Training

Jason's PoV

If I was going to be kidnapped by a pastel clown, I figured it could have been worse.  I mean, I have a nice place to sleep, plenty of food, and he's even providing me with everything I need for my project. I'm allowed to message any of my friends from school. I sent one message to my old roommate saying not to look for me. But I never really had any friends.

The only major change was this "training" my capter has insisted on. In the early hours of the morning he would wake me up and bring me to the main tent in the middle of the park. One time he tried to teach me how to juggle.  That didn't end well.  Then he tried to teach me knife throwing, that went only slightly better. Now we have moved on to something a whole lot better. Acrobatics. I have learned all kinds of tricks and Wilford says that I'm a natural. I find it nice, and I have come up with some great ideas while flying between the ropes or hanging upside down from the balance beam.

Today was one of these days when I was brainstorming in the rafters when I noticed people walking in. I sat up and tried to figure out who was there.

"Hello?" one of them called. "Will, are you there?" This could not be good.  I quickly started making my way back down to the ground. I had to warn Wilford about this. I climbed down the ropes but when my feet hit the floor I felt eyes turned to me.

"Hey!" I ran off as fast as I could, but was not expecting the third man at the opening of the tent being able to grab me.

"Where's William?" Asked the one in front. Now that he was closer I could tell exactly who he was.

"Wilford's been waiting for you." I felt handcuffs click around me wrists as I was pulled outside. The old me would have been scared, but I knew now nothing could happen to me.
