Spencer's POV

Looks like it's me and Brayden again. Should we go to a park or indoors?

If we're going out, I'll make sure that he'll stay by my side. Otherwise, he'll get kidnapped again by the same person.

I mean, they're likely to kidnap him for the second time. But his fate would be different if it happened again.

Spencer: Bray?

Brayden: Yes babe?

Spencer: Want to go to the park? But this time, we'll go together. You don't want to get kidnapped again...

Brayden: As long as I'm staying at your side, I'm fine with that.

Spencer: I made the dumb decision back then... I'm sorry...

Brayden: It's okay.

We went on the bus to go to the city, but this time, I'll keep him close to prevent it from happening for the second time.

While waiting for the bus to stop by Blahi, I was comforting Brayden who is resting.

Spencer: Brayden, I have a question.

Brayden: Go on...

Spencer: Who hit you in the face?

Brayden: Um...

Spencer: It's okay if you won't respond.

Brayden: If I remember correctly... one is named Everest, for the other one, I don't know the name of them but they are called boss for some reasons.

Spencer: Thanks for telling me. For now on, you'll be by my side until we get out of this kind of world.

Brayden: I appreciate that...

We saw the city before we got off the bus.

We decided to go somewhere based on Brayden's decisions.

Spencer: So, Brayden, where do you want to go?

Brayden: Probably the café. We had already been to the arcade before to win a polaroid.

Spencer: Fair enough.

We went to the near-by café and went inside.

Both of us went to find our seats, which were for two people.

Spencer: We should sit here.

Brayden: Good idea babe!

We sat down as we waited for someone to take our order.

Spencer: We can do this one time, since I wanted to try to make anything you ordered homemade.

Brayden: I want to see you try. No one is a good cook other than you, baby.

Spencer: Thanks cutie~

I saw someone who was coming towards us.

Everest: Welcome to the café.

Brayden: I swear if you're working with that remote, get away from me!!

Spencer: Brayden, is something wrong?

Brayden: That's one of them who kidnapped me last time!

Spencer: Which one?

Brayden: Everest...

Spencer: Let's get the fuck out of here!

I grabbed Brayden by his hand before going out of the café before anything bad happened to him.

We went to the park to chill outside.

Spencer: Bray, I'm sorry if we didn't get to order anything there...

Brayden: It's okay, we can get something else, as long as we stay away from him.

Spencer: Do you want to get any food here?

Brayden: How about going around for a bit? Maybe we can find something here.

Spencer: Good idea.

I followed Brayden, roaming around the park to find food since there were a lot of options.

Brayden: Hey Spencer, what about the crêpes?

He points at where they sell the crêpes which I noticed.

Spencer: Sure, anything for my boyfriend.

I went to them to buy two crêpes and picked two syrups and toppings.

Then I went to Brayden and gave him the crêpes with chocolate syrup and whipped cream.

Brayden: Oh! *looks away while blushing* Thank you!

I smiled as I watched him eat the crêpes that I gave him.

Then we stayed in the park to finish our crêpes that we bought.

Spencer: Do you want to go home?

Brayden: Yeah... I don't want that Walmart package to get me...

Spencer: Alright, want me to give you a piggyback ride?

Brayden: How could I say no?

Brayden got on my back as he held on to me while I carried him behind my back.

I got onto the bus while carrying Brayden on my back.

Spencer: Babe, you can get down. We made it on the bus.

Brayden: Okay!

I put Brayden down gently before we went inside the bus to not only get back to the competition set but also avoid getting kidnapped by Everest.

End of Spencer's POV

Meanwhile, with Rye and Everest

Rye and Everest are on the competition set, looking for a small shop.

Everest: Uh Rye? I have to remind you of something.

Rye: *sighs angrily* Make it quick.

Everest: We have to avoid Brayden or Spencer since they saw me earlier.

Rye: Why? Do you think they'll snitch on us to the host? She doesn't know it's us you moron!

Everest felt scared shitless about what Rye said before he spoke.

Everest: F-Fair point!

They continued to look for the small shop by walking around without getting caught by one of the contestants.

Until they found the small shop, just like in the pages that BFAC Novel showed them last time.

Rye: This is it! This is the only way that we can find Gavin.

They went to the small shop and waited for someone.

Rye: Hello! Gavin! Are you there!?

After a few minutes of waiting, Gavin shows up in his shop.

Puzzle Frame: What can I help?

Rye: There's no time for this shit Gavin!

Gavin: How did you know my name!? I didn't tell you my name!

Rye: You dummy! It's me Ryker and Everett! We came here to save your ass, since you "accidentally" went inside a different portal last time!

Gavin: But what about the money?

Rye: You can find a better job than this!

Gavin: *sighs sadly* Fine...

Gavin goes out of the shop and closes it before following Ryker and Everett.

Rye: For now on, call me Rye and call him Everest.

Rye: Isn't that named after the tallest mountain?

Everest: (Now you fucked up...)

Rye: Did I say that you asked?

Gavin: ... No.

Rye: That's what I thought.

The three went back to the apartment for them to rest.

(A/N: Sorry if I didn't publish this for the past 3 days, since not only I have a low ass motivation but also I went back to school yesterday. I have to take care of my burdens at school so it won't be stressful for me. Maybe another time to do more chapters since I'll have exams next week.)
