FWOOSH!

Kitty, Orc, and Y/N flew out of the den of the first monster. "Merchin," ZaZa Royale asked, "how long did they last?" "About exactly two minutes and thirty seconds, master," the servant robot answered with a smirk. ZaZa and Merchin laughed at the main group. Kitty growled at them for making fun of him, Orc, and Y/N. 

"Um, Kitty?" The orc asked. "Yeah?" Kitty asked back. "Maybe we shouldn't fight monsters. I mean, we don't have armor, weapons, or anything cool." "Yeah, I agree," Y/N the armadillo added while twiddling their fingers. "No," Kitty cried, "we are never going to give up." "Huh?" Y/N asked. "Remember, Y/N and Orc, kitties can't quit!" "Is that so?" ZaZa smirkly interrupted. "Yeah, Zaza, we are never going to give up, right guys?" Kitty said. Orc and Y/N nodded their heads for response. 

*time skip to the end of the battle, plus when Kitty visited Angel Royale for a bit before being alive again*

"We did it!" Kitty cried with joy. "Yipee!" Y/N added. The three pals danced with excitement until they got exhausted. When resting, Y/N looked at Kitty and they got so nervous to tell the cat with Orc. "Um, Kitty?" Y/N asked. "Yeah, Y/N?" Kitty asked. "Can we talk somewhere?" the armadillo asked. "Sure," the cat answered.

The two walked to the end of the beach area, dipping their feet into the cool water. "Um, hey," Y/N said. "Hey," Kitty replied back. "Good job defeating the first monster. It's amazing," Y/N added. "Yeah," Kitty replied, "I did pretty awesome in there." "Can I tell you a secret?" Y/N asked, flustered that they hid their face with their hands. "Um, Y/N?" Kitty asked, "are you OK?" "Kitty," Y/N said putting their hands on their lap, "I think I like you." "Huh?" Kitty asked, confused, "what are you talking about?" "I sorta, maybe got a crush on you," Y/N replied, "I know, it's weird and it's OK if you don't really like me back." Kitty slightly blushed and realized that his pal had a crush on him. "How long did you have a crush on me?" Kitty asked Y/N, which is flustered now. "Ever since we met," the shy armadillo answered, "six months ago which is after you and Orc became friends for a long time." "And you didn't tell me?" Kitty asked, confused again. "No," Y/N replied, "I was too shy to tell you." 

They locked eyes, but Kitty and Y/N are too nervous to kiss each other, so they hug instead. "I like you too, Y/N," the cat said with a smile. "Come on," Y/N said, "let's go exploring!" "You're right," Kitty added, "let's go battle monsters!" They both hold hands and run to Orc and the three continued their journey.
