Backstory: Saitama was an average man who used to be an unemployed man looking for a job until one day he found a kid with a weird chin from a monster called Crablante and he committed his first act of heroism of his life. He then started his training as a hero with his training regiment 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats, and a 10 km run everyday of his life. After 3 years he has gone bald and not just that he gain incredible power and speed and he became the One Punch Man or Caped Baldy is what the Heroes Association calls him.

>As for the Serious Punch^2, it has a power output of 72 zettafoe which is Galaxy Level, I know the feat was done by 2 people but Saitama can replicate the same result by putting in more effort

>Now my assumption for this is that Saitama given the circumstances and even though Garou shook the universe, I think it's possible for Saitama to outright destroy it since Saitama has unleashed enough power to match and surpass Garou. I say he's Universe Level+

Stats(Speed):

-Scaling to Garou

>During his battle against Awakened Garou, Garou was able to form a constellation around Io which has been recorded to be around 18497547800x the speed of light

>But due to Saitama's power and mastering Garo's martial art and manipulating his subatomic particles and anti-particles he can reverse causality and travel through time which has to be an immeasurable speed feat at best since Saitama is able to do this.

Final Verdict: Immeasurable

Weaknesses:

-Characters with absurd healing factors (like Boros, Evil Natural Water or Garou), can survive a punch from Saitama by regenerating or reforming.

-Failed to kill a tiny mosquito, even with super-speed and super-strength, though this is likely just a gag

-Rarely takes things seriously, since he hasn't found an opponent truly on his level yet. May let himself get tossed around before actually fighting.

-Somewhat absent minded. Scoring a 4/15 in intelligence (initially this was 1/10).

-Still in B-Class and is not recognized as qualified for threats near his level. Not very appreciated by both citizens or other heroes.

Backstory: Growing up, the young child Lunk lived with his father who own a family business of selling goat milk to the public. However due Luk being too big and strong for him to handle, his father came up with a plan. And that plan is to rip off the Legend of Zelda to keep him busy so that can his business can thrive. The problem with this plan is that Lunk always comeback sooner than you think because of his outrageous strength.

Background:

-Name: Lunk

-Age: Probably around Link's age

-He became so strong that puzzles won't slow him down

-One of the strongest characters in Cyanide an happiness

-Doesn't talk much

-Talks like the Hulk

-Solves everything with brute strength

>But the big stuff comes from his feats with the Sun, in order to pull the sun he must overcome it's GBE which is 164 tenatons which is Star Level

>As for pulling it over to the Earth, it takes 21 foe of energy to do so

>Then there's the exposure to the sun's heat which is 91 petatons per second which is 3 seconds,  that would be 273 petatons at Multi-continent Level

>As for his Unbound State, the multiplier would be based on Cubed Square Law, assuming Lunk's weight is 1430 pounds since muscle and fat weigh the same and being 2x the height of a normal man which is 11 foot 8 inches tall. Since the Earth is roughly the size of a yoga ball in comparison to Lunk's Unbound form and a human at Lunk's height is 5x bigger than a yoga ball

>As for humans like half off Oscar, he can cut the Earth in half which is Small Planet Level and cutting a galaxy in half which has been described as Multi-Solar System to up most Galaxy Level

>The Lights Out Dad can withstand the brightness of his flashlight which can destroy the sun at Star Level and a blast of energy was redirected off of Cloud Dad's cumulonimbus form and destroyed Saturn, which is 51 yottatons at Large Planet Level

>In the Spacey Saga, a normal guy gets so high on a drug made by a guy who wants him to smell something spacey and he tripped balls so much that he is in two places at once. And this is no hallucination either, the constellation of the foot ball player is actually there when he blew up a shuttle and I counted 71 stars both from the player and the stand

>Half off Oscar can cut a whole galaxy in half which is 1,118,467,260,000,000,016,384 mph or 1,667,860,500,000x the speed of light

-Is a big fish in a small pond

-Due to his strength, he is anti-social and clumsy at times

-Too stupid to realize he has been tricked

>Even though his father and thorn castle has tricked him in the past, it didn't really stop him from doing what he does best

Battle

Here we see Saitama taking a stroll through the woods and we see him and he sees a boulder flying at Saitama and it shattered to pieces upon impact on Saitama's head.

Saitama: "Huh?"*turns to see Lunk*"Did you just throw a rock at me?"

Lunk then punches Saitama as we see Saitama block the punch with one hand and then Saitama punched Lunk with the other and launch him into a tree and we see Lunk grab the tree and throw it at Saitama as we see Saitama catch the tree with one hand and toss it to the side and turn to Lunk who was intact from his punch.

Saitama: "Wow, he survived one of my punches. This could be interesting."

We then see Saitama and Lunk face each other and then they trade blows with each other. From the point of view of the Earth, we see clouds disappearing due to the battle between Saitama and Lunk. We then see the two fighters in the ocean and we see Lunk knock Saitama down into the water and we see Saitama use Serious Table Flip to throw a large chunk of the tectonic plate of the Earth and then Lunk sees it and we see Saitama push Lunk into the giant part of the Earth and it shattered upon impact. We see Lunk landed on Mars and we see Saitama land on Mercury.

Saitama: "Man that guy is strong."

Meanwhile on Mars, we see Lunk punching the ground of Mars as we see Mars moving out of its orbit and heading to Saitama as we see Saitama jump from Mercury and destroy it by accident and we see him destroy Mars with Consecutive Normal Punches. We then see the two fighting each other again and then Lunk goes into his Unbound state and then he turns to Saitama. Lunk then grabs Saitama as we see Saitama looking up at Lunk as we see Saitama casually getting himself out of Lunk's fist and we see Saitama gets serious and then we see him jump towards Lunk's face and we see Saitama use the Punch^2 technique and the resulting punch has destroyed half of the Galaxy by accident. We see the remains of Lunk all over the solar system and we see Saitama landed on Earth and he looks at his fist in frustration.

Saitama: "........All it took......was one punch..............GOOOO DAAAAAAAAAAMN NIIIIIIIII TT!!!!!!"
