Irene sat up in bed, her eyes wanting to close but the constant kicking prevented her from doing just that. Her husband had his head pressed against her stomach his mouth open in awe at the sensation. He moved slightly, his arms on either side of her as he kissed her lips. "Try and lie down Babygirl." Irene shook her head. "I've tried Jack. And every time I try to it gets worse." She said her eyes watering. He moved closer to her, quickly wiping her tears, "Shh Babygirl it's okay." He said gently. "I'm so tired." She said, her voice cracking slightly as he moved, he wrapped his arms around her shoulders pulling her into his embrace whilst placing a kiss to her forehead. "Close your eyes Babygirl..." he spoke gently whilst her head rested in the crook of his neck. It took sometime but with Jackson's hand protectively resting on her stomach she was lulled to sleep.

It was the early hours of the morning. Precisely at 2AM when Irene was awoken. She felt her water break and her eyes widened. "Jack." She called out. "Jack!" She said louder slapping his chest. "What?" He asked groggily. "My water just broke..." "oh okay." He said, Irene rolled her eyes waiting for the realisation to dawn on him. In five, four, three, two, one. "What!" He shouted. "My water just broke." He flung himself of the bed calling Wendy panicking. Irene watched him somewhat amused by the way he was acting, yet the pain soon wiped the smile of her face. Jackson helped her up, Wendy and mark down stairs along side JB and Seulgi who took her stuff from Jackson who helped her in the car. She was rushed in panting, Joy and Yeri who were on a night shift turned to them. "Baby Wang here?" Asked Joy who watched as Jackson panicked. JB nodded as Jinyoung, Youngjae, Yugyeom and Bambam met them in the corridor. A doctor came out. "She needs to dilate some more, the contractions will be quite painful, and since it's her first time just make sure to keep her calm." Jackson nodded running and holding her hand tightly. She smiled to him as he kissed her forehead.

Hours passed and her grip on his hand tightened until she was ready. She swore and she cursed like no other. He held her hand, wiping away at the sweat that was on her forehead. "A little more Babygirl." He said to her. "Jack I can't...I can't do this." "Yes you can Rene, your doing so well. Just a little more." He spoke tenderly. Cries broke out moments later. And the look of relief on both their faces was apparent, Irene relieved that the pain was over and Jackson relieved that his blood circulation had been restored. "Congratulations, it's a girl." Irene smiled and so did Jackson as the nurse handed her over to Irene, Jackson smiled wrapping his arms around irene. "She's beautiful. Just like her mother." He said. The doctor turned to the couple. "We can do the DNA test. It won't take long." Irene nodded as she handed her baby over. Moments later she was returned to Irene, as she looked to Jackson. "We didn't think of name..." she spoke looking to him. "What do you want to call her jack?" "You want me to name her?" "Of course, she's yours just as much as she's mine." Jackson looked down at the small bundle in his wife's arms. "Jia. Jia Wang." He said. Irene smiled. "It's perfect." She spoke. They smiled at each other, the doctor returning with an envelope. Irene handed it to Jackson. He looked at her with nervousness. "This changes nothing jack." He nodded looking at the baby before opening it. He read the paper. Once and then twice before his tears finally slipped. "She's mine." He said. Irene breathed in relief and pure happiness. She handed Jia over to her father as Jackson cried, kissing her forehead as Irene began crying too. When the family moment ended Irene fell asleep out of exhaustion.

Jackson walked outside to where everyone was waiting. "Hey guys..." he called softly, everyone turning to them. "Say hello to Jia Wang...mine and Irene's Babygirl..." Jia was passed along everyone before returning to her fathers arms, as she yawned cutely. His mother looked to him. "How's Irene?" "Tired." He said, as he focused on the baby in his arms. "We will leave you guys to it." Mark said as their family left. Jackson walked back in, seeing Irene stir slightly as she watched Jackson place their daughter in the cradle, her fingers wrapping around his. She smiled at the sight as Jackson turned to her, kissing her on the lips. "Thank you." He said, resting his forehead against hers. Their family was complete.

Three years had passed. Three eventful years. Irene sat on the beach, her hair blowing in the wind as she walked back to her family with a smile on her face. Wendy and mark had gotten married alongside JB and Seulgi who shared the day, joy and Jinyoung were next to tie the knot this year and so the squad had been particularly busy with arranging last minute stuff before the big event in two weeks time. Irene looked back to her husband and now three year old daughter who sat on the beach. She couldn't help but smile at the father and daughter duo.

She wrapped her cardigan closer around her form as the wind continued to brush against her. Jackson looked up at her with a small smile. "Mama!" Her baby screeched bolting into her arms as Irene held her against her body, Jackson looking at the two with mass amounts of love. Their little girl busied herself in building a sandcastle as Irene and Jackson watched her carefully. He wrapped his arms around her. "How you feeling?" He asked, addressing the fact that she had thrown up again this morning. "Good." She said simply, intertwining their hands. "Actually better than good." She placed his hands on her stomach. "I'm pregnant." She said. "What?" He said with pure happiness. "We have another member to add to team Wang." She said, he moved his hand to her face, leaning to place a kiss to her lips. "How far?" "Two months." He smiled leaning back to kiss her again as she smiled against him. "Thank you." He said. She raised an eyebrow. "For giving me this family..." Irene turned in his arms. "No thank you." She said. "What for?" He asked back. "For healing my battle scars."
