We see a veiw of Night City within the Night. Cars driving by, flying transports flying above them. All at first peaceful but then we begin to get to see gangs taking over territories, cops abusing their power against the innocent and other illegal activities.

We then cut to a movie theater where we see a family walking out of the theater. A mother, father and their son wall across the street and into the alleyway.

Their son, exited of seeing his action film dances around, pretending to have a gun with his hand and making shooting sounds while his parents enjoy his happiness.

They walk through the alleyway just trying to get home when the boy bump into someone. He steps back to see a gang member from the Voodoo boys.

He raised his katana which the boy rush back to his father then more voodoo boys came around and surrounded the family.

Voodoo boys gang 1: What do we have here?

Father: (step forward) Look, w-we are just walking by, we don't want any-

Then he was smack in the face with a butt of the pistol while the mother and boy cried out.

Voodoo boys gang 2: Shut up! Shut the fuck up!

The boy begins to cry in fear while his mother hugs him and calls out.

Mother: Someone help us! Please!

Voodoo boys gang 1: Bitch, ain't no one gonna save you! Now hang them over! Now!

They approach the two while the father was pinned to the ground as he is force to watch. The Mother and boy Shut there eyes when suddenly something fell follow by a flash and smoke that covers them.

Voodoo boys gang 4: Fuck! What the hell was that?

Voodoo boys gang 5: I don't know! Who did that!

Voodoo boys gang 3: Show yourself you piece of shit!

One fired wildly around trying to hit someone when suddenly his weapon was knocked out of his hand. He find his weapon but it had what look like bat sharp ninja stars.

He was face to his weapon when a dark figure appears behind him. Feeling someone behind him he pulls out his mantis blades and quickly turn and swing at him.

Only for his blade to be catch by the figure that stare at him. He stare back at the figure with terror then he was kicked across and slammed into a wall.

The smoke clear up and all of the Voodoo boys turn and see the mysterious figure. He had a red bat symbol on his chest while wearing black armor with a cowl that covers his face and mouth along with ears that is like a bat.

The Voodoo boys were intimated by him but then one open fire at him. He then avoided the incoming bullets while he throws Batarangs that stuck into his barrel which resulted to his gun blown up.

Then a grappling hook grabs him and he was pulled towards the figure as he swings a punch and knock him down. The rest charge towards him while he stand still then begins fighting them.

The father crawls over to his family and they together and watch as their savior beats up the Voodoo boys. The Voodoo boys was punched, kicked and thrown as he took down the last Voodoo boys gang member.

All were laying unconscious while the family is stunned. Then the figure turns to them. Thinking he may hurt them the boy called out.

Boy: Don't hurt us.

The figure stare at them for a short moment then he spoke.

???: Not gonna hurt you.

They are surprised of his response as he then turn and walks away when the father ask him.

Father: Th-Thank you.....who.....who are you?

He stop, turn his head to the father and tells him.

Batman: I am Batman.

He then walks away and disappeared into the darkness of the alleyway. Glad they were saved, they quickly leave as we then shift all the way to the top of the building where we see Batman standing at the veiw of Night City, looking down of the people as a guardian, a protector.

Batman: I am vengeance, I am the night, I am Batman!

Bats fly in front of him and when they disappeared, he too disappeared and everything turne dark.

We then cut to a warehouse near the docks as we see a mysterious figure inside the warehouse, sitting in a box of crates from different corporations as the mysterious figure sat on a crate.

His hands were glowing green as he then lifted up his head to reveal his green glowing skull like face as he looks directly at something then said.

Blight: Time to make Night City......my city. (Insane laughter)
