Recap: In the previous chapter, the remaining contestants get to compete in the fifth challenge, which is about making their own custom flower bouquet. At the end of the challenge, Striking Piledrivers has a score of 8 out of ten, while Demolition Legends has a score of 7 out of 10. Meaning, Striking Piledrivers are safe while Demolition Legends are up for elimination. Beatrix was eliminated by three votes, and she had one request for Gauri to tell Rayna that she was eliminated.

Rayna's POV

I hope Beatrix and I will get far together, staying in the game. The sisters should stay together.

I saw Beatrix and decided to go to her.

Rayna: Hello sister!

Beatrix: Oh hello!

Rayna: Did you manage to be safe from elimination?

Beatrix: Oh um-

Gauri: About that. It's a bit complicated, so I should explain the situation.

I'm not sure about her explaining the situation but I hope it goes well.

Gauri: Beatrix is actually eliminated.

Rayna: Wait what!?

Gauri: I hate to say this but she's actually eliminated because she got three votes.

Rayna: No it can't be! It's a lie, right?

Beatrix: I hate to say it, sister, but what she said is true. I'm sorry if I can't live up to our oath that we should stay together in the game.

Rayna: It's fine, it's just that I'm not prepared to hear it, since I'm scared to be alone with no one I'm familiar with besides Beatrix.

Beatrix: It's okay, I'll stay instead, but before I go to stay with the eliminated contestants, I'll give you this.

She gave me the lucky charm that looked like a cookie clover with the colors she added.

Beatrix: This is a remembrance of me since I can't compete now.

Rayna: It's alright, you can enjoy the vacation too.

Beatrix: Good luck in the game, sister!

Rayna: Thanks!

I saw Beatrix go to the cabin to stay with the eliminated contestants, while Gauri went back to her own team.

End of Rayna's POV

Penny: Alright! It's time for the next challenge!

Adrian: (What is she excited about?)

Penny: We'll go to the city again for the challenge. I won't reveal it until we arrive at the exact place.

Pax: Don't mind my sister, she's always like this, since she's full of surprises.

Molly: Oh.

Penny: Time to get on the bus!

All the remaining contestants get on the bus, including Penny, Pax, and Bryon.

The bus driver starts the bus before they drive to the city.

After two hours of the ride, everyone arrived in the city called Blahi. They got off the bus before everyone went to the arcade.

Penny: Here we are at the arcade in Blahi.

Cain: Arcade! I like arcade games! It gives me memories of when I was a kid.

Brynn: (You're lucky, my sunshine..)

Everyone went inside the arcade and went to the second floor, which showed the door.

Penny knocks on the door. One of the employees saw the contestants who were waiting.

Arcade Employee: What can we do for you?

Penny: Can we try the VR The House of the Dead 2?

Arcade Employee: Alright, get inside.

Everyone went inside the room. When they went inside, they saw the VR sets where a bunch of players can play there.

All the contestants are impressed, including Brynn, since they get to play the game for the first time in their lives.

Penny: I'll have the employee explain about the rules and the goal for this challenge.

Arcade Employee: (I'm not paid enough for this shit.)

Arcade Employee: Alright, for the next challenge is that during the game of The House of the Dead 2, you have to kill the zombies, save the scientists, and defeat the final boss without dying. The team with the most kills, saved scientists, and saved civilians, will be safe and the other team will be up for elimination. Got any questions?

Arcade Employee: You can have three lives at the start, but you can collect the lives until the maximum number. And the maximum number is five. Most lives will be added to the results as well. Any endings don't matter as long as there is a score once the game has ended.

Colton: How can you calculate the total score of those?

Pierce: Tch. Smartass.

Arcade Employee: We can see the results one by one once everyone is done with the challenge.

Penny: Before we begin, I'll group you by pair.

Penny: Let's see, for Demolition Legends, Brynn will be paired with Cain, Gauri will be paired with Pierce, Marcel will be paired with Fallon. And Molly, you will go solo for this challenge.

Pierce: Wait! How is it possible to play the game since few of us are armless!?

Arcade Employee: No sweat. You can step on the buttons for those who are armless. As for the VR headset, we'll help.

Arcade Employee 2: All you have to do is keep your eye on the target and step on the shooting button. As for healing and reloading the pistol, no problem. Just press it and it will do it for you in no time. Remember to find first aid kits and ammos if you don't want to end up dead.

Penny: For Striking Piledrivers, Capri will be paired with Ollie, Spencer will be paired with Priya, Rayna will be paired with Adrian, and Colton will be paired with Destiny.

Capri: At least we get to help our armless partner with the VR headset. Ollie and I will start ahead.

All the four members helped their partners wear the VR headset, while Marcel and Gauri helped their partners wear the VR headset. The employee helped Molly wear the VR headset before the game started.

With Striking Piledrivers

Capri: Ollie, try not to die over some zombies. Heal if your health is low and reload the pistol if you run out of bullets. Do what it takes to survive.

Ollie: Got it.

Capri starts shooting the zombies while Ollie is slightly struggling and starts shooting the zombies outside the mansion.

Spencer: I don't know if I have been there related to this kind of game, but you have to basically shoot the zombies without dying.

Priya: Without dying!? To be fair, I have never been here...

Spencer: Then try to heal or reload the incase if it goes wrong.

Priya: Fine...

Spencer shoots the zombies without a problem, while Priya is having trouble with ending the zombies' lives.

Priya: Nope! I'm out!

Spencer: You have to try! How would you know if you didn't try!?

Priya decided to step on the shooting button that could kill the zombies while keeping up with him.

Spencer: Now that's how you do it. Let's continue.

Priya: Sure I guess..

Rayna doesn't know how it works to use a pistol, while Adrian gets the hang of shooting the zombies.

Rayna: Um Adrian, hate to ask, but how did you do that?

Adrian: Just aim at those bozos and shoot. Simple as that.

Rayna: If you say so.

Rayna started shooting at the zombies after she aimed one by one.

Adrian: And you have to be fast at the same time if you don't want to be attacked.

Rayna: Alright..

Rayna tried to be fast while shooting the zombies.

Destiny and Colton help each other, killing off the zombies one by one.

Colton: Quick! Heal!

Destiny healed herself before she continued shooting the zombies.

Destiny: Reload the pistol!

Colton reloads his pistol before he goes back to help Destiny with the kill streaks.

Meanwhile, with Demolition Legends

Pierce and Gauri happen to see Colton and Destiny while they go around the mansion killing off the zombies and saving the scientists.

Pierce: Oh look. A detective wannabe.

Destiny: Don't listen to him.

Colton: You're the reason why aim assists exists!

Colton shoots Pierce but he dies, causing their game to be over.

Colton: Dang it!

Pierce: Such a pathetic detective who turns out to be a dumbass!

Arcade Employee 2: Forgot to tell you, but if you kill anyone in your team or the other team, that can cause an instant game over.

Colton: Sorry...

Destiny: It's alright, we won't do it again. At least we learned what we shouldn't do.

Colton: You're right.

Both of them pressed the continue option before they continued to finish the game by helping each other out.

Marcel: You know what you're doing? You can ask me if you are in trouble with the game.

Fallon: Alright.

Marcel started learning how to shoot by trying although he nearly got attacked.

Fallon decided to step on the shooting button to save him from an attack.

Marcel: Oh thank you. I guess you can do it without a problem.

Fallon continued shooting while Marcel gets the hang of shooting the zombies after he learned how to aim.

Brynn: Cain, can you please teach me? I have never been to an arcade...

Cain: Sure thing Bry!

Cain: All you have to do is to try to aim at the zombie, then pull the trigger to end it.

Brynn: Alright my sunshine.

Brynn finally shoots the zombie.

Cain: See! I knew you could do it Bry! We can win together!

Brynn: Sure.

They both continued trying to kill off the zombies one by one on their way.

Molly is struggling since she never plays games, since she stays in the studio all the time.

Molly: (What do I do!? What do I do!? I don't think I'll make it!)

Molly tried to calm down and think.

Then she remembered her friend, who was a guy who taught her how to play games, then survival games by shooting.

Molly: Maybe I shouldn't be afraid of making mistakes.

She started testing out the buttons by stepping on them.

Molly: Okay, I'm slowly getting used to it. I was supposed to stare at the target and step on the shooting button.

Molly started killing the zombies, then she continued trying.

After 3 hours of playing The House of the Dead 2, all of the players finished the game one by one.

Arcade Employee: The game's over, time for the results to show up.

One of the two employees added up the lives, kills, and the saved scientists and civilians.

The arcade employee gave the results to Penny for her to read.

Penny: Okay, the total score of Striking Piledrivers is 236,067, while Demolition Legends has a total score of 303,079. Meaning, Demolition Legends are safe while Striking Piledrivers are up for elimination.

Penny: That sounds like a pattern to me of elimination.

Pierce: I like the story that said the infection started in Venice, Italy.

Colton: Shut up! No one asked about your opinion!

Marcel: I guess the fight never ends.

Penny: Viewers vote for one of the members of Striking Piledrivers to be eliminated. The contestant with the most votes will leave the show.
