After the raid on the palace things have changed drastically.  Security has tightened immensely,  the staff was cut significantly short,  the princess has been severely injured, and it's now very possible that the empress could be alive.  Even after all of this Eliza has managed to keep a smile.   After hearing of the masquerade and the marriage to be put on hold she was beginning to relax again.  Now taking care of her blind sister she's happy to be able to celebrate her birthday after being locked in a cell. 

At the moment she sighed as she looked herself in the mirror.  "Alright," She mumbled smiling as she left her room in a hurry to go and see Akaya.  The maids were ordered to help Akaya dress into her gown.  So she hoped Akaya was willing to do it.  Eliza hummed as she walked down the hall looking around.  "I miss Bjorn...  poor dog must be exhausted." She whispered sighing as she walked into Akayas room.  "Aka?"

Catrina slowly looked around for her children once again.  It was normal for Eliza to be late but Garret was never usually late along with Augustus.  As her mind raced she couldn't help but smile thinking of her first encounter with Rosanna.  "That was so long ago..." Catrina whispered to herself gently placing a hand on her chest.  That memory was a special one to her.  After realizing that she needed to live and not be completely depressed about Rosanna she felt better.  She felt free for once.  Free from the memories of her husband and the moment she last saw Rosanna.  She could only pray that Rosanna was alright.  Catrina knew one day she would come back.  But she knew it wouldn't happen soon.

Antoinette sighed shakily as she scratched the back of her neck.  "Oh Eliza...  why did you make me wear this?"  She mumbled looking down at herself as she entered the ball room.  "Just a few minutes and then I'll get to work..." she whispered to herself sighing shakily.
