes to his family and pulls them into a hug. Beth cries harder. Marcus holds his family close to them.

"Marcus." Thelonious Jaha, aka Chancellor Jaha says. Marcus looks at him. "Its time." He says.

"I love you guys." Miranda says to her husband and daughter. The married couple share one last kiss.

Miranda looks down at her daughter. "I need you to say it." Beth nods. "I love you so much."

"I love you too mom." Beth says.

They put Miranda in the airlock. She turns and faces her family. "May we meet again." Miranda says as they start the count down. Thelonious was making Marcus hit the button, they all know truly it was Shumway's idea though. "Ten, nine."

"In peace may you leave the shore." Beth says. "Eight seven."

"In love may you find the next." She says. Beth's mother looks at Marcus then her daughter. She nods. "Six five."

"Safe passage on your travels..." Beth takes a deep breath. "Four three."  "Until our final journey to the ground." Miranda nods at her husband, knowing what is about to come.

"Two, one." "May we meet again." Beth says. Marcus pushes the button, having no choice. And then the opposite doors on the airlock open sending Miranda into the black abyss of space.

Beth sobs, falling to her knees as Marcus hugs her tightly.

Beth's POV

I wake up, again, to the sound of people. I look and see Lincoln carrying in Octavia. She looked a little mad.

"What the hell are you doing?" She asks Lincoln after he set her down. I notice him put chains on her hands. "Please don't do this. Aah! Stop it! No, stop it! Stop! Please! Please don't do this." She cries as he connects the chains to the wall. He ignores her then comes over to me. "Leave her alone!" Octavia yells.

He looks at the chains in his hands then my hands then up to me. I nod. He chains my hands up and connects the onto some hook on the floor. He gives me a slight nod then leaves the cave all together.

"We're gonna be fine." I say to Octavia.

"How do you know?" She asks me.

"I just know." I say to her.

It goes quiet.

A little while later Lincoln comes back down. He walks over to me and lifts up my shirt looking at my wound. "Is it okay?" I whisper to him.

"Yes." He whispers back, careful for Octavia not to hear.

"Check on her, please. Make sure she's okay." I whisper. He nods and pulls my shirt back down, giving me one last look then walks over to Octavia. Who ends up smashing a rock over his head. I look at her wide eyed as Lincoln falls.

Soon Bellamy, Finn, Jasper and Monroe walk in.

"Bellamy." Octavia says. "Get the key." She tells him. He does so and unchains her. She takes them off and rushes over to me. Finn follows.

Octavia unchains my arms. I look over and see Bellamy about to kill Lincoln. "No!" I yell. "Just leave him."

"Yeah, Bell. He saved us. Beth would have bled out if he didn't help her." Octavia says.

I watch as Finn goes over to Lincoln. He looks at his belt. He says something about a foghorn and then all of the sudden Lincoln jumps up and stabs him with a knife.

"Finn!" I yell and rush over to my best friend. "No, no, no." I say. I watch Bellamy and Lincoln fight. Lincoln getting the upper hand and was about to kill Bellamy but stops when I yell. "Please! No stop! He's my friend. Please." Lincoln doesn't stop though, he looks back at Bellamy.

Jasper then hits Lincoln upside the head with a piece of wood, knocking him unconscious.
