I need someone to watch you while I am out for the night your father said .your father pulls up to Wayne Manor. He gets you out and grabs the diaper bag. Your father didn't trust his brothers with you. He trusts only Bruce and Alfred and so He had left you with Bruce. He and Barbara had a date tonight so he asks Bruce to watch you while your father was gone for the night. He trusts his father with you and watches you for the night.
