Traits: He is quiet but very observative. He keeps speaking to a minimum and gets straight to the point, Oliver prefers to work alone. He is realistic and willing to do almost anything for survival, and that means he has little time for friends.

Weapon of choice: Oliver does not have many fighting skills, but he is good at carving objects with a knife.

Background info: He had a best friend, and also girlfriend, in district seven, called Lily. Lily was killed when she was reaped for the hunger games two years ago. He also lives with his mother, Mabel Saturn, because his father was killed in a tree chopping accident when he was younger.
