Bruce had the exact location of Bane, he was staying in a hotel one owned by Oliver Queen. Bruce parked the bat mobile two blocks down and hoped out he grappled to the roof top and looked out over the ledge to be able to see all of the apartments inside of the fifteen story building they where in.

"Alfred witch floor is Ban on?" Asked Bruce as he looked through the windows but could not tell if Bane was on the other side of the building.

"Tenth floor room ten o two." Said Alfred as he sighed. "Please be careful Master Wayne."

"I will don't worry about me." Said Bruce as he jumped from the roof top and smashed through what he hopped was the right room.

Bruce looked around and saw the lights out and nothing was there. Bruce looked around no sign of life for at least a week or so. Then he heard a deep breath come from behind him.

"Bane." Said Bruce in a deep voice and he turned around to punch him hitting him right in the face.

"Back for more because I can give you some more." Yelled out Bane as he grabbed Batman's neck and lifted him up then through him across the room.

Batman struggle to get up but he did Bane charged him Batman ducked under his blow and hit him twice in the ribs yet Bane still did not look like he had felt any pain. Then Batman remember what Alfred told him that Bane gets his strength from the green venom that is pumped into his blood. Bane picked Batman back up and held him up high.

"This is when I break all your bones." Said Bane as he was about to smash Batman onto the ground.

"Not...to...day." Said Batman as he used most of his strength to rip out one of the venom tubs from Banes back.

Bane screamed in pain, dropping Batman as he tried to put the tube back in but it had already been emptied. Batman looked and saw that he only had one more tube and then he was going to be only just as strong as a normal human.

"You are a brave to think that you can still beat me without my strength." Said Bane as he ripped off the tube and through it to the ground. "I will still break you." Yelled out Bane as he charged at Batman grabbing his shoulders and running him through a wall.

Batman was crushed for a second then the wall broke. Bane through him over to the window and saw that he was in pain. Batman tried getting up only to be hit hard in the chest and fall back down.

"You have guts Batman but I have more strength than you, the odds are in my favor not yours." Said Bane.

"Let me even the odds." Said Batman as he kicked Bane in a weak point on his knee having him fall over.

Batman flipped over him and pulled the last Venom cord from his back. Bane let out a small cry in pain as he fell forwards and broke the window falling down ten stores. Batman ran over to the ledge and was about to shot a grapple but there was nothing he could do he was dead Batman had killed, something he had sworn to himself that he would never do.

"I am sorry Bane." Said Batman as he left was about to leave before he saw something on the ground next to the window.

It was a small note car one side was white the other black it said "Meeting at three O'clock tonight". Either it was old and he had kept it but it looked pretty new. Batman took it back with him to the Bat Cave.

"Alfred can you scan this card for any traces of DNA." Asked Bruce as he gave Alfred the card.

"Of course Master Wayne." Said Alfred as he ran a quick DNA test. "There are three sets of DNA yours, some ones named Eduardo Dorrance, and Harvey Dent." Said Alfred as he said the last name very sadly.

"Harvey Dent you mean..." Said Bruce as Alfred finished his sentence for him.

"Yes Master Wayne Two Face." Said Alfred.
