Backstory: 500 years from the present, Master Oogway was an ambitious warrior who led an army along with a Bull Yak named General Kai his brother in arms. Until one day Oogway was wounded in battle and Kai had to take him to a village of pandas where they use chi to heal Oogway. The pandas taught Oogway how to give chi while Kai learns how to take chi from others and wants the power all to himself. Oogway was forced to battle Kai and shook the Earth and banished Kai to the Spirit Realm.

-Chi absorption - Once he has defeated an opponent, he can magically that person's chi (life force/life energy/soul). This both strengthens Kai, and allows him to reanimate the chi as a jade zombie.

-Superior strength - Kai is extremely strong, being able to tear down a large statue and swing it around as a weapon. His fighting style maximizes this ability, focusing as it does on ferocious charges (made even more dangerous by the horns on his head) and wide kicks.

-Superior durability - He was able to take blows from master opponents, and continue fighting. Indeed, due to his being a Spirit Warrior from the Spirit Realm, he seems to be immortal, and may be virtually immune to damage on the mortal plane.

-Master of Kung-Fu - Dues to being along side with Oogway, Kai was an formerly known powerful and strongest warrior that walked through China.

-Immortality - Due to being a Spirit Warrior, this is able to make Kai rendering immune to fatigue, age and disease as well as most forms of physical harm in the mortal realm.

-Extrasensory Perception - Is able to tell how strong someone through by sensing their chi.

-Teleportation - Can used Oogway Chi to transport himself into the mortal world.

Nothing could stop this orange cat in boots, except for Death. A cat in the magical world of Fairy tales, cats have 9 lives and after getting trampled by bulls, gotten shredded by dogs after cheating at poker, got drunk and fell from a high tower, gotten crushed by a heavy barbell, getting shot out of a cannon, eating shellfish, getting burnt alive trying to bake cookies, and got crushed by a bell after fighting a giant. Puss is down to his last life and he says he laughs at the face of Death, but the only person to prove Puss wrong is Death himself which is a big bad wolf who has moon shaped sickles in hands and red eyes that pierce into your soul. And he doesn't mean it metaphorically or rhetorically or poetically or theoretically or any other fancy way. He's Death. Straight. Up.

Here we see Kai at a noodle shop and he is eating some noodles until we see a wolf in a black hood sit next to him.

???: "So? This is what came of General Kai, The Jade Slayer, Master of Pain, Beast of Venegnce, and Maker of Widows."

Kai: "I'm flattered you heard about me."

???: "Well this poster got me to know about you."

We see the wolf place a wanted poster of Kai next to him as Kai sees this and sees that the wolf is a bounty hunter and we see Kai get up and attack the bounty hunter as we see him casually dodge the attacks from Kai as we see the bounty hunter punch Kai out of the bar and he gets up and he breathe steam from his nose out of anger as we see the bounty hunter finishes his drink and pulls out his sickles and gets ready to fight Kai.

Kai: "Who are you?"

???: "Want to know who I am, gato? I am Death and don't I mean it metaphorically or rhetorically or poetically or theoretically or any other fancy way. I'm Death. Straight. Up."

We then see Death charge at Kai as we see Kai pull out his Jade Blades and he attacks Death as we see Death dodge them and then gets in close to Kai as we see Kai use his blades to grab Death and then throw him into a building as we see Death gets up and turn to Kai.

Death: *laughs out loud*"Now this is fun."

Kai then grabs his jade pendants and talks to them.

Kai: "Take him out."

Kai then launches the pendants into the air and they form kung fu masters such as the Master Badger Twins, Master Storming Ox, Master Flying Rhino, Master Thundering Rhino, Master Croc, Tai Lung, Shifu, and most of the Furious 5.

Death: "Not bad my friend, you have to do better than this."

We then see the Jade warriors fight off Death and Death defeated all of them and then we see Kai swing his Jade blades at Death and then Death caught them and pulled Kai over to him and then he grab him by the horn and whispered into Kai's ear.

Death: *whispers*"You are not living up to the legend gato."

Kai: "Oh yeah!"

We then see Kai punch the ground and then he took both himself and Death to the Spirit Realm and Kai knock Death back as we see Kai swing his blades past Death and then pull a giant mountain towards himself with Death still on it and we see Kai punch Death so hard that he shattered the mountain that is behind him. We then see Death on the ground and he rubs his cheek and looks at Kai.

Death: "Not bad my friend."

We then see Death get up and then charge at Kai as we see the two fight it out against each other with Jade Blades versus Sickles and we see Kai slashed Death so hard that he actually felt the pain from that slash and he was feeling fear from the Beast of Vengeance.

Kai: "What's wrong? Life flashing before your eyes? You think you can kill me? I'm a Spirit Warrior."

Kai then absorbs Death's Chi and then we see Kai now holding a jade pendant of Death himself and then he teleports out of the Spirit Realm and he is back in the Mortal Realm and he sees that he's in the Kingdom of Far Far Away.

Kai: "I'll finish what you left behind! Hahaha! KAI IS COMING!!!!!!!"
