Capri's POV

It's been two years since the events of the competition, which I joined along with Brayden, Spencer, and Cain.

Camila and I are still together to this day. Brayden and Spencer had a career together for the basketball team where they're in the same team.

Brynn proposed to Cain for their marriage, and their wedding happened after three days. Camila and I are there to attend the wedding last time with the other contestants, Cain's parents, and relatives. Pierce didn't attend their wedding, but that's fine since we wanted to witness a peaceful wedding without disruptions. Good thing that Cain or Brynn didn't invite him.

Gauri and Peggy decide to open a garden shop together where Gauri studies the kinds of plants and flowers while Peggy takes care of the garden and sells the equipment that was related to gardening.

Colton decides to hire Fallon to help him investigate the cases together by having her draw the suspects based on description and looks. I mean they're a great duo, in my opinion, since they're helping each other out to make the job easier.

Marcel is living with his roommate who happens to have a bakery that sells pastries and all kinds of bread, which went well for him. I hope Camila and I visit them one day, but we have priorities with the plans right now.

Priya and Rosaria decided to work together on giving ideas for their next outfits for them to work on, and they hung out often after their jobs. Ollie is still living with his family to this day. It's understandable, since families are more important than anything else in his life.

Adrian and Warren meet up with Adrian's childhood friend Rohan, whom they get along with after getting to know each other.

Pierce is still working with his family in the restaurant, where I have a feeling that gay or transgender people are not welcome there. He only accepts straight and lesbian people, which is quite odd to him.

Destiny became a yoga instructor to guide those who wanted to do yoga exercises.

Saylor lives with his lover, SS, and he works as a make-up artist who makes others representable for important events like parties, anniversaries, and weddings.

Molly gets to meet her childhood friend who she hasn't seen in years. And she gets back to her parents to reconcile with them.

Lastly, Rayna and Beatrix worked together to take care of their orders by baking all variants of cakes.

Camila: So why are we going to your old home again?

Oh yeah, that's right...

Camila and I are on the bus together, since I have to face the confrontation once and for all, since Peggy told me to go back to our home. I wanted Camila to be my support, since I didn't want to do it alone.

Capri: I wanted to reconcile with my parents since running away from home feels wrong...

Camila: Why is that dear?

I didn't say anything, since it's painful for me to recall what happened before I ran away from home.

Camila: ! It's fine if you won't... I didn't mean to ask you that question...

Capri: It's fine... It's just... my adopted sister and how my parents favor her more than us...

Camila: Oh dear...

Camila embraces me in a hug which hits home since my mom used to comfort me... even Peggy when I encountered some hard times.

Camila: I'm sorry for moving away... I didn't know that...

Capri: It's okay dear...

After Camila comforted me, so I could keep myself together, we both made it to the destination. We got off the bus, and we went to the exact house that I remembered.

When we arrived at my old home, my old house didn't change... The nursery is still there, along with the trampoline and a table for us to sit outside.

I saw Peggy working inside the nursery taking care of the plants like usual. She saw us after that, and she put down the equipment before going there.

Peggy: Hello!

Capri: Hi.

Camila: You must be Capri's supportive sister?

Peggy: Yep! Get inside you two!

We followed Peggy as we went inside the house.

We were in the living room where I saw the picture frames of my mom and Peggy's mom.

Capri: So they still miss our moms?

Peggy: Yeah...

Camila: How did you two become sisters?

Capri: Just say both of their wives died tragically. My mom died from a car accident while Peggy's mom died from childbirth...

Peggy: It's true... I didn't get to see my mom when I was born... so both of our fathers remarried each other since they can't handle it alone.

Camila: Oh dear...

Florence: Huh? What's going on?

Nova: We heard you talking.

Peggy: Capri, it's your cue!

Capri: Dad, paps, I'm back...

Nova: !

Florence: ! Sweetie!

They both hugged me, and I wasn't sure how I felt after running away from home.

Nova: Where have you been!? We're worried sick! Even the police thought you were dead, since you're missing...

Capri: Can we talk...?

Nova: Okay sweetie...

We sat down before I talked to them about the event where I ran away after an argument.

Capri: So Helena and I argued about her using my savings since I need to save a laptop for school purposes. I'm tired of not just her but also you two, since you always took her side. You even favor her more than me and Peggy...

Camila: !

Nova: Sweetie, why-

Capri: I'm sick of you two having favoritism!! That's why!!!

Florence: Watch your tone young lady!

Camila: But you don't know what she has gone through!

Nova: ...

Florence: ...

Capri: Not until the damage is fixed! I hope that my brothers will be here to protect us from being blamed...

I went outside to take a breather since I can't stand favoritism.

Peggy: Capri? Are you okay?

Capri: No, it's just... I guess the damage is not fixed...

Camila: It's okay... at least you tell them what happened instead of running away...

Camila and Peggy hugged me and I joined them for a hug.

Camila: It's okay... we'll support your decisions together.

Peggy: Yeah, you even call them out for the things they did.

We noticed that two of my dads had come out of the house to find us.

Nova: Capri... We're sorry for how we treated you and Peggy... We had no other way other than to do what she wanted...

Florence: We gave her the allowance for the things she needs for college but, turns out, she wasted it and used the excuse to get the money from us...

Nova: So we wasted it for nothing... She keeps buying clothes instead of her needs...

Florence: I didn't know she was like that until now...

Peggy: It's okay Capri, take your time to forgive them.

I thought for a moment about how they did not notice her, especially because I got them worried about me running away.

Capri: I forgive you, but in condition, can we spend time with you during the reunion with the family? We missed those times since you two meant a lot to me until you changed when Helena was adopted...

Florence: Sure sweetie... We'll spend time with you guys as a family.

Nova: *looks at Camila* Who's that?

Capri: Right... It's Camila. She used to be one of my childhood friends until we dated together.

Nova: It's nice to meet you Camila.

Florence: Please spend time with her and treat her right.

Camila: I will! *holds Capri's hand*

Capri: About that... I wanted to give you this.

I gave them 15,000 dollars since I have half of it left.

Florence: That's too much!

Nova: Where did you get that!?

Capri: About that... I was invited to a competition with my friends and my girlfriend for the prize money. I decided to give you this as my apology and I know the fact that Helena wasted your money...

Florence: Sweetie...

Nova: Thank you...

We heard a knock on the door which I checked through the peephole. I saw Helena waiting by the door while holding her shopping bags.

She's really a shopaholic...

Capri: Dad, it's Helena...

Nova and Florence manage to hide the money before she goes inside the house.

Helena: *goes here with a bunch of shopping bags and sees Capri* So you're back... how surprising... Let me guess, you want to get some love from them just because you won a competition?

Capri: It's none of your business.

Helena: What's wrong? Getting angry again? No wonder this is why it's peaceful when you're not here.

Florence: Listen here young lady! From now on, you will not get the allowance from us anymore!

Helena: Huh!? Why!?

Florence: We gave you the money so you can buy the things you need for your college! Yet, you continue to buy the clothes and brag to your peers!

Helena: It's just clothes dad.

Florence: Don't call me that. Starting tomorrow, you will not stay in this house. You will live somewhere near your university so you can get the education you needed. And find a job so you can earn money, that's life.

Nova: Don't make me lock the doors and windows. Don't make it worst for yourself Helena, do what he says or he'll do something bad to your clothes you bought.

Helena: Fine!

We saw her go to her room to pack her things. I think she's mad, but she has no choice.

Florence: Finally... It's been a long time since we had to do what she said for who knows how long.

Capri: It's okay dad...

Then we saw Helena who was carrying her stuff that she had packed.

Florence: Now go and never come back.

Helena went out of the house, and a part of me was relieved, but the other part of me felt bad, but she had to do what she had to.

Capri: Looks like I have to go.

Florence: Okay dear, stay safe.

Nova: Please take care of your girlfriend.

Capri: I will.

We went home together by riding a bus so we could spend time together.
