Dick slowly made his way to Jason's apartment door.

His mind was uneasy at the moment, hell he hasn't been alright or had a clear mind in days. Especially not when he and Jason came out to Bruce and the family.
Everyone was happy as Jason had told him. Well almost everyone was happy for them, Bruce was more concerned and unsure if it would work out. And that made Dick question everything once more.

It took Jason a while to convince Dick to come out to the family.

So, one day Barbara was sitting on her couch with Jason sitting beside her, they both were waiting for Dick to arrive to watch a movie, when she got an idea and she heard the keys turn in the door and once it opened. Barbara leaned over and kissed Jason, who was completely surprised by this.

Dick's eyes widen and took a step backwards. Hurt flashing in his eyes.
Hurt from Barbara, his best friend in the whole world just betraying him like that. Hurt because it was Jason who she kissed, the one person he has been dying to kiss but just couldn't do it.

Jason saw all of this hurt in Dick's eyes and went straight over towards him, but Dick quickly turned to leave the room.
Jason ran after him, to try and talk to him. He hoped that this kiss would push Dick to finally confront what he has been feeling and hiding all along.

He caught up with Dick and held onto his arm and looked deep into Dick's blue eyes. After becoming lost within each others eyes, Jason reached up slowly and cupped Dick's face in between his hands. They were taking things very slowly. It was nice but Dick wanted to do something new. He loved Jason so much, every single second he spent with him made Dick's world. They were close but Dick wanted, needed to be closer towards Jason.

But thinking this and wanting this made his mind uneasy. What if they began and Jason didn't like what he saw?
What if he wasn't good? This would be his first time period, he hadn't done it with either a man or woman. So this scared Dick so much.
What if after this Jason wanted nothing to do with him, what if Bruce was right to be concerned?

Dick knew how much Jason loved and cared about him but right now his anxiety was high and was clouding his mind way too much to think clearly about anything.

Dick knocked upon Jason's door. After a second the door was opened before him and he was met with the warm smile of Jason, his boyfriend.
